(Bentley service in Scottsdale was unable to accommodate us without an appointment.) Called many shops only to be told they do not have the two different types of batteries that the fussy Bentley required. That changed when we called O'Reilly on W. Waddell Road in Surprise, AZ. and spoke with Desiree. This extremely talented and informed employee knew exactly how to get us into her store. She's professional and very well versed in anything automotive. Needless to say Bentley's are notorious for being extremely difficult to work on and that includes battery removal and installation. While Desiree had never worked on a Bentley before she was up to the task and jumped right in. She downloaded instructional videos for assistance, she never became frustrated she just kept going strong until it was complete. There are no words to describe our gratitude. They ALWAYS claim that the rotors are not able to be cut because it's too much labor them.. Younger boy has to ask his manager who's leaning on the counter if he's willing to cut the rotors same day or not but in the beginning weren't cuttable, I started having second thought about oreilly in general til I tried BELL & DYSART & they never denied a single rotor (I have the width tool I wouldn't take it if it's been cut already )

I called WW Williams, an authorized Allison Dealer, in Phoenix about a delay shift problem on my…read moreAllison transmission installed in my Tiffin Phaeton motorhome from Pahrump, NV. Jim, the Service Manager, invited me to bring it in for a diagnostic check. Upon arrival several days later after completing my stay in Pahrump, Javier Carrara was assigned as my Service Advisor. A work order was written up for my specific problem. I mentioned to Javier that we live in our motorhome full time and I was assured that a service tech would be assigned asap. We left to have lunch somewhere close by. A few hours later, Javier contacted me to inform me that a software update was applied to the TCM (transmission control module) and that the service tech had driven it for about 7 miles and could not duplicate my problem. Since it was already in the shop, I requested a fluid and filter change, which was eventually performed. I was contacted by the evening shift service advisor, Jason, who indicated that our coach was ready. I requested a test drive with a service tech (Josh) to ensure the delay shift problem was resolved. Sure enough, shifted like butter now!! All it required was that software update to fix my shifting problem. Josh took the time during my test drive to explain the functions of the transmission and the shifting process which was a great help in understanding it from an owner's perspective. This is a rather lengthy review but, to net it out, WW Williams resolved my shifting problem in a day allowing me to take possession of my home and continue my journey without requiring an over night stay in a hotel!! My thanks to all of the staff at WW Williams for the care, expertise and professionalism displayed and exhibited during my maintenance and repair procedures. I would certainly not hesitate to have future work required on my Allison performed at WW Williams and would highly recommend them to others needing Allison transmission repair or maintenance.

I spoke to Mike first who is always so rude and non customer friendly and he sent me to Darrell Owens who gets on the phone and ACTS nice but forgets he didn't hang up the phone after the conversation and his exact words to Darlene and Mike were "send her a quote, she can't afford it anyway. I know she can't afford it" I am livid to know that we're are still living in times like this. I was shaking and very upset because for you to feel that way because I am BLACK is crazy to me.
