Conveniently, I was able to get in the very next day. Once I arrived, I was able to check in with their kiosk and I was taken back for my vaccines after waiting less than five minutes. The NP that helped me was Teresa and she was wonderful. I didn't even feel one of the vaccines and the other one was pretty close to painless as well. In addition to being great at giving the shots, she was very friendly and made me feel at ease. I am typically a Walgreens gal but this experience may have just converted me over to CVS! On top of my insurance covering the vaccines with no hassle, I was even given a $10 off $20 coupon to use in the store!

So basically we learned that if you're parking in the Cityscape garage to go to the Cityscape there's a secret path to the Cityscape minus signage! Once you park there's a shortcut you can take if you walk through the CVS to the other side, then bam you'll magically appear in the Cityscape! Oh how easy a few signs for guidance could make our lives a little less frustrating but thanks to nice cashiers we figured out how to get to the Cityscape!

I was greeted at the pharmacy drive thru by rude customer service, the instructions on the Walgreens website stated the drive thru as an option to retrieve something that was not pharmacy related at THE PHARMACY DRIVE THRU WINDOW. If you ever get "Chrishna" as an attendant just know she's a b*tch and will be rude. Everyone else seemed to be aware and used to her impolite ways. I'm sure she hates her job or her life with that face but do NOT take it out on customers!! read more

Went for western union and after putting in my account information, all my info the manager walks up and voids transaction saying that they dont do anything more than $400, i wasnt even picking up! I WAS SENDING MONEY! why do u bother offering a western union service then? The manager follows people out to their car like a weirdo too, like they were stealing...i dont think they were though. They never call or text to let you know your prescription is ready. Never answer or return phone calls to ask if they received the script. Then they wait until you go to pick it up, to tell you there was an issue with filling the prescription. Why not call first? Versus waiting for me to go pick it up assuming it's good for pick up? Just major lack of communication. This is why I prefer mail order prescriptions. But it's not always an option when you need the meds asap.

This was an emergency so that wasn't going to work. I called Xpress and a lady took my information down and said she would fill it ASAP. Within the hour my prescription was ready for pickup. I was so relieved! I plan on transferring all my prescriptions to this pharmacy as soon as we are moved down here. I would rather support a small "mom & pop" pharmacy than the big chains. You get more personable service here and the pharmacist was very friendly. I will be back!
