Cleat Sports has always been our go to place. We always try to support smaller local businesses and this place is exactly that. Excellent customer service every time (there has been many). They also support local sports teams and that is important to us. The prices are always great. The sale racks are always loaded with great deals and often times we've found items that are very comparable if not cheaper then the larger competitors. The atmosphere is very relaxed and I've never been in without a kind greeting and knowledgeable employee helping us. There is even a guy they work with to restring gloves. It does take a little bit of time but it's worth the time at a great price. The new location is great. Much more space. If I had more money I would spend much of it at Cleat Sports. Going to the gun counter, there was one employee behind the counter and more than a dozen people waiting to be helped. There is premium ammunition behind the counter, but it's far enough away that you can't read the brand name. Judging by the number of people waiting to be helped, I'm not standing idly for an hour or two to ask what ammunition brands they have. Nowhere else in the store is there 14-15 people waiting to be helped -- and there's inky two sales clerks working the firearms counter. You'd think that store management would add people in firearm sales, as I've had precisely the same experience of actually waiting more than an hour to find out if they carry a certain product needed the next day at a training event. I have no idea what this store is doing. Neither do they.

This is the worst card shop and the worst batch of people I have ever encountered in this hobby…read more The guys in there spend more time yapping about their casino winnings or fantasy teams than they do trying to help you with anything you may be looking for. Their selection of singles is incredibly mid and overpriced. DO NOT GO HERE TO SELL YOUR CARDS. A few months back I went in with a 2025 Topps Jacob Wilson Gold Holo Foil /50 PSA 9. The head guy in there refused to directly comp my card, he was looking at other variations of Wilson rookie cards and determined my card was worth "maybe $10, but I'd give you $25 to get your money back because you graded it." There was a direct comp in June of '25 of $175. Other card shops I had been to had given me an estimated value of $200. This guy flat out tried to rip me off, wasn't nice about it, didn't even care that he wasn't looking at the right comps. He literally said to me, "we only buy off people that need the cash and that's usually between 40-60% of comps, if you don't want to sell that's fine but the next 5 guys will." HORRIBLE experience. The worst place I've ever been and could not express enough how poorly it's ran. If I could give negative stars, I would.

She set up chairs for us and then she brought out her measuring devices to find what shoe size and style were best for my friend. THEN Bree brought out several pairs for her to try. She let my friend walk around in the shoes to make sure they felt right and accommodated her needs.
