I have been here several…read moretimes now and Chris and Joey were very helpful answering any questions I have, and providing great information on any products they sell. They will also just not sell you any bowling balls just because you like it and have it drilled for you without really knowing first how you bowl first, unlike other bowling pro shop in the valley that I went to, that didn't even bothered to really do review how you bowl first and just measures you and drills the ball right away, which I find it really not really going to help you improve at all. But with Joey, he will need to see how you bowl first so he can measure you correctly and drill the ball accordingly to how you want the ball to react for you, and this is a really great customer service experience right away. Having Chris and Joey now in the valley, and with Joey's bowling knowledge and experience, is really a great addition to the bowling community. I will definitely recommend this to anyone! Keep up the great work Chris and Joey!

Please note the following: While the company does allow walk-ins, this is an ACTIVE WAREHOUSE. On their website, it is explicitly stated that a customer wanting to stop by to browse wares must CALL AHEAD. Due to recent events in the past year including covid-19, they've had to place visible signage at the front entrance stating that they are NOT a business selling firearms (a similar business is the area is called "Mil-Spec Armory). This is a business that sells morale patches, accessories, and MSM branded apparel. I will be sad to see this business go, as I enjoy talking to the employees when they're not busy with the phones or boxing up merchandise to ship out. As of 04/28/21, the MSM warehouse in San Jose, CA will close their doors permanently on FRIDAY 05/28/21 and relocated out-of-state.

When I told some soccer friends that my daughter had a game a Pioneer Park in Peoria, they suggested we stop by this nearby store to look for some new cleats. After a bit of research (ie: on their website), I learned that "Soccer Post is the largest retail specialty soccer chain in the United States, and that Soccer Post Arrowhead is a family-owned and operated store for soccer players and enthusiasts of all ages." While unfortunately, we left our visit empty handed due to the cleats my daughter wanted not being in stock in her size, I was pleased with the overall selection, friendly staff, prices, etc... I would definitely return if in the area and in need of soccer stuff!

They act as if you're interrupting their day and they don't seem the least bit interested in helping anyone. While waiting for all my paperwork to be processed, I watched a couple of other customers walk in inquire about some gun parts. The obese fat guy behind the counter labored to get up and ask the customers again what they were looking for. Clearly the customers didn't know exactly and needed some guidance, but he didn't seem interested in helping them out or even educating them, so the customers walked out. Then the fat guy makes a snide comment about the potential customers and sits back down to look at his computer. This is the third time I've visited this store and the less than inviting atmosphere is the only thing consistent. Additionally, my son makes custom supressor sleeves and I asked him if he'd talked with the owner about potentially selling his product their since they don't seem to have any in the store. My son said he wouldn't bother because every time he visits their store, nobody says hello or even acknowledges him to ask if they can help him find anything. He said he's tried to strike up a conversation, but they seemed more annoyed that anyone is even in the store. I'm not sure how these guys make their money, but it's sad that I'm going to have to drive 30 minutes out of my way to use another FFL because of the bad experience.
