Staff were pleasant and wore company leggings and tops with Fanny packs emblazoned with the company name. Their leggings are modestly priced. The black and white leggings pictured are the first printed pair I have seen in a long time. Most leggings have been one somewhat dull color (in my opinion). Maybe the trend is changing. They asked me to get a subscription/ membership to get a sale price. Nobody said that I'll be charged every month $69.99 for that subscription. I thought that I was giving them my email and phone number like I gave it to Sephora, Ulta, Victoria's Secret...to get coupons in the future so I gave them that info. 5 months later I noticed that they've been charging me every month $69.99 for that membership. I was moving from one house to another selling my house... lots of expenses here and there that I didn't even notice that charge at first. I called them and asked them how they can do it. The customer service told me I'm sorry we can return you money for 3 months only and you can use credit for the tie remaining months in the store. I was like please cancel my membership and everything and I'll go to the store to use it. I first went online to see what they have. They had 80% off for Labor Day. I had things in the cart and wanted to use my credits. I could use only one. Went to the store and the employee said that I can use only one credit they don't see the second one and I cannot get the sale because I'm not the member anymore !!!! So I just lost $140 !!! I'll see if they return 3 months of that membership !!! Such a scam people should be aware of this! If you are not ready to be charged every month $69.99 towards only one item don't get that membership!

Well, that's the experience we had here for my son getting married and wanting to rent a tux. Not only does he need to rent it once he needs to rent it twice because of when they're going to take pictures. They wouldn't give him two shoes to try on. They wouldn't give him the jewelry - meaning the buttons and the cufflinks - they would not give him a bowtie or the correct shirt. God forbid we wanted to see it with a vest!! His brother, who's going to be the best man, needed a new black suit for the wedding and all they had was a blue one and told him don't worry it'll look fine. During checkout, they just put a list of items in front of us and did not tell us the price! We had to ask for an itemized list before we gave our credit card and that was a problem for the store! The whole thing was a fight. Go to Jos a Banks. This place is a JOKE. Never in my life as the mother of a groom what I have expected to be invited to the shopping experience, yet my son did so we could have a special memory. Three days later I'm completely stressed because I don't know what I just paid for.

In need of feeling unsafe while browsing in uncomfortable silence in an adult store? Castle is for…read moreyou! Showed up 45 min before close, and entered the store. Music was playing and we started to browse. All of the sudden the music stopped, it felt like all of the lights in the bar were turned on, the undeniable "get out" retail power play. We tried to talk using our indoor whisper voices in the dead silence, when a couple came in who did not have IDs. The male was confrontational and angry about the ID requirement. He was rude to the employee and the employee told him to get the "f" out of the store. This agro banter continued 3-4 times before I decided to peace out. As far as toys, the variety is so-so, most items looked cheap. Merchandise wise, it felt like the red headed stepchild of overstock.com and Walmart online items. It could have been a fun browse if they hadn't of shut off the music. Real mood killer, and way to make awkward sex toy shopping even more awkward and intense in utter silence. The store was unorganized, bins of stock were out around the store, and the back stockroom door was left open where I could look in. #creepy The vibe was off. I won't be venturing back here anytime soon. Pics not allowed in the store, they will enforce.
