That said, it's hard to fault the store for being popular. The cashiers are friendly and efficient, and I've always had positive experiences with the customer service desk whenever I've needed help. One thing I really appreciate about this location is the convenient exit that gets you onto I-17 quickly, which makes leaving much easier despite the busy parking lot. Overall, it's a solid Costco with good customer service. The crowds keep it from being perfect, but that's pretty much the Costco experience.

I come here to do my shopping but this time all I needed were my eye glasses. The staff at the optical department are very prompt and professional. They helped me with my eye glasses as I paid a few weeks ago. There is a number ticket system here, take a ticket and wait your turn. I was at optical for only a few minutes and afterwards decided to cruise the store for some free samples. I ended up buying a few items. This store is amazing at offering free food samples, I love it. As packed and busy this place was, the checkout lines were running very smoothly. Cashier was friendly and took maybe 2 minutes to check out They are very efficient despite the long lines of customers. This is my 2nd fave place to grocery shop behind Whole Foods Market.

She actually took pride in the job and the store. However, over the last year it seems that this store and the current manager is trying to win a contest for the dirtiest location in the valley. The floors and countertops are an epic reminder that a tetanus shot is due every 10 years, DISGUSTING! However, it was very noticeable that the pace and attitudes changed the moment what appeared to be management or corporate staff walked in. Good customer service and cleanliness should be consistent, not only when supervisors are present. The restroom looked okay at first glance, but a closer look showed dirty stall walls, dirty door handles, and floors that could have used more attention. The tea station was another disappointment. The "freshly brewed" teas didn't appear very fresh, some containers were low, and the dispensers and lids looked like they hadn't been cleaned recently. The soda station also had dirty overflow trays. I was also surprised to see cases of bottled water stored outside in Arizona heat when temperatures were already approaching 100 degrees in the morning. Overall, there were plenty of employees on the floor, but the cleanliness and presentation didn't match what I'd expect from QT. Not the worst visit, but definitely not one of the better ones either.

The touch screen order system for the hot food. I wish they had sandwiches like Wawa. This location is always clean, and there are serious amounts of hustle from the staff. This is my morning drink stop, and was Ecstatic to move back to a neighborhood with a quick trip on my morning commute. Also, after 4pm all pastries are half off. I love hitting the pastry jackpot and getting a muffin on the way home. QT for life!!
