A couple days ago a friend of mine nicely got my car washed at 4 Sons Chevron on Anthem Way. But she didn't know to remove the spare wheel cover and the antenna before heading in to the automated machine. So after I got my car back, both the tire cover and my antenna topper were gone! We called the next day and "Sam" told us that after cleaning the system and looking again they did not find anything. He even said that they would review the video to determine what might have happened. Later that day, I went down myself to confirm that those actions had been taken. I was met by the Manager, Sam, in person and he remembered the call. He then closed the car wash and diligently looked through each part of the machine including all of their drains to help find my antenna topper. All to no avail. He confirmed that he had looked through the videos also and had seen that the tire cover was still sort of attached to the vehicle when it left. (So if anyone finds a "Suzuki" tire cover in Anthem, it is probably mine!) Bottom line was that I did not retrieve either of my items from the car wash. When Sam saw my disappointment, he gave me a voucher for a free re-wash just for coming in! In the past, I had gone to his place for my car washes and by this time had already decided that I would now ALWAYS go there. But I cannot convey how impressed I was with the level of customer service, professionalism, and kindness that Sam showed to help find my items. To top it all off, while Sam was (again) looking for my items, the next customer was fairly patiently waiting to start his car wash. For that patron's time, Sam even upgraded his wash for his inconvenience! Truly, a great product, great service, great personnel, and a great experience. What else could one ask for?? Dishonest pricing. Gas price listed on sign is if you buy a car wash with it. Go across the street to circle K for a better deal on gas.

As I am wiping down and scrubbing bugs and spots all over my car after paying $15 for a car wash, I came to the conclusion that the only thing this car wash does is wet down your car and somewhat blow it dry. I can do this at home. They provide wet towels for a reason. My car came out spotted and dirty, and a lot of water still on the car. Had to blow a lot of water off the car, but that is OK, what is not OK is how dirty it really was. My wheels were dirty. Basically I had to blow off water, wipe down the whole car, clean the bugs off the front window and side mirrors and all over the whole front of car! Hopefully the new carwash at Walmart will be much superior to the Chevron. Barb read more

I had issues with the car wash and they made it right. The staff was very caring. I bought gas and the experience was very good.

Gas station is always higher priced than others in the area, car wash subpar. Tire dressing barely puts anything on the tires, pressurized air isn't very strong, vacuums sometimes don't work or have low suction, the blow dryers at the end leave your vehicle with more water on it than most other car washes, lastly no windex or glass cleaner spray bottles offered like most other places. This place would go out of business if someone opened up another car wash in the Anthem area like a CobbleStone or similar. I usually wait to wash my cars until I need to go down to Norterra or even Jomax road now with the new car wash there. read more

The location on Bell Road/El Mirage in Surprise is HORRIBLE. The morning cashier on the weekdays is RUDE as hell. I stopped in to grab a few canned drinks for myself and my staff, was in the store for less than 1 minute. She approached me asking if the car parked along side the building was mine. I said yes. She had a temper tantrum stating that customers weren't supposed to park there and said she didn't have to wait on me unless I moved my car (rather than politely saying, 'hey, next time'...). After calling me a bitch, and "letting" me pay for my drinks, I looked to see if there was a no parking sign. There was a very weathered paper sign from a printer. I asked for her name, she refused to give it to me (was not wearing a name badge). Refused to give me her supervisors name also. The time before I was in there she was sick as hell and coughing all over the place. Needless to say, I will drive a couple miles out of my way to go to QT instead. I also wrote an email to their corporate office. It's been a couple weeks, and no response. Clearly they don't care. read more

Pretty good price, clean, and lots of space. The convenience store is on the large side with a good selection.

If you need to use restrooms around 10:45pm don't stop here. They tell you the entire store is open but NOT the restroom. They had cones blocking the restrooms. No sorry they are closed and reason just a silly comment entire store is open but not the restrooms. Had to take my young daughter under 10 looking around for a restroom. We planned on getting snacks but no thanks after that comment. read more

We filled up our tank here and noticed the many vacuums stations available so decided to tidy up the car a bit. Once we parked, we realized that they had the air compressor blow gun at each station. I LOVE whenever stations have these. The high pressure air pushes all the dust out of all the little crevices that your vacuum attachments can't reach. We ended up spraying down the entire car practically. That Arizona dust gets EVERY WHERE! We certainly needed this so we were very grateful for the access. It made paying $4.15/gal for premium a little easier to swallow. Even though this is further away from our families house, might come here regularly to fill up because of these vacuums. read more

