I've been coming here for almost a year for water and have never had a problem, until last night. Normally I would just blow it off but being the teacher I am, I feel like the owners need to know. If your cameras have audio, take a listen to last night right before close at about 7:20. When we came in, the door was "weird" for a second I thought maybe it was locked but not shut...so as we walked in we said "hello?" We filled our waters (31 gallons) and still did not hear/see anyone. We had a punch card for 30 gallons, but we tried again..."hello?" The young lady then came out from the back extremely hostile and rude, yelling disrespectful things about the end of the night and close to closing time. "What do you expect coming in 7 minutes before closing??!!" We gave her the loyalty card and she screams "you owe me money!!" I gave her a 5$ bill and we promptly left. I have never been treated so poorly in a place where I was trying to pay for a service. We will NOT be coming back. The last thing I need is to deal with a person like that in order to buy water. There are plenty of water places I can go to and be appreciated as a paying customer. read more

We always enjoy popping in here for a treat. We usually get shaved ice. They also have boba and ice cream. You can refill your water, even the special alkaline kind. The lady who helped us this time was sweet... so sweet. She chatted with us, let the kids pick their flavors, and laughed of a minor spill. The place is small but clean. I have been here off and on over the years mainly for the Thrifty ice cream. Never had a bad experience. So tonight after eating some Mexican food next door I told my son let's get some ice cream like old times. We walked in and guess what? New Ownership! They also have a crazy amount of choices of Thrifty ice cream (Over 30)so you are bound to find your favorite. You can also buy a carton! They also now have shaved ice, boba tea, smoothies and other drinks at a reasonable price. They also have your customary water needs available too including Akaline water. The owner is very nice and genuine. They have definitely earned my families business. Very disrespectful lady working in the morning.. didn't get her name or it would be posted.. Nevertheless.. I walked on just to get a small bag of ice. Apparently she was way in the back doing something with ice cream.. She said she yelled twice from the back before she came out but as I'm deaf in one ear I didn't hear her. After I said I'd like to buy a bag of ice, she proceeded to tell me that, the second time she told me she was busy, she screamed it at me.. If you drink gallons of water like my family does, you have to pick up a free standing water cooler and fill up here $.00.25 per gallon and ice is the best for daily or any occasion. We recently bought a water dispenser and went in to refill the water jug. we wanted to stop by an actual store since we really didn't know what we were doing. The lady working was super sweet and helpful, and explained to us the process of it all. It's nice that they have snow cones, Boba, and ice cream so you can grab a little treat when you stop in. Having a food allergy, she offered to go through all of the flavors to verify that they didn't have dairy. The place was very clean and straightforward, and the prices were very reasonable. The best customer service topped off with amazing clean ice, none of that white resin at the bottom of your glass like grocery store ice.
