Highly recommend this Auto Zone!! I stopped at this location after waiting in a line at another location for over 20 mins that was short staffed. As soon as I arrived, despite there also being several customers getting helped, I went through the line quickly. Patrick was the tech who was able to help me get a replacement battery and get back on the road. He went above and beyond to swap out my battery fairly quickly, was extremely knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and had excellent customer service! Stopped in there last week because one of my headlights was out. I found the light I needed & when I went to check out, I asked Brian if this would work for my car. He didn't hesitate and walked outside with me to pull my headlight bulbs out to make sure it matched. Then he proceeded to switch out the old bulb with the new one! I went in yesterday(July 16) to have my sons car battery checked. Mike was prompt, friendly and incredibly helpful. He showed me all the options I had for different batteries. Zero pressure, just solid advice. Not only did he quickly remove and replace the battery, he made sure this one was installed properly. Although it was tricky, enough so that the previous person who installed the battery took shortcuts, he installed the new one perfectly. Auto Zone is lucky to have Mike on their team. Absolutely love this Store! My rear headlight went out, so I came here to get the replacement bulb. When I walked in I was overwhelmed with the large amount items they had in stock. I asked someone for help, told him what I needed done. His name was Patrick, he grabbed some tools, came out with me to my car. Then replaced my light bulb for me! He showed me I can do it myself, answered any questions I had. He was incredibly professional and personable, easy to talk too at the same time. II was thankful he did that, it really made my day and the price for the bulb was low! I honestly thought they were going to charge me for the labor, nope! Came here to get a "check engine light" diagnosis because my light turned on. This service was free, along with a bunch of other tests at no cost (battery, starter, alternator, etc). I didn't make use of the other offers but it was nice knowing they're available. I would advise everyone to check them out before going to a mechanic that may possibly charge your for their services. I walked into the store and the employee greeted me right away. Told him I needed an engine test so I walked him to my car and he tested it. We went back inside, showed me the report on the computer, and even printed out the results for me. I was happy to find out that my engine wasn't going bad, the light was just triggered by the catalyst, so he explained what that meant and what I needed to do next. The whole process only took about 5 minutes and I was able to get all my questions answered. Very good and quick service I highly recommend read more

I simply went into the store with questions regarding my battery. I'm not sure who the old guy that was working on 3/29 but he was extremely rude and talked down to me like I was some girl who didn't know what she was talking. I simply asked him a few questions where he cut me off every single time assuming what I was going to say. As a female I've never been treated and talked to so low compared to this guy. And my father is a mechanic/welder/fabricator and this isn't my first go around either. He needs to learn how to talk to people. read more

This Autozone says that it opens at 8am on Sunday and I was standing outside with another customer until 8:10 waiting for them to open while a store associate was inside the store. I even called to ask if they're going to open since it's past their opening time and she said she had to open the store. Then another associate arrived late and finally unlocked the door and didn't even apologize for opening late. The customer service was fine and efficient from there but the store didn't open on time so don't try to get here right when they open. read more

Bad customer service, never going back. I was the first person in line and was skipped because other guy was looking at the cashier for help. The employee knows that they made a mistake for helping the inpatient man, because he kept looking in my direction. When I finally got up to the desk and began the process of looking for my part, the employee stops and began to checkout the other person behind me. I just walked out after the employee ignored me for the second time. I've worked in retail for over 10 years and I never ignore the person that was next in line or in the middle of helping them out. read more
