So I have been going to Phoenix JetSki for a while now for all of my needs when it comes to both service and rentals. I own both 2 stroke and 4 stroke skis and Brandon the main mechanic is very knowledgeable in both. Whether you need a simple repair or a even a full engine pulled out of a ski, the pricing is always fair and they can always diagnose and fix what ever problem my skis are having in a very timely manner. I have also rented some skis for my friends when we go on big group rides and Phoenix JetSki has very nice and new Yamahas that are always comfortable and reliable. As the five star people have stated, Brandon is very talented and friendly, but like Tom R, the guy who also left two stars said, you never know when you will get your skis back, though you will be promised over and over again, only to have it continually change. I liked him enough to put up with that, but have to now question his integrity. We had a deal to do a trade-in, our Yamaha for a Sea Doo, his personal one, he said; then he put me off with one excuse after another over the course of three weeks, with me coming in from out of town two of them just to make the deal. Finally, the day had arrived, and I had to cancel (my first compared to his three or four) because I had a medical emergency, and he assured me it was okay, and would just meet us the next day. But when I called him the next morning, he informed me that he had sold it to a guy he met at a bar the night before! Even worse is I don't think the guy had even paid him yet, (who has $7500 with him at a bar?) and I pretty much begged him to keep his word, and go through with our deal, but he refused.
