She set up chairs for us and then she brought out her measuring devices to find what shoe size and style were best for my friend. THEN Bree brought out several pairs for her to try. She let my friend walk around in the shoes to make sure they felt right and accommodated her needs. I have not enough words to express our gratitude for the extreme effort Bree went to in order to assist my friend in buying the best shoes for her. I will now be a loyal customer myself and tell everyone about the kindness and care we received at this store.

We are furious! My wife purchased running shoes middle of last month using two gift cards. She paid…read morethe remaining amount of on her debit card. The shoes did not work out so she returned same. Because gift cards were used, she was told entire amount of $104 would be returned to her debit card. The young man who helped her appeared unsure of what he was doing and was possibly new? A week or so later no return had been posted to her debit acct. She called and spoke to a manager and after explaining the issue, this manager checked her system and said she found something wrong or some issue and said to give it a few more days for the return deposit to post, which my wife did. Several weeks passed and nothing appeared in her acct. She then started making more phone calls to the store. On Wed. 10/14 she spoke with the floor manager who said the store manager would be calling her by Friday at the latest and that they would "make it right" Nobody called her back. Today Saturday 10/17 the manager did call her and according to her "records" the $100+ showed as having been returned and that "there was nothing more she could do" and refused any further discussion. My wife is not a thief. She did NOT receive her return....period!! Bottom line? Tortoise and Hare somehow kept $104 that belonged to my wife and refused to somehow make this issue right. Both she and I are previous customers several time over and we will NEVER set foot in this store again. SHAME ON YOU TORTOISE........

We were referred to by one of our PHX contacts. We were thrilled with the results. Antigua was able to accommodate our swift turn around time. Unfortunately we didn't give them a lot of notice. Also, we opted last minute to cancel pullovers and just do hats. They didn't give us a hard time or hold us to the original order. They simply accommodated the change and moved forward. We were really happy with the finished product. The hats were made of one of those new, high tech materials that wicks sweat away and dries quickly. We ended up deferring to Antigua on the color and they recommended a charcoal. I figured they'd know best what works with different colored logos and I'm thrilled we listened. It looked fantastic with our white/red logo was embroidered on the charcoal. it really popped which is obviously the goal when creating a promotional piece. we'll definitely use them in the future.

Absolutely horrible experience…read more First they could not find my order that was supposed to be completed and ready for pick up hours ago. Four employees claimed it was nowhere at their location until a manager came and found it within minutes. However, the order wasn't even completed let alone started on (vinyl was not printed). So I had to wait 15 minutes for them to complete the order and then when they bring it to me, they misspelt the wording ("lacross" instead of "lacrosse") and the log was not centered. Never again will I order here, zero recommendations.

Love a locally owned sports store these days and Soccer Post Arrowhead is no exception…read more.. When I told some soccer friends that my daughter had a game a Pioneer Park in Peoria, they suggested we stop by this nearby store to look for some new cleats. After a bit of research (ie: on their website), I learned that "Soccer Post is the largest retail specialty soccer chain in the United States, and that Soccer Post Arrowhead is a family-owned and operated store for soccer players and enthusiasts of all ages." While unfortunately, we left our visit empty handed due to the cleats my daughter wanted not being in stock in her size, I was pleased with the overall selection, friendly staff, prices, etc... I would definitely return if in the area and in need of soccer stuff!

We bought him a used set of Pings and they needed to be fitted and re-gripped. Made an appointment online for the next afternoon. When we walked in Ryan immediately greeted us. Both of these men explained what they thought was our best option. They measured him to cut the shafts to a proper length and made sure the grips were the proper size for his growing hands. Neither treated me with disrespect or arrogance about my nonexistent golf knowledge, both were patient and were great with my son. The clubs were ready in less than 24 hours. We had forgotten the driver and putter and when we picked up the irons the next day another gentleman fitted those while we waited.
