A few employees are nice, but most of them are very rude, and the darker complected heavyset lady is always so rude. When I went to turn in my lotto tickets, I was being very polite and friendly with her and told her that I needed another trio. Afterward, when she was ringing me up, I said "I still need that trio" and she said, "You never told me." I responded by saying, "I did, but you probably didn't hear me" and she said, "No, you didn't." I repeated myself, "Yes, I did", but you probably didn't hear me in a friendly manner and she replied again, "No! You didn't!" I told her that I wasn't going to argue with her. I can't believe she's even arguing over something so petty like that and a friend that was visiting her in the store looked a little shocked, too, but obviously didn't say anything. I'm not gonna argue with a store employee and I'm certainly not gonna be treated this badly at a neighborhood store that I've gone to for years. They need to do something about that store and their employees. It's awful! I don't even wanna go into that store anymore. It's disgusting and unprofessional! That's how I would rate it. Sorry, but I wouldn't even give it one star if I wasn't forced to on here.

This particular location is at the Costco Business Center, and it's definitely a pretty popular spot! One thing to keep in mind is that it has fewer pumps than some of the larger Costco gas stations, so the wait can drag a little longer, especially when it's busy. That said, once I got to the pump, everything was smooth and easy. The lines moved along, the station was well maintained, and the overall experience was exactly what I've come to expect from Costco. Nothing complicated--just convenient, reliable, and a great place to fuel up while I was already in the area. I'd definitely stop here again, just knowing I may need to allow a little extra time for the line.

I hope that the leads at this location address this matter directly and hold their employee accountable for how they represent the store. Gladys's behavior was uncalled for and does not reflect the standard of service customers should expect at Costco.

The beverage selection is impressive. In addition to a ton of fountain soda flavors, they offer "Freezoni" slushies, hot chocolate, coffee (Including the ever present pumpkin spice), and a mind boggling selection of iced teas. The wine and beer selection looked quite good for a convenience store too. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked when I was here. The trash did look like it was piling up and needed to be taken out though. I would have bought some candy but there was a huge line to pay. We came here primarily to fill up and had no problem using the pump outside and paying.
