Then proceeded to park fully blocking our driveway and the trash can so that it couldn't get picked up. Then when they left didn't even move the trash can back. If they are this careless and oblivious about what they are doing not involving the actual towing, I can't imagine how much damage they do towing. Edited to add: Since you felt the need to be a child instead of owning up to your mistake you are lucky I didn't report you for trespassing and illegally blocking a driveway (this day and a few days ago when you dropped the piece of junk off). After encountering the gut-wrenching sound of my vehicle not turning over last night, I called…read moremembers of my local church community to find a reputable roadside assistance/tow company. I received Dan's name/# and called him this a.m. I hadn't (thank goodness,) had a vehicle leave me stuck for over 10 years. This was a new (used) vehicle to our home. I had zero history with any companies in the area, as I had never needed one! I should not be surprised as to the amazing/quick/excellent service that was provided. I've now been able to read the reviews here on Yelp and they are 100% consistent with what others have shared. He was at my home on-time, courteous, kind, and even offered to make sure that my vehicle re-started after I turned it off/started it up again. His jump-equipment and his truck/flat-bed are all very clean/well-kept. Even though I had to pay out of pocket, the charge was VERY reasonable under the circumstances. I found out since that Tow AZ is contracted with my insurance company as well (you can bet I'm going to add roadside assistance/towing to my auto policy now!) I hope I don't need to see Dan again anytime real soon - but I'll be passing his info around to my friends/family for the future. His company will be the only one I'll use.
