Justin was very nice and professional, we walked in after our tire blew up one whole side on our way back from a family breakfast and went to discount tire because always fast. They were very busy and didn't have our tire but was able to get our tire delivered to there and when the tire got there put it right on. I don't have any pics but I want to share the exemplary service I received. I came in at 430p, they close at 6. My passenger tire had a hole. Needed replacing. Found out my driver rear tire was separating. That needed replacing as well. The tire on the vehicle wasn't in stock, so I was upgraded. My battery died while in the service bay and then my car went into protection mode. While the staff all worked to figure out what was going on, Patrick, the store manager purchased dinner for me and my son simply for the inconvenience. His service skills are outstanding and he is optimistically friendly and knowledgeable. He managed my visit promptly and more importantly with respect and care. He took care of all services (tire rotation/air) and I walked out with a zero balance as they provide free services. This particular location happens to be out of my way as I have multiple Discount Tire locations near me; but because this location has the best team members, I always opt to drive here. I love that my wait time is always shorter than quoted and I have always left this location feeling taken care of. I recently bought a new car and wanted to have some new rims installed. I originally wanted to order them online, but I figured I would have had to go to the store for installation, so I decided I would just stop by an actual store to purchase, pay, and ask all of questions instead. I had a budget and Discount Tire had the most valuable option for me. The store is clean and bright. Even the windows and seats are shiny. Plenty of electrical outlets in the waiting area. First time visiting this location after having a tire blow out on the freeway. Patrick, the general manager of this location was very knowledgeable & caring throughout the whole process. I ordered my tires online and had them shipped to store to be installed, when I came in for my appointment they had my car in the bay and all 4 tires on within 30 minutes. Patrick didn't give me the run around like a lot of mechanics these days trying to add on unnecessary work, he only informed me of the important things and didn't pressure me into making any purchases I wasn't sure about. Decided that I was going to purchase new wheels for my explorer and looked on the discount website. After deciding on a few that I liked I made the decision to look at the wheels before purchasing. I went into the store and was helped right away. My sales person (Justin G.) made sure that what I wanted was in stock and let me check out each wheel. After making my decision we went back up front to decide on tires. The only tires in stock at the store were not what I was looking for and I was asked about what brand I would like. I personally decided that I wanted to go to Toyo so they ordered in my Proxes ST 3's. I was told that they should be in the next day by 12. I received a call before 9 the next morning that everything was in and ready to go! The employee that changes out my wheels was very professional ensuring to not dirty my clean interior with my old materials even complimenting how clean my vehicle is. Great customer service experience here and will definitely be my family's new go to place for our tire / wheel needs! Great Job! First time here, disappointed. I made an appointment for 12:15 for tire Repair and air in tires. Tire couldn't be repaired needed new one, Luckily tire still under warranty. I was told car wouldn't be ready till 2:30. Ok, I came back at 2:40, now waiting room full of people and my car no even in garage. I asked Patrick when it would be done and shortly after someone took my car in the garage and a few minutes later I was called its done. I asked the man who brought my car up if air was put in other tires and he said yes so I trusted him. When I got home I looked at tires, and all 3 were still low. This important service to me for my husband's safety had not been done. Not only had other cars that came in after me get done before mine they didn't even check or put air in the 3 tires. Sadly now I have to find time to get air. I'm very disappointed. I need tires on my car however I might have to go to some place else. read more

So I had to come in here a couple of months ago due to a flat rear tire , & I had to get my two back tires replaced everything went smoothly so I thought, when I left everything seemed to be fine but when I got on the highway my car almost spun out of control so I decided to take my car to the dealership instead to inspect my vehicle to see if everything was ok. I tell the dealership I got my two rear tires replaced by discount tire and they told me that apparently they're suppose to rotate and balance my tires so the NEW ones are in the front and the old in the back, which they did not do, so I talk to the guy at discount and he tells me the opposite of what the dealership tells me after I tell them my car almost spun out of control after THEIR service! read more

I brought my 2007 mustang GT in at 8:15am on Tuesday July 8th for two new tires since mine are showing wire. To my surprise I was quoted more than $500 for two tires and was told I won't find anything cheaper than this. When I told him I want to wait on it because I know I can find cheaper and mentioned that I bought all four of my current tires brand new for $400 with it's delivery fee included, he proceeded to say "that's probably why they're falling apart because you bought cheap tires". But little does he know I've put 40,000+ miles on these tires. And not only that, I just went on their website and found some for half the price. Not him gaslighting me. I just ordered 4 new tires for $531 to be installed at pep boys (that cost includes the installation fee). Anyways I wasn't gonna argue and I just smiled, wished them a good day and headed out on my way. DISCOUNT tire was not doing its name any justice. read more

He understood my situation as a stay at home mom and although I couldn't afford the best of the best tires, he replaced both with a affordable rate which were much safer than what I came in with.