I just wanted to let you know that Sam, I believe he is a manager at The Anthem Arizona store definitely went out of his way A couple of days ago to help someone out. There was a gentleman who would come in the store just wanting to get some water because it was horribly hot out and he look like he was a bit down on his luck. Don't shop here if you don't want to get Covid! They took down their mask signs, obviously they don't require them and the EMPLOYEES don't wear them! I asked the guy checking me out to put a mask on and he threw his arms up and said "I don't need one!" Masks are mandatory in all of Maricopa county. Went to 4 Sons at 5436 E. Carefree Hwy. This place has the worst customer service ever. I came to the store just before 5 PM to get propane. The clerk was not visible when I entered the store and showed up from the back a couple of minutes later. She asked me if I needed help and I told her I needed propane. She told me they don't sell propane after 5 o'clock. I asked her what was the reason for not selling propane and she said because they only have one employee after five and it's dark outside. I told her well there's two of you in the store right now (there was another clerk working at the time) and it's still light outside so can you please get me some propane. It was also before 5 o'clock when I entered the store. She told me no and that that was the rule. The worst customer service I've ever received in my life. I will never go back there again read more

Easy to access from the freeway. I got the carwash which did the trick just fine. The dryer stays on even after the timer ends, which is really nice. Usually I need just 15 more seconds to finish drying off the rear. read more

The worst car wash ever. For $10.00 the wash was pathetic. When I arrived at the "free" vacuum I noticed the front of the car still had bugs on it. The windshield was still dirty. I usually go to the car wash in Cave Creek. Much better service and a better wash. When I arrived home I had to wash most of the car again. Very disappointed for $10. read more

Best Chevron for miles. They have a separate pump station for large trucks and trailers, discounts on their automatic car wash (which is actually really good) and right off the freeway. Entering the fuel station from Anthem way is okay but has two dips which is hard on low cars and I suggest leaving the back way and using the traffic light as the driveway is busy and dangerous to leave from. There is another fuel station across the street so their fuel prices stay competitive. In the same parking lot you'll find the Anthem outlets with a food court, covered parking and food too. If you're a Chevron fan, this one is for you. read more

I stopped at the 4 Sons and intersection of I17 and Carefree Hwy. Fueled up my car and went into the store to use a restroom. I first noticed the person at the counter, buying something, was not wearing a mask. My eyes followed down the aisle where 6 or 7 people were standing in line and not one of them wearing a mask. I said something like "I guess masks are not important here" and left, wishing I hadn't already purchased my gas. I will not only not use this station nor will I use any 4 sons for my gasonline. I tried to let corporate know about this and of course my complaint wouldn't go through. Just know that you're not safe in this station or maybe others. read more

Just used the car vacuums. Great. They are free and actually work. The hoses are extra long so it is easy to reach where needed. And there are plenty of vacuums. The area was clean (a worker was cleaning the area while I was there) and well maintained. They also have free air and water for your vehicles. Thanks to whoever is making this available. read more

Easy access to the 17 and a convenient spot to stop for gas, snacks, and the restroom. They have beer on tap interestingly enough, with the option to fill up 32 oz or 64 oz. I didn't try it myself but it is a unique alternative to buying a six pack, especially if you're interested in local or craft beers. Cashiers were friendly; service was fast and efficient! read more

After shopping at the Outlets in Anthem, Arizona....we stopped here to fill up the tank. Gasoline prices were fairly priced considering it is right off the freeway. Store looked okay inside. I'd probably stop in again. Would not be a regular if I lived in the area, though. read more

they sell Propane. Gas is always the highest in the area. The staff is always friendly and its always clean.

The new car wash is terrible. I paid $4 dollars and never received spot free rinse which I guess is their way of making you pay more money. So instead I got a car full of hard water spots. I'll find another car wash that will give me spot free rinse for $3. read more

Run of the mill gas station convenience store. Prices are highest around. They win the one star award for having a lame car wash. I took a vehicle there that has a roof rack, well below the hanging height measure cautioning you must be below 7'. My truck's well below this. But as I am paying, a (manager?) runs out to tell me I cannot proceed - after it was too late and had to refund me cash. Why? Because they say the car wash cannot handle any form of roof rack. Why not put up a sign? Why wait until someone has wasted their time putting in money? I no longer had time for a car wash after that debacle so I had to go on a date with a dirty vehicle. Super staff tonight! We stopped while heading north. They sell beer on tap! Craft beers in a refillable bottle. In 32 or 64 ounce bottles.

I was informed today that the owners are making them turn off the top brush in the car wash if you have a rack on top, because they have had some issues. That's fine I just cancelled my monthly car wash subscription. Why am I paying $30 a month to have my truck only half washed? read more
