Brad the manager did not honor a battery under warranty. Purchased the battery a year ago. When I came with a faulty battery asking to replace, Brad couldn't find the purchase in their system, due to a clerical error at time of purchase. Went ahead and purchased a battery with the promise it will be taken care of with the home store. Called the home store to resolve. They instructed the store to keep the core for pickup so I can get it refunded. When I came back to pick up the core, Brad said he has no idea where it is and he assumed it had been picked up. Oh my goodness! What a positive experience!! Cliff was tremendously helpful. I called him from the parking lot as my kids were sleeping in the car and told him my check engine light was on and I needed a read. Wow such a great experience! I took my '06 Tahoe in on Sat morning. The engine was smoking like crazy and I smelled coolant everywhere. The manager (Anthony) came out to check it after diagnostics and he said it needed the gasket/valves where the hoses connected with the engine from the coolant tank. I had to drive to work so he said be careful and sold me some coolant to fill the reservoir. I tried Sun Devil Auto later in the day and they said I had to buy the parts from them, so I went in and got a quote for $500+ dollars. They said I needed the hoses too. I called BS on them and they immediately called me back and said it was a mistake, I didn't need the hoses and my quote was now $260. I smelled a rat so I called Anthony back. He told me that price was real high and he called some shops for me. None were open so he called a mechanic friend of his who agreed to do the job that day. I went back to buy the parts for $49 and his mechanic friend did the job in one hour for $100. The entire job cost me $165 with the coolant. Needless to say, Anthony and his team went way above and beyond to help me. This kind of customer service from a person like Anthony is so rare these days. What a breath of fresh air! It's nice to know some people and companies are still honest and still care about their customers this much. I'll never go anywhere else for my auto parts. I was told by a mechanic that I needed a battery replaced right away, but I decided to get a second opinion before giving him my money. I came to checker to get the battery tested and they said it was fine. This trip I only went to get a new steering wheel cover, because it was beat up. I am please with my service every time. They are always honest and tell me straight. I hate when a dealership sees a woman with lipstick and a skirt/heels and take advantage of my assumed lack of knowledge what the dealership doesn't know is I know about cars. O'Rileys always keeps it real and helps me get exactly what I need for a decent price. The rewards plan is great if you go often. I don't see any benefit for me personally but I got a membership to help out the really nice cashier who helped me out. They need to register a certain amount of people I believe. I've been needing to replace my windshield wipers for a while and after the crazy monsoon storm we had last week, I decided enough was enough. I started to research online about replacing my wiper since it's a special snap button type instead of the regular hook that all my previous cars had. The gentleman working was very helpful and even offered to replace the wiper for me. And while doing so, he walked me through it step by step so that I would be able to do it by myself for the next time. (As I do not like having things done for me when I know I can do it myself). I have been a customer at O'Reilly for a very long time. This store was my favorite location. Not anymore. Bought a battery about month ago. I went in today to have it tested as I had a VSC code come up on my Lexus LS which could be triggered by the battery not working correctly. Sure enough, the battery showed 79% charged. I asked for a new battery and the 12 year old posing as a manager, Anthony Franco, not only refused but did so in an arrogant, condescending and highly disrespectful manner. He had another employee charge the battery and acted like he was doing me a big favor. Mr.Franco should not be in charge of a lemonade stand let alone a store from a national chain. In the age of the Internet, Amazon and Costco, it is pure stupidity to treat a customer the way I was treated, especially when most of the time this banana republic style establishment cannot match the prices, peace of mind and customer service of the above mentioned competition. I will spend my hard earned money where I get respect and am sold good products. read more

Typically I take it to the store and one of the service reps gladly replaced it for me. Due to the Coronavirus it is difficult to get someone to help. My Dad heard on the radio today that O'Reilly's may come to your home. I called and to my delight, they were able to send someone right away. Every time I have gone to this auto parts store, I have been impressed with Anthony and his staff. Once when I needed​ a filter they did not have in stock, even at other close by O'Reilly's, he searched​ competitors and found it at a lower price. I was impressed enough to wait and let him order it in at the lower price. Then last week my son had a dead battery in his car. We got there as soon as they opened and Anthony saw that we got the credit we deserved and a new battery in no time flat. I bought a new car battery for my Honda Odyssey from another place. There's a manifold over the battery and the vehicle needs to be reset after the battery is replaced. With that in mind I had 2nd thoughts about doing it myself. I then went to the nearest auto reply store, O'Reillys. I went in the store and asked who can help me exchange a car battery and Patrick volunteered without hesitation. He did it effortlessly and was very receptive. Once complete he helped me with the recoding with the help of the nearest dealership rep over the phone. We got it done in 15 minutes. I will definitely go to O Reilly's in the future knowing that they have competent and kind employees like Patrick! read more

Used to be my normal store. Switched to the Rural/Southern location because they usually have more in stock. But lately I've been back to this location a few times and let me tell you, the customer service is terrible. Two younger guys in particular that work there are terrible. The battery in my truck died while I was doing a cam swap. Drove another car in to this location to get a battery and the guy, David had this attitude the whole time like I was bothering him or something asking for a battery. Looked like he just smoked a bunch of weed. I got a battery because I needed it right away as I had to get my truck to get tuned in the morning. Been a few times since and don't feel wanted there at all. Went today for something and the employees were talking the whole time and cussing here and there. David and some other kid who I think is new. The way he spoke was as if he was talking to one of his high school friends, not a customer. It was terrible. When you are at work, you work. And you talk to customers in a polite manner. I handed him $10 and he didn't even count it right and insisted I owed him money still. I proceeded to tell him it was $10 and he counted again and then gave me my change. This store needs help. These kids working here are deterring a lot of business. Will not return to this location for any reason. read more

Went in for a replacement battery for my relatively new vehicle. They replaced my battery for me. Was given some misinformation by one of their young sales people. Ordinarily, this might have led to frustration and a low rating. HOWEVER, when I contacted the store manager, he made everything more than right to both my surprise and complete satisfaction. The staff here is so awesome! I came in with a battery that wouldn't hold a charge and had apparently been installed wrong (not by them). It had been jiggling around while I drove causing so much corrosion all over the battery post that they spent over an hour trying to seperate it! They ended up having to cut it loose and rewiring the battery post/positive connection. I had gotten my previous battery there over two years before but there was still a partial warranty so for all of that labor and time and patience with me they only charged $50 total! These guys are great and I highly recommend talking to them before taking your car to a mechanic. read more

This location is hard to get to. They are off really busy intersection. They share the parking lot with Trader Joe's that makes it hard to get parking. They guys are not rude or difficult. You can tell they just don't care. The guy who was supposed to be checking me out had no issue chatting with his friend while I waited. I suggest calling.... they take phone calls while you just wait there. OR bring a blond with C cups or larger and who knows how to tease guys......THEN they are QUICK to help! read more

I recently purchased wiper blades from this location and took them home to put on at a later date.
