I've been trying to get my MacBook Air screen fixed for the past year and have gotten the most ridiculous quotes but finally found DeShawn at cellphone 911! DeShawn was so nice and and was able to fix my screen within a few hours! I highly recommend anyone with cellphone, computer or any tech issues GO TO CELLPHONE 911!

Really good service. Very quick to respond. I would receive emails on updates as they repaired my phone. We had a new USBC port repaired on the phone. We also had a new battery put into the phone. Everything went well. The battery will now last 2 days instead of 2 hours haha. I was very happy with the service that we received. By using Yelp they even put a new screen protector on the phone. Super duper nice. Thanks!

We found these guys a few years back when one of my techs broke his personal phone. They had it fixed with in a few hours. We've brought if few things in since and have always had awesome quick service. Recently my dogs decided to use my work phone as a chew toy. I thought it was toast but they worked their magic and brought back to life I cant thank them enough! Highly highly recommend!!!

I received a phone that didn't get fixed! And the repair price is expensive. This mobile phone repair shop does not have a clear price and charging standard. It makes a random price. The technology is poor and the attitude is very bad. I want to know whether you are charging or robbing? If my mobile phone is broken, I come to you for maintenance. If your technology is not good, you still put the responsibility on the customers. Excuse me, what's the purpose of calling for you when my mobile phone is broken? Is it for free? This mobile phone repair shop is a group of swindlers! My comments will not be deleted! And I will forward it to more websites for more people to see!

In the middle of the virus lockdown it was nearly impossible to receive any help or information from Verizon (our mobile plan) when my wife dropped her phone and shattered the screen. This business was easy to find onine, very pleasant when reached by phone, saying we could drop in that day and they would fix the screen immediately. When we showed up... I have to say, these two young men are as welcoming and friendly as anyone I've ever encountered in a retail context (which is why they have 5-star ratings across the board). And they did what they said: told us they'd have it done in 30 minutes, so we went for a sandwich nearby and returned at the 30-minute mark. It was done, the price was great (lower than other quotes), and again, they were so fun to hang with we stuck around a while just to trade stories. Retail service does not get any better than this. They are Our Guys for anything electronic going forward. read more

This place was great all around! Great people and great service. I was only in town a short period and they went out of their way to get a LCD that they had to track down and replace it for me quickly! Also after talking with their owner, it was apparent his desire is to truly take care of his clients. read more

I had a iPad that would no longer hold a charge. I took it to Cellphone 911 to have the battery replaced and the iPad is as good as the day I took it out of the box. The performance increased as well with a fresh battery(understandable). Very happy with the service and speed of the repair. The quote was upfront, honest and fair. You can't ask for more in my opinion. I will definitely recommend this business to my friends and family!! read more

The guys at Cellphone 911were great! My son's phone wouldn't charge so they said they would take a look. They identified a couple of potential causes and the corresponding prices. They were busy but said they would get it done same day. They called me back shortly there after to let me know it was done. The price of the repair was even lower than what was expected. They were great and will use again if another issue pops up. read more

Great service! I had a cracked screen that needed quick repair. It was cheaper and much faster than several other companies that I contacted. I'm happy to do business with them again. The location is a bit hard to find at first but once you're there, you won't have to wait long! read more

Owner and sole proprietor, KC, is very knowledgeable and doesn't give you B.S. on what's wrong with your phone. Although he specializes in IPhones, he repaired my 17 year old son's Samsung S7 LCD screen in less than 24 hours. Please support this locally owned business vs. a national franchise which all they care about is making a profit off of you. KC's repair prices are very reasonable and competitive. 90 days warranty on his work offered. Thanks KC! You're the guy I would come back to for my next repair! Much success to you! read more

When he got here KC was waiting for us outside to greet us. Came right inside and KC got right to work. He was very welcoming and totally friendly. Got the job done quickly fixing both of my iPhone 6's. and had amazing prices on the fixing of the screens. Also he gave me a 2 for 1 deal on the glass screen protectors for my iPhone 7 Plus and my fathers 6s. It was amazing service. read more

I had my phone "fixed" by them and the screen kept popping out which lead to it cracking and breaking again. When I was able to get ahold of them again we agreed that I would pay for a second repair at cost because it hadn't been done right the first time. After I paid a second time (as well as tipped them and gave them multiple discounted cards for services at my place of business) my phone began ghost dialing and having a mind of its own and I was u able to use it at all. When I asked them to come look at it a 3rd time to fix their mistake I was told I would be charged a 3rd time. I was given a hard time about it and they began ignoring my calls. They seemed to be a legit company at first because they came quickly and fixed the issue temporarily. But after going to a second business they told me my screen had been replaced w a knock off cheap screen that is prone to failure. So all in all....big waste of time and money. read more
