Reviews here were good, not sure about the outliers- seems to happen with many businesses, maybe sold. Anyhow, booked online and they were able to fit me in within two hours even though they were obviously busy on a very hot day. The alignment specialist obviously knew his trade. He got to it right after I arrived, and was done by the time I'd returned from having a sandwich at the nearby Italian deli. He explained exactly what the various readings mean on the detailed printout, & exactly what he adjusted. They took good care of my car, got me out quick and was priced competitively for the service.

I brought my truck to this location for brake service, trusting that the work would be done…read morecorrectly and safely. Unfortunately, I had to bring it back after experiencing brake system issues. During the follow-up inspection, I was informed that the driver-side rear caliper bolts had been left loose, causing the caliper to come off and the brake pads to fall off. The technician also documented damage to the brake pad wear sensor. On the passenger side, they found that the caliper was missing a bolt. Firestone ultimately repaired the issue under warranty at no charge, which I appreciate. However, this was not a minor inconvenience. This involved my vehicle's braking system, and the problems were directly related to the previous brake work. What made the experience even more frustrating was the lack of communication between employees. It often seemed like no one had a clear understanding of what had happened or what was being done to correct it. I repeatedly had to ask for updates and explanations instead of being kept informed. More concerning was the attitude when I asked reasonable questions about what had happened. At times, I was made to feel as though they were doing me a favor by explaining the situation or correcting the problem, rather than addressing a serious issue resulting from work previously performed at their shop. I understand that mistakes can happen, and I appreciate that Firestone honored the warranty and ultimately corrected the problem. But when a mistake involves loose or missing caliper bolts and results in part of the braking system coming apart, accountability, communication, and professionalism should be a priority. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here, and because of the seriousness of the mechanical failure and the way the situation was handled afterward, I would not feel comfortable trusting this location with my vehicle again

Attn. We have since "disavowed" the Scottsdale Dealership (where one was purchased) that not only OVERCHARGED our family for services but were dishonest to boot! Locate that review on the Google review page for details, if interested. Today, I had the pleasure of an oil change and inspection on our Porsche 911 (Turbo), which is a personal treasure, performed by Manager, Gary and technician Daniel. I chose their Full Synthetic (Mobile 1) and their "branded" filter, which is highly rated. I plan on recommending this company to all our friends and neighbors along with the Officers where I volunteer at a local firearm range. Thanks again, Mike (Owner) and the staff at this Quality Establishment. Sincerely, Dave and Dianna M

I then asked about pricing because it had been some time since I'd been to Wilhelm, they did my oil changes about 3 times in the past but the past few times had been booked. The gentleman said $45 and there are also some coupons they can give me. I said GREAT! Thank you. They open at 7:30 so I dropped my kids off to school and made it there at 7:20. Got checked in, handed over my keys and walked home. I get a call shortly later after receiving my car report. I asked about them adding wiper blades that needed replacing. They said it would be $16 for each side. Then he continues to tell me that the price of my oil change for that day was $74.46 as seen on the estimate. I explained I had a sheet from them and that also the gentleman had stated $45. His response, "so you can't afford the windshield wipers today, ok so it'll be $xx. I explained that I had budgeted for the oil change, I'm a widowed mother and a $5-10 difference is what I budget but not a $30 increase. He said I had $11.43 in my rewards account and they would deduct that. It still came to $63.03. Prior to this, I've never had an issue with this company. Always kind service. I felt let down. I think a lot of businesses once they are established find a way to take advantage. Attaching pictures of everything for reference. Just be careful, to me it seemed like a good old bait and switch. They wouldn't honor the oil change special and now they took my rewards as well. I won't be back.
