I was looking to buy a matching jersey for his 1 yo son but was having the hardest time finding baby sizes. After chatting with an employee via phone, I stopped by Soccer Mall and was elated to find that they had a Barcelona toddler set! The kid sets come with a shirt/jersey, shorts, and socks. Unfortunately, they didn't have anything in the current season for kids; it was from the 2017-2018 season. Since it was close in color scheme to the current season (and I couldn't find the current season anywhere else) I went ahead and got it. The Soccer Mall personalized the jersey for $15. It was ready in a couple of days and it looked so cute! The man who helped me was very friendly and helpful. The store was very neat and organized. The next time I'm looking to buy anything futbol (football) related, Soccer Mall will be my first stop.

I'm so glad we chose not to buy from a bigger sporting goods chain like Dicks and came here. We had a very good personalized 1 on 1 experience with Dylan and Tanner who were very knowledgeable and helpful with helping my son choose the right glove. They have a great selection of bats and gloves amongst other baseball and softball equipment here. The store is just big enough without being overwhelming. I can't thank Tanner and Dylan enough for the wonderful experience. They also have glove break in service which is normally $60 but $30 if you buy the glove from them. Since we are out of state they said they could keep the glove and complete the service which is 5-7 days and then ship to us. 10/10 recommend!!!

UPDATE: I'm upgrading my review to 5 stars because Dylan the manager reached out to me later in…read morethe day and was kind enough to offer me an exchange for another set of catchers gear...huge turnaround for what I consider to be a large purchase. Customer service like this will definitely bring me back as a customer! Wish there was a zero star option. Bought $300 catchers gear for my daughter's birthday (of course no way to try it on first since it's online). Their site claims easy, hassle free returns/exchanges;however, somewhere on the site (mind you, not on the listing or the actual order) their policy states no refunds/returns on any item discounted over 25%. I'm now stuck with ill fitting gear (which is correct size according to sizing guide). I offered to buy a $400 set in exchange and they offered a 15% discount if I order from them again...why would I buy there again when I'm stuck with a crummy purchase? If you're getting a "good deal", make sure you're getting exactly what you need, or you will be stuck with it...poor customer service! Never again.

So I stumbled across this place because my bank is down the street and I'm constantly passing by and contemplating whether I should go inside and buy some gear or go online. To be honest I thought I was going to look like a fool in there.... so one day I finally got enough courage to go inside and I was glad I did. As I walked in I was instantly greeted and asked if I had any questions and I had told the man I was looking for a vest and he quickly showed me where they had them and he answered my questions and helped me pick out the correct vest I was looking for. A couple of associates came over and we had conversations on paintball and I actually felt comfortable. The manger also helped me look through some pants and answered all of my questions and believe me I asked a ton! Overall my experience was phenomenal here and I will be returning again. I highly recommend coming here if want some great tactical gear! Easily 5 stars!

I have to say, I regret my purchase the moment I clicked the button. I thought to myself, "this is…read moretoo good to be true". I almost canceled my order. Before placing the order I called to confirm the condition of the bike I was purchasing. I was told that they have several that were overstock and new in box. I trusted the person I spoke with and then found the reviews on yelp. I was mortifide. I got an amazing deal at about $500 for a Technogym commercial grade cycle. I thought for sure it would come beat up, missing pieces, scratched, dented, you name it. This was absolutely not the case. The bike came brand new in the box, as promised. Mind you, not everything they sell, is brand new, but I was told it would be, and it was. Shipping, tracking, communication were kind of clunky, but not a bad experience overall. The reason I'm giving them four stars and not five is because albeit new, the bike is a previous year model than the one they have pictured on their website. The flywheel isn't fully enclosed, different pedals, slightly different colorway, but nothing that would take away from my cycling experience. I would absolutely buy something else from this company.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this business…read more We purchased a fully assembled power tower that arrived damaged, and we paid $99 dollars for delivery. Instead of taking responsibility, Chester Spychala told us to "Just loosen a few screws" to fix it ourselves, as if that would magically repair defective equipment. Of course, it didn't. After repeated follow-ups, we were told Chester was no longer with the company. No accountability. No resolution. Just excuses. We have screenshots, photos, videos clearly showing the damage, yet their solution was to charge us $149 to have someone come out and "inspect" the equipment they sent out defective in the first place. Charging customers to look at your own mistake is beyond unreasonable. This company does not stand behind its products and clearly does not value its customers. Save yourself the frustration, time, and money. Shop elsewhere. Below is the last email I got from a manager after I threatened to take them to small claim court. "I understand your position. However, legal threats do not change the fact that our warranty covers broken or defective parts only. The unit was inspected and confirmed to be in proper working condition before leaving our facility, so a refund or replacement does not apply under our policy." "The only option available remains a technician visit, which carries the standard service fee of $149. Beyond this, there are no additional resolutions we can offer."

So I used Yelp to see what card shops were near me and found AZ Sports Cards. Went after work on a Tuesday in the last hour they are open. Place was fairly busy with a good half dozen people looking at stuff. Store is nice the way it's arranged and seems organized very well. I'll have to go here again earlier to really fully take it in. The lady helped me (I didn't catch her name but think it's an older couple that own the store). She was very friendly and helped explained some things and answered all my questions as I told her how I was returning to the hobby and how it's changed. She even took down boxes off the shelves to show me the differences in them! I ended up getting a hobby box of Panini Zenith cards. They were slightly marked up but hey they gotta make a profit too and she gave me 5% off. She gave me a free pack of baseball cards and I also bought some sleeves. Can't wait to go back again and spend more time poking around. Will be back for sure! Oh they have drawings too and she gave me a bunch of tickets for it from my purchase.
