Last night, I noticed I was having a very hard time seeing while I was driving. Realized I had a headlight out. Managed to get home safely without being pulled over, but I need to run an errand again tonight. Stopped in to get new headlights and asked Derrick if he could help me put them in. He was so kind and showed me how to do it. I super appreciate him going out of his way to help me get back on the road safely! Thanks Derrick!! read more

Greg is the worst employee I have ever met. He was not willing to help me look for what I needed, and got visibly upset when another employee helped me. I apologized because I don't know the first thing about cars, and he said "yeah, it shows." I'm an old lady, do you expect me to know anything about cars? Greg has a serious attitude problem. Needless to say, I will be getting my auto parts from a different place. read more

Just had to get my wiper blades replaced and to have my maintenance required message on my cpu figured out. Donna at this location couldn't have been more helpful and kind. Very thankful that good people like her work in our little community. read more

Just moved here from out of state. I always appreciate O'Reilly's selection and availability of the auto products I need. In traveling the country in an RV, I rarely find a store that is not managed well. This morning I decided to stop by the Anthem store to pick up some brake fluid & parts cleaner. I waited for 5 minutes for a cashier to check me out. 3 employees saw me & another customer waiting and continued to stock products in back cashier area. When I said, "No one wants to take our money" out loud, one of the employees stuck his head out and yelled, "I'll be with you in a minute!". I waited another minute and then went to Walmart (across the parking lot) and bought what I needed for a little bit cheaper. Picture is what I purchased at Walmart. read more

Bought all new brake parts for my truck a year ago from this location. The booster went bad after a year. It's a lifetime part so I took I back and got a new one. Installed it. The truck had a new problem with the brakes. They would stick to the floor. I figured it was something else in the system. NOPE. I took it to a mechanic. It was the brand new brake booster. So I took it to O'Reilly and got another part. They installed it. Problem solved. It took 2 brake boosters, a couple days without a truck and a couple hundred dollars. O'Reilly has a policy that will cover labor and the part but only if the first part is professionally installed. They sell parts to do it yourselfers! This isn't the first time I've replaced a brake booster on a car. The manager needs the part to be able to have it checked for defect. But it has been sent back already. Even though I told them I was going to try to recover the labor costs the day I dropped it off. It's been almost a week since we took the part back to them and the manager called us. I miss the days when the person behind the counter knew about cars. I really miss when O'Reilly used to sell good parts. It was called Checker Auto Parts back then. The first brake booster only lasted a year and the newest was broken out of the box. Brakes are too important to sell junk parts at any cost. Now they use technicalities to not stand behind their product. I'll never go to O'Reilly again. I hope anyone that reads this will get parts elsewhere as well. Just an update...I spoke with the district manager. He won't make this right. I will never purchase anything from your stores again. You sell junk. Your customer service is junk. read more

Thank you to Donna at O'reilly Auto Parts in Anthem for her great customer service! I highly recommend this store!

Paid over $200 for a battery with 2 year warranty. Battery went bad within a year so was replaced, then new one went bad too within a year but they said the warranty had expired? Go to Wal Mart for batteries much less expensive for same product and better service. read more

The guys at the Anthem Arizona O'Reilly's Auto Parts Store are the best! My wife broke down in her Mazda 6 on 5/30/21 right near their store, during her long ride home back to the Navajo Nation. Tony, Harper and Nick were extremely courteous and helpful in helping her trouble-shoot the problem, and getting her back on the road again! As her husband, who at the time was about 5 hours away back on "The Rez," I can't thank you enough for your expertise and professionalism - and being her "Knights in Shining Armor." I'm hoping that when when your Corporate Office staff reads this review they will give all of you some very positive feedback for your exemplary efforts (including a well-deserved financial bonus)! - Sincerely, Gregg R. Discovered a bad battery this morning! After jumping with my son's car I headed to O'Reilly's in Anthem. Bill tested my battery and replaced it in no time at all. Bill was great-had a good chat while he replaced the battery. I will definitely head to O'Reilly's in Anthem if I need auto help! read more

I was in quite a pickle the other day, and Greg from O'Reilly Auto Parts saved the day. I was dropping my son off at school when my battery died. Since I know nothing about cars, I called my husband, who called O'Reilly Auto Parts. Greg not only drove to where I was to try and jump my car (there was no one around and it was pitch dark), but when that didn't help, he drove back to the store, brought the battery to me, and changed the battery right there in the school parking lot. Did I mention it was 42 degrees outside? Not only was this great service, but Greg went above and beyond to help me out of a crappy situation. I appreciate a guy like that! read more

I watched my bf who knew what he was looking for get treated like crap. I, as a female, would never want to go in the there alone and deal with Thomas helping me. My goodness he was so irritated and not interested in helping us at all. Our interaction was less than ten minutes and he was fed up at minute 2, and passed us off to Brad. I was extremely uncomfortable. read more

Bought a ATV Battery 4 months ago. The thing will NOT hold a charge. Yes, we have a thing that charges it overnight. Used it yesterday and today it didn't start again. Called to see if we could get a different one and get some kind of reimbursement towards the new one, Nope-no can do. The Battery only had a 3 Month Warranty!!! Don't buy the EXT14!!! They shouldn't sell it at all. Won't buy any more batteries here. read more

These people have always done right by me. Helped me and steered me to the right products the first time. Always willing to take the time to explain the difference in what they carry. Just ask and you'll get the right answer. read more

I have a bad experience every time I have to buy something from this store. If you can drive to Phoenix to get your parts, you will be happier. The staff here is under-educated and never gets me the right part the first time. All of the employees seem more interested in hanging out and gossiping about what happened the night before than in helping me get the part I need. Stores like this are why I buy online and risk becoming a victim of identity theft. Not to mention the parts the sell are cheap Chinese garbage. Even with the lifetime warranty you'll be wasting hours in labor switching out the same part over and over. Save yourself the hassle and shop somewhere else. read more

Went in to get a new brake light and didn't know how to change it myself. Ron came to the rescue and went above and beyond to help me change it. Thanks Ron! read more

My battery died right in front of the store and Cheyenne went out of her way to help me out. She replaced my battery which is not any easy feat because it's a BMW. No charge. And did I mention that it was 110 degrees outside? Awesome service. Thank you Cheyenne and thanks to Brian for helping too. read more

The five stars is because of a young woman who works in the store, Jordan. Last October my friends and I were on our way to Mexico from NM. We pulled in to the Hampton Inn for the night, and then my car wouldn't start. The desk clerk called over to O'Reilly's to see if anyone could come by to help. The man who answered said they were short staffed and it wasn't possible. The desk clerk at the Hampton, Ashley, was persistent and called back, and this time Jordan answered and said she'd be right over. I mean, we're close--walking distance away. Within a couple minutes Jordan was there, and she gave me a jump. I followed her to the store and she checked the battery--dead! She sold me a new battery and then installed it. She's good! The whole process took under half an hour. Oh, and they weren't short staffed. There were at least 4 guys working--and Jordan! Bless her heart. That's the kind of service that gets the 5 star ratings!! read more

Greg and Robert are great! I went in thinking I needed a new battery, which I bought for $70 less than the dealership would have charged. While installing it for me, we discovered that it was simply loose terminal cables. They cheerfully refunded my money, cleaned and reinstalled my original battery, and I was on my way in about 15 mins. These guys are trustworthy and entertaining! read more
