Told me it should be done that Saturday after leaving it with them on Thursday. Come Sunday still no call or update so I call and they tell me they haven't had time but I was towards the front of the queue and they would update me. Come Wednesday I just called only to hear it hasn't even been worked or touched due to supposed person working on my device wasn't there Monday or Tuesday and that other peoples devices have been prioritized and now it's looking like "Monday" they say. Over a week and a half for a supposed USB operating system uninstall and reinstall. Not to mention it might not fix my issues and I'll have to wait longer. An absolute waste of time.

I paid at the other store and drove the short distance. When i arrived, I was greeted with a smile and was told it would be about an hour. I was so pleased! I went and sat in my car and jammed some music. Then I looked over and one of their signs said 'repair speakers' it dawned on me that I could barely hear when speaking on the phone. I immediately jumped up and ran in. He was still working on the port and I asked him if he could look at the speakers. He said no problem. When it was all done, he said the speakers were just dirty and that he cleaned them for me. He even had me call his phone so I could hear the sound quality. It was amazing! I could hear the other person talking without putting my phone on speaker phone! So now other people won't be listening when I try to have a private conversation with someone.
