A day after getting my work iphone, i dropped the damn thing snd Iphones being so sensitiveI I cracked the screen (I've dropped my Samsung and nothing happened). Super excited to find this place because, i thought i was going to have to pay hundreds to fix it. but, 65 bucks and I got a new iPhone screen done in an hour. Couldn't ask for easier or friendlier service. I will recommend them again and again and if I drop it again, i know where to go. read more

Saw an ad on Facebook about this company. They had an amazing price to get my iPhone 11 cracked backside fixed. I was able to walk in at 12pm and my phone was done at 4pm today. I will definitely be back to get my other apple products fixed. The guys were very polite and courteous. I will totally recommend to my family and friends. read more

I wish I remembered the man's name that helped me at this store because he rocked! I brought an iPhone in after an unsuccessful 3 hour wait at the apple store, and he was actually able to tell me the real problem with the phone. He tested each individual component against working components and did what Apple wasn't willing to do. Then after the diagnosis, he didn't charge me anything! I gave him a tip because I was so grateful for the actual help, unlike Apple's geniuses. Also I was in and out in less than 20min read more

Great place to get your phone battery replaced! Very pleased with their service! Highly recommended

Wow these guys are great! They were quick to respond with a quote that was extremely reasonable for a cracked screen that I accidentally dropped and had happen. Took about 3 hours from me dropping it off on the spot and then fixing it. No price gouging and very fair! Great service! Go here if you need your phone, tablet, or electronic fixed! read more

My sons screen was replaced in about 25 minutes and at a reasonable price! I went off of the Yelp reviews and they proved valid. The kid at the front was nice and didn't try to sell us on any thing else. I will be back if need be, but fingers crossed I don't need to. They offer a good warranty too! read more

Came here last min because my iPhone X had a cracked screen. They fixed it in 10 min which was extremely fast and looked good too. Paid 165 for a new screen doe. read more

Rapid iPhone Repair? Nah, that's just the name of the shop. One star is being generous. Avoid this establishment at all costs, they have questionable knowledge and a couldn't care less ZERO customer service approach and attitude despite some glowing reviews. They had my iPhone for over three weeks; after quoting $129 and a turnaround time of 3-5 days for a back light repair I heard nothing so called for an update and was told the phone was still at the repairers (they apparently outsource the repairs on certain repairs requiring a degree of technical expertise- a fact I was not informed about till much later). On numerous subsequent phone calls to them (they never took the initiative to call me) I was told different stories as to any progress- I rarely spoke to the same person twice and the story changed every time - anything from "it's still being repaired", "it wasn't taken to where it should have gone but it's now gone", "someone has gone off with an emergency and has your phone", "we're trying to find it BUT we have the screen", "the repairers haven't got back to us, we're chasing it up"...to eventually saying "we are unable to fix it". If you value your time and phone take it somewhere else. read more

I've been here a couple of times. Once to have my glass replaced on my iPad and once to fix my home key on my iPad. Both times I left happy

I would recommend this phone service company located in Mesa to anyone! It's very reliable, affordable and they can even come to you! I had my IPhone 5s screen shuttered when Chris and Alex were kind enough to come to my office location and do it right there on the spot. I was so pleased with the job and their service. The prices are also lower then some other companies, I called around before I chose Rapid iPhone Fix. Will highly recommend to anyone out there! Oh and by the way, just by writing this review I got $5.00 off :) read more

If these guys used a really good product, it wouldn't be so bad. The problem is they tell you how it's as good as OEM, and it is far from it. My experience...... Original Apple screen lasted 1.5 yrs and several drops w/o a problem. When we did crack it, we called Rapid. She swears she didn't even drop it (after new rapid repair screen) and it cracked just being in her purse after like 4 days. This had never happened b4. After quite a bit of hassle, they would not warranty it. I said fine, but I will be posting my experience. I don't believe in using yelp to take advantage of a company, but people should know the product is quite inferior. (they said 'same gorilla glass, etc., not so much). *******They attach a new piece of glass to an old digitizer. (in house) ******* I needed to send pics of crack to 'co-owner alex' who again tried hard to not warranty it. They finally did (after delaying and rescheduling when this would happen). Finally second shitty screen installed (no extra cost). After a month or so she noticed the second screen from rapid started detaching from glass with no drops. Cracked right after the first drop... I'm at Apple right now and am so happy to see the new screen. The phone just looks better and I know it will not give me trouble. Sorry Rapid. read more

Took my phone here for water damage. I fell in the pool with my phone and it broke the screen, it's not cracked, it just will not display anything. The tech checked it and replaced the screen. I initially went to "U Break It I Fix It" repair but was turn away because they said they don't fix water damage phone when clearly on their website stated that they do. Waste of time, don't go there. Rapid iPhone took my phone without any hesitation, fixed it while I waited. Bam! Good as new. Can't thank these guys enough. Price was within market price, $179 for screen replacement. read more

I've had Alex fix my iPhone 5s and my girlfriend's iPhone 5s on two separate occasions. The service has been both fast and efficient! He's come out and met us at a location of choice and provided excellent service both in fixing the phones and interacting with customers. Alex has been a great repair technician and he has been able to walk us through and provide information for us during each repair. These guys can either fix your phone at their location or they can drive to you with a travel fee. I definitely recommend these guys for phone repairs! read more
