Absolutely horrible service. They would not install the battery I just purchased but rather sent me to a Firestone. Firestone just laughed and said no one will install a Napa battery. So now I have a dead battery and a new one in my trunk that I can't get installed. Last time I shop here! read more

You have got to be kidding me? Drove 30 minutes for silicone vacuum hose. At the front door at 558 pm. Lights out Came to front door and unlocked it. Yeah we called about the vacuum hose. Uh sorry we already closed out the system. What? We will pay cash. Nope. System closed. No way to ring you up. Two minutes later all three employees exit the store and lock the door. Napa no more. If I could give a lower rating I would. Went yesterday and spent 50 dollars on a auto part that they said was the correct one. When i returned to get the correct part, they would not refund or exchange because I had opened the package. So I was to know it was the wrong part how ? X-ray vision ? Hold it up to the sun ? Never again Napa you have ripped out your last retiree I have changed my ratting from 1 to 4. The issue was resolved. I called the number provided and was well taken care of. The part was returned and money refunded. One strange thing though when I called the number. And the operator answered, I could hear a rooster crowing in the back ground. Very odd. That way people have a hard time leaving a review for THIS specific location. This is an update review......The battery I replaced the SECOND in a row failed Napa Legend battery with (which both failed at 16-18 months) has been in my truck for 3 yrs now and still tests as good with my battery tester. (Name starts with a W and ends with a t). So, this battery has now lasted DOUBLE the time that each of two in a row Napa Legend batteries did and still tests good! You have to give credit to Napa for being able to have their battery supplier spec out their Legend battery to die at almopst exactly their 18 months warranty period so they can try to get you to come in and buy another battery from them. Short lived "top of the line" Napa Legend batteries that don't last, coupled with employees at this location (16680 N. 51st Ave, Glendale AZ) trying to cheat me out of the warranty coverage, equals me NEVER buying a single thing again from this poor location. read more

James at NAPA is very friendly, honest, knowledgeable and goes the extra mile. I do all my purchasing from here now because of him and his excellency in customer service. I've come in with car issues and he has helped me trouble shoot the issue which has saved me a lot of valuable time and money. Thank you James, you deserve a huge pay raise! read more

I had hydraulic trailer issues about a year back. Jeremy helped me diagnose and address the wiring issue and got me up and running on what I needed to do to fix it. Very knowledgeable, honest, friendly, and respectable professional. 5-star guy. You pulled up and new you'd be taken care of. I respect that a lot. Legit. I don't know what goes on behind the scenes with NAPA and battery warranties, their labeling, stock, or serial system, but I had a receipt for a 1yr warranty on a battery that died died. No problem, I go to this specific location where I bought it, some new manager basically tells me to go buck myself, my word against his style, in the essence that there's no way my receipt is legit or it's a different battery? Says they only issue 6 month warranties. Called NAPA, they said the stores are responsible for they're own warranties, if they want to do the six month, they better rid they're stock of anything older... I think that maybe my receipt had a longer warranty because it was an older battery? I don't know, I don't care. I'm giving five stars because the friendly, more seasoned assistant actually went out of their way to help me. Promote them. read more

This location on 51st and bell is my favorite. They are always ready to help and so friendly. Marc the assistant manager, he is really awesome and helped me very quickly. This Napa store is a joke. Brian, the manager is incapable of doing his job, the epitome of the word inept when it comes to doing his job. When we first went in this store we had just gotten our Napa Easy pay card from Synchrony Bank. They were supposed to be able to take it, yet like most Napa Auto stores could not. So after about a week we were finally able to use it. We had to go through Brian, his GM, Synchrony, it was a mess. So now we were able to use it and used the card a few times there. We always hoped to be in and out fast because the employees at this store are always goofing off and can't seem to do much for the customer. We went back in this past Friday the 23rd. We wanted to buy a shop light which they would have made around $200.00 from. We went to use the Synchrony card, which now has a chip, and they couldn't take it. Brian, the Manager was right there, no help at all per usual, how is this guy a Manager? They said that the card reader no longer works for that card because it now has a chip, odd, and they have to ring me up through a website Synchrony has, then proceeded to tell us that their internet is down. After standing around for 15-20 minutes WE finally had to tell them that we will call and see when their internet is back up, which I did twice later in the day and they said it was not. Funny thing is while we were there, they had wireless, I could tell by my phone. So they lied to us so they wouldn't have to be hassled with the card with THEIR store name on it. What a joke. I will never go back to Napa Auto, especially this store. Once this card is paid off I will cut it off too. I don't even want to be tempted to deal with these immature folks that work there ever again. Seriously folks, stay away from this store. read more

01-12-17 Terrible customer service. Stopped into this store to return an item and thought it would be a quick in and out transaction. Was I wrong lol. The only employee behind the counter (seemed like in the whole store) was as rude as the inconsiderate customer currently being helped. Of course I was the only other customer in the store and was next in line which means I was invisible. I was patient enough to wait 10 mins in line before I started to get restless. Ended up just walking out and going to a different Napa store to complete my return. I'll just keep going to the Napa store I usually go to 19th and north of Deer Valley for better customer service. read more

I walked in to this store on 9-17-14 to by a new battery. I saw 2 people in the office laughing about something on their computer, the asst. mgr. reading off an invoice over the phone, and another guy walking out of the stock room. My wife and I waited 12 minutes at the counter untill the guy who was on the phone convinced me he was the rudist person I have ever met. We grabbed our battery and went to Autozone where we were treated great. We will be Autozone customers for life, and will no longer step foot in to a Napa store again. You should send your Mgr. over to Autozone to learn about customer service. read more
