I love supporting small local businesses with a hands on owner and that's what you get with MotoCity Anthem. They take Customer Service to the next level. I firmly believe Service is More Important than Product and based on my personal experience, MotoCity feels the same way. I got a great deal on a New 2025 Yamaha Xmax 300. $8,000 cash out the door and delivered to my Lake House in the White Mountains of Arizona. The transaction and delivery went the way it's supposed to; flawlessly. I purchased the Scooter sight unseen over the phone based on the good vibe I received from my salesman, John. They are a Class Operation that sells Superior products, provides customer service that is second to none and has a hands-on owner. What more could you possibly want from a dealer. I was trying to think of how this dealer could improve and I couldn't come up with anything. This company ranks as one of the best companies I have ever dealt with, not just in the Motorsports industry, but ALL INDUSTRIES for the following reasons. 1. Great Customer Service 2. Doesn't add on fee after fee like other dealers / no hidden charges. 3. Great Products (I am a Yamaha and Honda guy and they carry both). 4. Knowledgeable Sales Staff. 5. Has a Service Department that can handle Warranty issues. 6. Extremely responsive (a live person picks up the phone right away). 8. Saved me hundreds of dollars by not having to hire a delivery company. They delivered it right to my driveway for FREE! I highly recommend this dealer; they will not disappoint.

Multiple trips back-and-forth just for the cover. And now the flip windshield issue. If you if you think I'm going to let this go think again because I'm not. You can't even put the parts manager on the phone. You have me talk to Seth who has no clue what's happening. He's just an employee, not a manager. But if that's how you wanna play it that's fine. You will soon realize I'm not stupid.

This is scam !!!! I even think that all positive previous…read morereviews is lies. Look up at the Yelp how many there are bad reviews . We ordered Apollo dirt bike on July 3 . Today is July 29. Nobody answers the phone . Nobody answers through email . We never get any responds on Facebook messenger as well . Just once I heard a voice of Heather H. and without answer on my question she hanged up on me . Then I got a few text messages from her with no clear information . She promised to get information about our order and it last for many hours . Now we are promised to get refund . Why ? So , they don't have it here in USA ? Why it takes to get respond from warehouse for many hours . We have cellphones now, we have internet ... Why after 3 weeks we didn't get any updates ??? Would you like to have such a deal ? If it's not scam this is very bad business . If you don't want to get angry and upset your kid stay away from this company . If I can say that this is a company . My son is very upset now, I'm very angry and now I'm doubting about refunding process . Also, they don't let negative responds stay on their Facebook page. I left some comments and they magically were erased . Read some negative reviews : https://www.sitejabber.com/reviews/powerdirtbikes.com Update: We didn't get our motorbike . We call our bank to get money back . The worth experience ever!!!! Stay away!!!!!

Wow, what a great experience! I've bought several vehicles, kit bikes and motorcycles before, but…read moreI've never dealt with a more responsive company as far as info and upfront pricing. Heather set me up with a sweet deal on multiple bikes I was purchasing for my nephews. Shipping was fast. Made sure I received everything. The best part was the whole time I felt like I was dealing with a person and not a corporation. Doesn't seem like a big deal, but it is when buying online and over the phone.

I sent in an inquiry and Craig quickly gave me a call. He was able to find the motorcycle and we were able to work a solid deal. The team at Go AZ gave me more than I expected for my retired steed (always a plus). No issues with the purchase process and everyone was stand up. Before I knew it I was mounting my new warhorse and riding off into the sunset!! If you are looking to refresh your battle fleet, add to it or starting out; give Craig a ring and go for it!!

I visited GO AZ Peoria fully prepared to purchase a motorcycle I had seen online. My experience…read morestarted off strong; I was greeted warmly with a water, and my salesman, Dustin, was a polite, upfront gentleman. However, the experience fell apart during the trade-in process. After being quoted a fair range of $1,500-$2,000, the "verdict" came back at a laughable $500 for a low-mileage Ninja 300, citing wear-and-tear costs that didn't come close to justifying a $1,500 drop. When I chose to walk away from the deal and mentioned that my time had been wasted, I was met with shocking behavior from the General Manager, Brian Ruiterman. Instead of trying to save the deal or de-escalate, Brian made a dismissive hand gesture and told me, "BYE, BYE." To be treated with such arrogance by a GM is unacceptable. Dustin actually came out to apologize for his manager's behavior, which says a lot about the culture Brian is fostering. I would have likely bought the bike outright without the trade-in if the management hadn't been so disrespectful. I will be reaching out to corporate and Gina Marra. If this is how the leadership treats customers, go elsewhere.
