Said they would ship from LA and would be there the next day. Ok, I'm thinking that's good customer service. Wrong! Said the they were ordered too late for the shipment. But not a phone call, so I wasted my Sunday driving there to be told the bad news. Said it would be here Tuesday. Guess what? Only the fuel filter was available but the air filter couldn't be found. I am worried that these won't fit too, because their track record, so far, has been atrocious. I'm glad I'm not a flat rate mechanic, my lift would be cluttered with non revenue producing cars. I know what I'm talking about - I spun wrenches for ten years Follow up. They did call me when the new filter was in. They even gave me a gift card. I've always had good experiences with NAPA as they cater to mechanics. Thanks for stepping up and restoring my faith in you.

The workers came in and walked around and said that the smoke in the house was bothering him. We had doors open and fans going. They left. I do smoke medical Marijuana and have my card. From start to finish D.Moe Contracting completed every stage of the process quickly and in a highly professional and expert manner. Rick, who was the individual who did my template measurements, measured everything precisely and exactly and even pointed out some details about the project that I didn't consider. Eric and James, who did the actual install carefully removed the old counter tops with no damage to anything. Eric and James then professionally & expertly prepared the area for the installation of the new counter tops paying attention to every detail. Because of their expertise and attention to detail the installation of the counter tops and new sink went without a hitch. The entire removal and installation process took less than 2 hrs. They also made sure that any questions I had during the installation was promptly answered and consulted with me on other aspects of the installation as they did the installation. These are the kind of individuals that any company would want to keep and promote. These are the kinds of individuals that makes a great company. I would very highly recommend D. Both an employee and the store manager shared details about a recent incident in which someone pulled a gun on them in the parking lot and attempted to rob them. Hearing this information directly from staff while shopping was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional, and it raised serious concerns about customer safety at this location. As a result of this incident, both the employee and the manager refused to assist me with a simple headlight installation. I have been a loyal customer for over six years, and AutoZone locations have consistently helped me with this service, as my vehicle is very easy to work on. I then drove to the AutoZone on McClintock the same night, where I was assisted immediately and treated professionally. I was in and out in under five minutes. The contrast between these two locations was significant. Sharing sensitive details of violent incidents with customers and refusing assistance as a result reflects poor training and management at the Broadway location. I hope this is reviewed by corporate.

He even took an extra minute to walk out with me to check that the gas lid closed securely, going beyond his required duties. This kind of service creates memorable experiences that keep customers coming back.
