A few employees are nice, but most of them are very rude, and the darker complected heavyset lady is always so rude. When I went to turn in my lotto tickets, I was being very polite and friendly with her and told her that I needed another trio. Afterward, when she was ringing me up, I said "I still need that trio" and she said, "You never told me." I responded by saying, "I did, but you probably didn't hear me" and she said, "No, you didn't." I repeated myself, "Yes, I did", but you probably didn't hear me in a friendly manner and she replied again, "No! You didn't!" I told her that I wasn't going to argue with her. I can't believe she's even arguing over something so petty like that and a friend that was visiting her in the store looked a little shocked, too, but obviously didn't say anything. I'm not gonna argue with a store employee and I'm certainly not gonna be treated this badly at a neighborhood store that I've gone to for years. They need to do something about that store and their employees. It's awful! I don't even wanna go into that store anymore. It's disgusting and unprofessional! That's how I would rate it. Their bathrooms are the cleanest of any fuel or travel center I've been to. They offer an enormous variety of items at reasonable prices, and their staff is always friendly. I'll gladly pass five other travel centers just to stop at a Love's. It's the only place I trust on the road!

They don't have a food court which seemed very strange to me. There's minimal clothing, books, seasonal items and home goods They do carry a huge selection catered to restaurants, convenience stores, offices and small businesses. There was an insane amount of bulk beverages and snacks! If you like and go through a lot of drinks and snacks, this is the place for you. I did like that it was much less crowded than a typical Costco and any Costco member can shop there. You don't need a special business membership.
