I've been shopping at this location for years. I live five minutes away and, aside from the…read morenightmare parking, I've never really had anything negative to say. That said, the service here has noticeably gone downhill over the past year or so. As someone who's worked in customer service, I completely understand how draining it can be dealing with people all day. Still, I've had cashiers who don't even acknowledge me and come across as straight-up rude. I'm always polite, so it's a tad frustrating but i always just brush it off, maybe they're having a bad day. What really stood out today was an interaction I witnessed near the water aisle. There was no bottled water in sight. A customer politely asked, in broken English, if there was any water. The employee (who appeared to be a stocker or possibly a manager) simply rudely said "no" and walked away. No "sorry, not right now" no explanation, nothing. Just a blunt, dismissive response. It wasn't the most extreme rudeness I've ever seen, but it left me a bit stunned. That person clearly has zero customer-service skills. There are some great employees here, and I don't want to paint everyone with the same brush. But the ones who treat customers this way really hurt the reputation of the whole store. I almost never leave negative reviews, but this location needs to do better.

That said, it's hard to fault the store for being popular. The cashiers are friendly and efficient, and I've always had positive experiences with the customer service desk whenever I've needed help. One thing I really appreciate about this location is the convenient exit that gets you onto I-17 quickly, which makes leaving much easier despite the busy parking lot. Overall, it's a solid Costco with good customer service. The crowds keep it from being perfect, but that's pretty much the Costco experience.

She actually took pride in the job and the store. However, over the last year it seems that this store and the current manager is trying to win a contest for the dirtiest location in the valley. They want you to spend it BACK IN THE STORE. I've accumulated $10-15 so far and I've followed the prompts and the money never goes back to my account. Yet the price of gas stays up at 3.35/gall. Not one manager is able to tell it to us correctly . After a certain time they keep the money. Same thing at all Circle k stations.

Good customer service and cleanliness should be consistent, not only when supervisors are present. The restroom looked okay at first glance, but a closer look showed dirty stall walls, dirty door handles, and floors that could have used more attention. The tea station was another disappointment. The "freshly brewed" teas didn't appear very fresh, some containers were low, and the dispensers and lids looked like they hadn't been cleaned recently. The soda station also had dirty overflow trays. I was also surprised to see cases of bottled water stored outside in Arizona heat when temperatures were already approaching 100 degrees in the morning. Overall, there were plenty of employees on the floor, but the cleanliness and presentation didn't match what I'd expect from QT. That alone was inappropriate for a workplace, but it got worse when the cashier commented on my purchase and told me what I was buying was "gross." Customers shouldn't be subjected to political opinions, racist remarks, or personal judgments while checking out. This was unprofessional and disrespectful, and it made me feel unwelcome.
