Back again at QuikTrip... this was a targeted visit. I came for QT Kitchen, period…read more Ordered "The Gardener," customized exactly how I like it (remove this, add that, pile it on), and somehow this loaded, fresh, made-to-order sandwich is still only $6.54. I don't know how that price is real, but I'm not questioning it. It hits every time. Grabbed a coffee too, because the latte taps (hot AND cold) are kind of elite for a gas station. Super convenient and actually good. Also, as long as the kitchen is open, you can order through the app, and they run meal deals and other promos, which makes it even easier to justify the stop. Another thing I appreciate, they're one of those designated safe meetup locations (they've got signage posted), and I've actually seen people use it to exchange items safely. That's a small thing that goes a long way. Every time I walk in, someone greets me, which stands out because there are times I don't see THEM. OH, I just realized, I forgot to get gas... oh well... plenty of pumps, I must have been too excited about my sub. Only reason for 4 stars, I haven't checked the bathrooms yet (we all know that matters), and I did once witness someone casually grab ice cream from outside while the security guard was standing right there bs-ing with the staff. Not my business, but definitely... noted. Overall though? Solid, consistent, and absolutely worth the stop when I'm lazy, hungry and budgeting LOL

Quick Trip was whack. They didn't have any tea made, they charged me for ice, and were slow.read more

The weather, as we know is unseasonably warm. Twenty F above average temps. I am converting to Summer Schedule. Knobby knees and pale leg sticks showing below carpenter shorts. The dog's wading pool is full for the first time since October. The same for his secondary water pot. His 3 water sources also rovide water for many birds, maybe a sneaky cat or two. The rowdy neighborhood chihuahuas are fenced out. I drink more water too. If you want a hint about your hydration, search "Fire Fighter Pee Chart." Clear means excellent. Yellow, drink more. Orange Brown - kidneys at risk. I drink lots more water too. What does this have to do with Costco Gasoline? My bladder, and all it's connections lapped the sun 74 times. Well over 50% of men will have swollen or cancerous prostate glands, or both. When many elder men hear water flowing, the bladder shouts, "Empty, Empty, now now now, Find a toilet, Boy And How! Yelp*, post check in, asked if a restroom is nearby. No Yelp, not for 200 yards. I have a Hualapai Tribal friend. A few of his grandchildren grew up on Navy bases and big cities. They do not know the cultural tradition of finding a discreet shrub to experience bladder relief. I was raised in that culture as was my child. Pumping gas can sound like a fountain or water hose. I had plenty of water this morning, gas at Costco was in the center of my errand list. The urethra twins began barking orders to the brain. Costco Fuel is a very public place, especially as the public lines up like it is October, 1973. Waits are long. Shrubs are low and trimmed perfectly. The pump stopped, focus shufted from my bladder to my heart. I saw the price I just paid. I nearly shouted for the Automated External Defibrillator; there is one here. But I survived the COVID Bread and bird flu egg crises. I got in the car, drove home fast, glad to get my has at the Costco Business Center, 33rd and Grand Avenues.

They don't have a food court which seemed very strange to me. There's minimal clothing, books, seasonal items and home goods They do carry a huge selection catered to restaurants, convenience stores, offices and small businesses. There was an insane amount of bulk beverages and snacks! If you like and go through a lot of drinks and snacks, this is the place for you. I did like that it was much less crowded than a typical Costco and any Costco member can shop there. You don't need a special business membership.

OK, HERE WE GO!!!...first I want to say that I like this station, I've been a customer for about 2…read moreyears now, I buy gas here a lot. It's not the safest area and I say this b/c I was (almost) robbed at gunpoint around 3 AM over a year ago there, but that's a whole other story, it's Phoenix, ANYWAY... On the morning of August 13 around 4:30 AM I stopped there to buy gas. I pulled up to pump 5 and put my sun-shades inside of the windshield, (as previously stated the area is not so great), because my purse was in there so it's best not to let people around there see what's in your car. Before I went in to pay for gas I was looking in the back of my SUV for something which took maybe 3 or 4 minutes. I went in and said to the clerk, Francisco, (whom I had never seen working there before), "10 on 5", he gave me my change from a 20 and as I was leaving he said, "Do not post!", I asked, "what?", he said again, "Do not post, do not post!", I asked, "What are you talking about? Are you on something, are you ok?" I turned to leave and he said, just pump your gas and go you Nigger!" There were other customers in there, the place went silent!. I rushed back in and asked, "Did you just call me a Nigger?" he said, "Yeah, you Nigger, Hoe, look how you're dressed, just pump your gas and go!" (I was wearing a short, tight skirt but so what.) Well I will admit at that point I lost it and let many vile expletives fly!!! I left, pumped my gas in shock and left! Later today I will go there to find out the GM's name there and I've searched the corp. number and address to find out who to speak to there and inform them of this incident. I'll update this as a follow up to let you guys know the out-come of all of this. Thanks for your time for reading this mess.
