I would like to say I was very impressed with the response from Sam's club. I do think it was because I went to corporate with my concerns but never the less everybody from member escalation department and management from Sam's club help to resolve the issue. I want to say thank you

They just redid the gas station equipment. No more out of order signs. The machines move faster so you brill spend less time at thr pump.

Until my most recent visit, I would have responded sure, but I find it disgusting how many business in this economy take advantage of honest hard working people. I received Select Beef for the price of Prime Beef (Ribeyes). Paying $16.00 for the quality of $5.35 almost three times as much. My complaint to Sam's Club, which included images, was met with nothing more than a week-long+ runaround with NO resolution to date. I get asked the same questions over and over by everyone. Don't misunderstand me. I don't mind spending money on excellent food as long as it's NOT poor quality and overpriced. Although we have also belonged to Costco, we had chosen to only use Sam's Club due to their lower annual fee. Undoubtedly NOT worth the difference in fees. Costco definitely worth the fees and then some!

I have been a club member for 23 years. I have never had issues with returns, but today was different. I came to the surprise location for two returns I purchased. One is a pool I bought in July 2021 because I don't have a receipt. The service rep said I needed to contact Sam's online for the return. So now I am using their phone because mine had a connection issue. After talking to the representative on the phone, they suggest to dispute it with my bank. Really? It was purchased in July 2021, and I cannot get the order number in my purchase history nor at the club by calling Sam's customer service, and you suggest that I dispute! I am not only doing their job, but now I have to jump through hoops to get a refund. I see that their return policy is bull$@&$! The second product was electronic, and they did not do the refund, so I had to drive 30 minutes out to a different Sam's Club; luckily, the service rep did not make a fuss over the return and was like I used to know Sam's Club years ago.

We have memberships at both Costco and Sam's club. Personally I feel like we get more out of our Costco membership than our Sam's membership, but I know other people may feel differently. Sam's club does not seem to have quite the selection that Costco does. But we did find a lot of things today that were very interesting and fun to look at. And we made two purchases. We bought a Kitchenaid mixer and a clock that I really fell in love with . I'm not sure if we will renew our Sam's club membership or not we're still kind of on the fence on that. The store itself is is nicely organized and has a fair amount of merchandise Some of the things are at very good prices and other things actually are more expensive than on Amazon.

Drive up takes MINIMUM 20 minutes to get your items. Seriously faster to just run in and avoid paying the fee. Terrible location

I am writing to share my experience regarding a washing machine purchased through Costco, which has…read moreresulted in ongoing service concerns and lack of resolution. The appliance was sold with what was understood to be a 2-year manufacturer warranty. Slightly over one year after installation in a newly built home, I discovered water damage (spots on the wall and flooring) behind the unit, indicating a leak. A technician dispatched through Whirlpool evaluated the issue and attributed it to installation concerns, specifically citing low-quality hoses/connectors. He made a temporary adjustment to the setup but clearly indicated it was not a permanent solution. No proper repair or replacement was completed at that time, despite the unit still being under warranty. On February 20th, the unit became non-functional in that it powered on but would not start or run any cycles. Upon contacting Costco for service: * The initial service appointment was missed (no-show) * A rescheduled visit took place afterward * During this time, I also received notice from Whirlpool stating the warranty had expired after one year, which contradicts the 2-year coverage presented at purchase During the follow-up visit, the same technician was able to turn the machine on but again stated there was no issue with the unit itself, attributing concerns to external factors such as household water pressure. To verify this, I contacted my water provider, who tested the system and confirmed that water pressure levels are within normal range. This matter was escalated to Costco; however, as of today (March 20), I have only been informed that they are awaiting further response from Whirlpool, with no defined timeline or resolution. Key concerns include: * Temporary rather than permanent repair of a known issue * Conflicting technical assessments * Missed service appointment * Unclear and inconsistent warranty coverage * Property damage with no accountability * Lack of timely follow-up or resolution This experience raises serious concerns regarding both product reliability and post-purchase customer support.
