Needed my iPhone screen replaced, and these guys have the best prices around! Friendly and fast service, I am a very happy customer!

Fixed my screen for the iPhone XR, unfortunately I guess nothing could be done for the facial recognition part that cracked. Update: broke my phone screen again and went to a different place to get it fixed and asked them to fix my facial recognition this time. The guy fixed my screen but told me my facial recognition piece is missing completely from my phone along with other parts and this was the only other place to fix my phone. read more

6 months ago KC met me for a late evening appointment due to my schedule. I was having an issue charging my phone and expected to have to replace my charging port, and cracked screen. Not only did he repair my screen on my 6plus, but was upfront and honest that all my port needed is cleaning. He could have easily done a repair that was not needed, and charged me for it. I had absolutely no issues what so ever with any of his repairs. This weekend I ran my 6plus over with my Polaris rzr while out in the desert ( I know, im rough on phones). The phone had a slight bend, and shattered screen.. again I contacted KC who told me he would take a look at it and see if it was repairable. Again KC met me for a late evening appointment due to my schedule.. Amazingly he worked his magic and brought my phone back from the dead!! read more

My iPhone XR screen was cracked and the LCD was glitching. Went to the Apple Store and they couldn't get me in for an appointment until later that day and said it would cost $400... Went to Cellphone 911 and Deshawn had it fixed within half an hour for less than half Apple would've charged! Would definitely recommend them to anybody who needs their phone repaired!! read more

Came in with a cracked phone screen they were able to fix it very fast! Would recommend for anyone with a cracked phone screen

Deshaun made my experience great. He fixed my camera lens on my phone in less than 30 minutes and the prices are affordable. It's a little bit out of my way but it's my go to place to get my phone fixed. Thank you! I recommend this place to anyone that needs their phone fixed and doesn't want to break their bank. read more

I got my screen replaced and it took like 20-30 mins (and I walked in, I did not call ahead). It was a little hard to find but it's so worth it! It was fast and inexpensive and the customer service is fantastic. read more

This place rocks! I went in to have my phone cleaned and a phone shell installed without an appointment last night. They quickly and professionally took my phone and spent a solid 30 min working on it and in the end refused payment asking to please keep them in mind for the future when I have actual repairs. These guys not only did the work for free they informed me of many things I did not know about my iPhone as well. Friendly to the point you'll leave thinking you just met your new best friends lol. A++++ Thanks again guys you will have my business anytime I need repaid done on my many devices! read more

Obsessed with this place. My only expectation was to get my phone fixed and leave. I ended up having an amazing conversation with KC and Jasmine that totally made my day. Not only were the prices amazing I was also super excited that I got to watch the repair happen. If you're someone who values privacy, you know beyond a shadow of a doubt that nobody is unnecessarily looking through your phone. Super helpful, super friendly, and the only place I'm recommending to my friends! read more

Amazing service and my phone looks brand new!!!! K.C ( or Kasey I didn't ask how he spelt it but he was awesome!) and Deshaun were so helpful!! And I paid legitimately HALF of what I had set aside to have the front&back fixed of my totally cracked phone. I was convinced it was broken but it was fixed and done in 2 hours!! it was honestly so stress free!!! 11/10 I recommend them to any and everyone ! Love this place!! Cannot believe how easy they made something that stressed me so much, thank y'all!! read more

The guy was very helpful! I drop my smartphone all of the time, first the screen broke and I used it anyway, but eventually it stopped working. The price to fix it was reasonable, and the guy was informative and pleasant. read more

This place is top notch for screen repairs, I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a repair. The 5 star reviews are well earned and I definitely would go back if I need a repair again. They are quick to respond to inquiries, quick to provide diagnosis, and quick to provide repairs. I understand you can set up appointments online, however I just walked in and was promptly assisted. They offer different screen options depending on whether you want to go with the Apple OEM screen or you can save a few bucks and go with an aftermarket screen. They do the repairs right there in the front room for added peace of mind and the quality of the repair was top notch. Deshaun was excellent as well, he was incredibly punctual and professional, and definitely appreciative of the business. It is nice to see people who put their heart into what they do. Thanks for the great service. read more

A-MAZING! A+ customer service and care. I dropped a can on my iPhone 8+ and cracked the screen. I took to yelp to help find a place and chose Cellphone 911 due to the great rating and location. So glad I did. I requested a quote and got a quick response from KC. I was finally able to bring my phone in today. No appointment. Devion (sp?) was super friendly and quoted me a 45 minute turn around time. He ensured my phone was in working order before I left. I came back promptly at 45 minutes and he was finishing up. We tested my phone again for functionality. Paid and I was on my way. Less than an hour. Great customer service! If I ever have a mishap again I will definitely be back to this place. I will recommend over and over again. Thank you Devion for amazing service. And a few laughs. read more

I have found a new home for my I-phone repair. For YEARS, I have been paying $15.00/month for protection on my iPhone, and $12 a month for my iPad. I could not wait to come home and cancel those services off of my Verizon bill. Unbelievable. If you want great customer service and high-quality work you definitely want to visit Cellphone 911! After reading all the reviews here, I decide to stop by after dropping my phone on concrete today and cracking the screen. They lived up to the reviews. Thank you, Cellphone 911 read more

I've used cell phone 911 twice for my phone. Once in October 2015 and another in December 2015. The first time it was very well done and great/fast service. The 2nd time my repair was not done in the best way, the phone screen kept lifting in one corner, when i contacted them they said it was because "My phone was bent, so the screen couldn't adhere properly". The screen kept lifting more and more and one day when i dropped it the whole screen just popped right out. I was able to pop it back in but it slowly started losing life. Now my screen is completely broken. I"m going to go directly to apple, now i've spent $130 with Cellphone 911 and i'm going to spend another $130 at Apple. Besides that they are great and convenient. . read more
