I brought the dead battery in to get it replaced under warranty and he refused to swap it out. The first manager was going to swap it (like it should have been) but then this guy (the only one without a name tag) came over and belittled the employee right in front of everyone there. He then went through this whole thing on how he has to charge it. The other guy knew right away that it was dead. The not nice one said to come back in a few hours and then maybe get it swapped out. I have not dealt with such a rude manager in quite a while and was really surprised by the lack of professionalism. We will never be back to this particular autozone as I believe they are one of the best auto stores out there.

Has a lot of bad reviews from numb nuts who go in ask for a wrong part or aren't familiar with their vehicles enough to know what part they actually need and then go ahead and blame the store for their own lack of knowledge. This place is a gem and I'm grateful we as citizens can go to a store to be able to order parts so we can do it on our own instead of worrying about the crazy bill you'd get at a shop.

Both an employee and the store manager shared details about a recent incident in which someone pulled a gun on them in the parking lot and attempted to rob them. Hearing this information directly from staff while shopping was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional, and it raised serious concerns about customer safety at this location. As a result of this incident, both the employee and the manager refused to assist me with a simple headlight installation. I have been a loyal customer for over six years, and AutoZone locations have consistently helped me with this service, as my vehicle is very easy to work on. I then drove to the AutoZone on McClintock the same night, where I was assisted immediately and treated professionally. I was in and out in under five minutes. The contrast between these two locations was significant. Sharing sensitive details of violent incidents with customers and refusing assistance as a result reflects poor training and management at the Broadway location. I hope this is reviewed by corporate.

Contacted Precision, first it's you must have run it without oil, then it's a few days past 6 months, then yes you found us & had us deliver it but the shop added it to your bill & paid us so we won't talk to you. So I am putting a new motor in for a few hundred more than I paid for the junk motor & spending another north of 9 thousand dollars. As if all that was not bad enough, it cost me 1k to find out the motor was trash because I thought it was just a starter & the Sequoia starter is a massive hassle to get at so it cost a fortune. I went to O'Reilly's today to have my battery checked on my car. First, he could not figure out how…read moreto open the hood. So when I showed him how to open it, he brought out the battery checker. Put on the battery cables and says nope your battery's fine. He didn't show me anything saying it was fine or offer or anything else. So I left and thought I really don't think he knew what he was doing so I went over to AutoZone and they checked it right away. Said the battery was bad and they showed me the calculations on how the battery was almost down to zero in power. I don't think that the gentleman at O'Reilly really wanted to do any work to be honest. He mentioned that when he couldn't open the hood he said, oh I really don't like to work on other people's cars and I think to myself you're in that business.
