My friend is a huge futbol fan. I bought him an authentic jersey of his favorite team (Barcelona) and had it personalized. I was looking to buy a matching jersey for his 1 yo son but was having the hardest time finding baby sizes. After chatting with an employee via phone, I stopped by Soccer Mall and was elated to find that they had a Barcelona toddler set! The kid sets come with a shirt/jersey, shorts, and socks. Unfortunately, they didn't have anything in the current season for kids; it was from the 2017-2018 season. Since it was close in color scheme to the current season (and I couldn't find the current season anywhere else) I went ahead and got it. The Soccer Mall personalized the jersey for $15. It was ready in a couple of days and it looked so cute! The man who helped me was very friendly and helpful. The store was very neat and organized. Recently tried to return a pair of cleats that didn't not work for my daughter (within the very short 10 day return policy, never worn, brand new in the box with receipt). These were list priced at $275 shoes that the owner told us were $100.00 off. The owner refused to take them back because he considers them "clearance". Every cleat the owner pulled off the shelf was "on sale and a good deal". Never in the process of purchasing these shoes did the owner tell us they were "clearance" or that they were not returnable, neither the box or the receipt have any indication whatsoever that they were clearance and not returnable. We have purchased numerous pairs of soccer cleats here, and sent countless friends and teammates to his store, never again. He seemed like a nice guy up until we tried to make a return. read more

Owner is a TOTAL a-hole and needs to go out of business. Wife bought a pair of indoor shoes and asked the clerk if she could return/exchange if they didn't feel right. He said yes, of course! After 10 min on turf she realized they were too big. Now that clerk is nowhere to be found and the owner absolutely refused to exchange and yelled at her that they were "used" and he couldn't sell them again (there was no visible indication of wear other than the toe stuffing had been pulled out). He also refused to honor what the original clerk told her. He was totally unprofessional and obviously has no concept of customer service. She went back a second time hoping to find the clerk that sold her the shoes, but again, got the owner (maybe he can no longer pay employees! yeah!) and got the same dress-down. Don't give this jerk your money. His prices aren't even good but we thought a little more was worth it to support a local business. NO WAY. Save yourself a ton of headache and go somewhere else. I hate giving bad reviews having been a small business owner but as you can see by other reviews mine was not a unique situation. We tell everyone we play with to stay away. I had a terrible experience returning defective merchandise at this company. I had purchased a pair of soccer shoes three weeks ago, used them 4 times. The stitching started coming apart at the seam at the base of the tongue. I brought the shoes back for another pair. I spend 45 min trying on other shoes, as his store did not have an identical pair in my size. The owner of the store did refund my money, but he berated me by saying that I had wasted his time and that he" knew" I was "trouble" when he sold me the shoes. I had purchased two pairs of cleats, a ball, shinguards, and socks from this place, and brought my friend who bought shoes, socks and shinguards as well. We spend over $300 at this man's store and he said I wasted his time? Well, he did refund my money, but not before saying "Don't come back, I won't let you in the front door." I certainly will never shop at this store again - I don't need to be berated and certainly I don't need to be treated like that from a store where I spend my money. read more

I have been here before with a previous owner and had no problems. New ownership took over recently, and was unwilling to return items with defect. The customer service was very poor despite being one of the few stores in the state that has referee equipment. I would not return. Tell me any other stores that carry referee equipment. read more

Came in today for the first time to buy a soccer ball. Sean was helping another new customer just before me and overheard some great tips from him on goalie gear. Once he was free he helped me right away with selecting a soccer ball. He had a few options and was able to get a really nice ball. He also pumped it up for me. Sean was very helpful and nice. He also had a good selection of soccer equipment. I can understand how people are frustrated with returns at soccer shops as most places now implement a no return policy especially with soccer shoes after you have worn them. Bought $200 pair of shoes for daughter little over 2 months ago. Both shoes cracking on sole along balls of the feet. Traveled over 50 miles round trip and owner tells us he has a 30 day policy and we have to go through manufacture because they will not take shoes back from retailers anymore and he would get nothing. I called up Nike and they informed me differently, owner flat out lied to us. Wish I had called from store. They are helping us but without a second pair of shoes now have to get another pair for her to practice in for the next 2-3 weeks while we ship back and get another pair once we get credit to use on Nike.com. Owner would not do anything, did not care we had nothing to use for next 3 weeks and LIED to a us(a customer) about Nike return policy with retailers. Mind you it was less than a day and they were never worn. Then the owner went on to tell me that the company would laugh at him if he took them back. This store doesn't get enough credit. Not going to lie, I was a bit worried to head over here based on the reviews however I am so glad I did! The owner is awesome and I ended up buying 3 pairs of cleats just based on the stock and selection he had alone. Not sure why the others who wrote reviews on here feel as though they should be able to return worn shoes but that's not how it works especially in small businesses. It's ridiculous that large corporate stores allow returns on used shoes but if you want to wear your shoes/cleats and return them because you think that's acceptable, don't try and do it at this place I guess. I bought cleats yesterday and wanted to return them today. Online policy clearly states 100%back in account return within 1-10 days. Owner would not do it. Tried to say they were marked clearance even though they were not. I asked him to show me where they were marked clearance and he couldn't do it. Still didn't allow me to return them. I have had the pleasure of dealing with the Soccermall for over a decade and compared to the many other dealers I have purchased from I have never been disappointed with the quality and price. I have recently purchased team uniforms from them and I have to say they have been more than fair on price and the customer service they provided was professional and timely.
