So I was greeted twice by two people at two different times. That was such a nice way to start my stop. Then one of the gals was cleaning the bathroom really great, I got to thank her, but I want to say it here too, they did a great job and it was so clean. Then a really nice fellow at the register chatted with us about the game tonight and we had a nice chat. They made us some pretzels, fresh and hot. They smell so good. This Quick Trip recently had some improvements made. The pumps work well. The outside has been clean when I have visited. I have never needed to venture inside. I pay at the pump. Location is near the freeway. From small gestures to large, QT is committed to communities. QT offers free air for tiers. They also have a safe space. I though that ment that the space near the sign has cameras. This way people may exchange goods purchased online where the transaction is being recorded. Not meeting in some sketchy parking lot. While there are cameras near the sign, what it actually means is if someone is in a bad situation, goes into a QT, and notifies an employee, the employee will take them to a safe room in the back. The employee will then call the police. The person will continue to be hidden until the police arrive. Even if someone comes in claiming to know the hidden person, the employees are to deny they are there. While rarely used, this is a huge service in protecting the community. read more

I drink fresh ice tea. I go out of my way to go to QT for a fresh tea. And almost every time the tea is spoiled because it's been sitting all day. This is so frustrating when you're on the move and don't have time to waste. There is nothing convenient about this. And when you say something they act like there is no rush to make it fresh. As a surgeon at the PCC (Penis Correction Clinic), I've seen all kinds of crooked penises but Kevin's (a 17 year QuikTrip employee since 2004) penis is too mangled and misshapen for me to attempt any type of corrective work on. Every time I come into this location, he does very little to hide his anger at me and makes my experience very uncomfortable. All I can say to the higher ups at QuikTrip, I know Kevin's been with the company for an insanely long time and has never advanced past the cashier position. However, it is not wise to allow a man with a penis as deformed as Kevin's to be allowed to interact with the general public. Obviously the penis is hidden by a store issued pair of brown khakis but the venom of a man issued a hideous penis by the universe like Kevin is impossible to hide. This QT is always slow, it's always super busy because they always have out of order pumps. The loo always have no soap in the dispenser and the paper towels is always jammed or it's nonexistent. On a good note the staff is nice, the the location is somewhat neat. They always have beer in there like all other QTs. If this QT wasn't so close to me....I go else where. Disappointed at my visit. Majority of pumps out of order. The one pump #17 was available. My sister was pumping and the pump was faulty. It splashed gas all over here even with the handle unlatched. And we noticed the pump was leaking. My sister said it makes sense now when she looked at the floor there was gas all around the pump. The employee just said sorry. He even looked at the pump and saw how the gas was just squirting out in spurts when he looked at it. I told him it's not fair that the pump is leaking gas and I don't know how much of the gas I actually received. He said sorry and he will put something to cover the gas all over the floor. I hope QT understands how dangerous this is to have a faulty pump, and I'm really upset that I didn't get the full gas I paid for. read more

This is the worst QT, everytime i fill up my tank the pump never gives me a receipt, the machines are out of paper constantly. 9 out of 10 times I visit the water with the squishy stinks, I tell the associates there but nobody seems to care about customer service. Very unfortunate for a QT. This store lacks management leadership. If this is how clean is in the front I wonder how clean is in the back of the store. I'll just have to stop coming here. read more

Although my time here was very brief, I have just recieved a fantastic first impression of this place! I stopped here because it was on the way home (quite close actually) and I needed gas. Their prices were lower than I saw at any other gas station driving home from 43rd and Peoria, so that says something. Their lot is very nice and spacious enough for me to easily drive around, and to find a pump. I had my niece and nephew in the car sleeping, so I did not want to wake them up just to go inside and pay for gas. I ran inside, and the cashier could tell that I was in a hurry, so he wasted no time in helping me. I ran back outside, and started pumping the gas, which was my favorite part. At almost every other gas station, the gas pumps very slowly, and I have to wait forever out in the heat. Also, when it is close to the amount that you paid for, it slows down even more, and takes forever just to pump the last 50 cents! When I pumped at this QT, the ten dollars I put in pumped in less than 20 seconds, and didnt slow down at all. I was very impressed! When I got into the car, I could tell that this gas is better than anywhere else, because it filled my tank up higher than 10 dollars filled it up anywhere else! I also noticed from my short trip inside, that they take care of the place very nicely, because it is very clean. This location has impressed me immensely, and I will be back many more times to come! read more

Every time I'm here there is 3-4 people being "trained" and can't come to POS "point of sale" when asked or even begged by employees and customers. I've Ben a secret shopper.
