I have been using this charging station about two times a week for the last three months or so…read more Lately, it takes multiple times trying to connect the car to the charger because an error occurs each time. Today the machine stopped charging about 10 minutes in due to an error, which I have not seen happen. Customer service tried remotely but was not able to get the machine to start charginginc. Customer service also shared with me that the $.99 fee is for starting the charger and DOES apply every single time you reconnect due to ann error. this fee is NOT reimbursable. so if I encounter five different errors, I am being charged the $.99 fee five times I am. unfortunately, this was the only charger within a reasonable distance to work so now I have to go and charge my car after work with my infant in the car rather than being able to charge it on my lunch. I'm starting to feel like EVGo is a no go.
