Had a spectacular experience. I had walked in to have my Burberry sunglasses repaired, replaced, or refunded after the whole arm fell off the frame completely. Angel, who is an amazing and very helpful rep, worked his magic and made sure I left as a very satisfied customer with a replacement pair!... After a couple of days, I started to notice that the arms of this new pair felt a little short and so they didn't quite fit as well as the previous style...Not only did they go above and beyond to fix this issue as well, they had ordered a brand new style that I absolutely fell in love with, and fit my face perfectly! I was given a Burberry watch as a gift several years ago. I loved this watch. The clasp on the band broke and needed to be replaced. I visited the Burberry store at Scottsdale Fashion Square and requested they send it for repair or band replacement. I was fully aware it would not be a warranty issue but wanted the watch repaired. To my dismay they basically refused. Stating that I needed to provide proof of purchase for a watch given to me several years ago made no common sense to me. I, it utter bewilderment asked again for them to even sell me the clasp. They again refused. So I turned to the Customer Service department at the company based in the UK. Sadly I received the same message. Essentially to bad Mr Customer. Won't help you. I cannot understand this policy. It makes. I sense and can't be good for business. I for one will urge you all to never buy from Burberry. Yes, if you buy in their store they will have record of your purchase however if you buy at a licensed retailer, forget about it. You are left hanging with no way to get your Burberry product repaired. So let it be known, Burberry does not care about its customers. They could care less that you would be a return customer with a little "Customer Service". They have no desire to rectify such a simple request that this Customer was so willing to pay for. Stumbled in here on Sunday evening looking for a bag to carry my Yorkie Puppy in when we go out on the town. I had checked all the top designers like Gucci and Louis but was disappointed with those stores stock. So coming here was a positive experience. Galoris, the sales associate, helped me find exactly the perfect bag, Even the pooch loves it. She was one of the sweetest, kind hearted sales associates I have seen in Scottsdale. I think this store depends on the person shopping there. Some people go in and leave angry they can't afford anything there, but you should know when you walk in it's going to be expensive. I must say there isn't much they have that I'm not in love with, however I wish they had more of a selection to pick from. Sometimes you want to enter the store and look at something in person before you purchase it, you need to compare how it will rest on your shoulder or is that color you saw online, truly what you will get if you purchase the item. It's not the end of the world though. I purchased a beautiful purse from here and I love it. I couldn't be more proud to walk around with it on my arm. read more

I rarely get exited to go clothes shopping but after visiting the Burberry store at Fashion Square, I see shopping in a whole new light. I was in the market for some new polos and thought I'd stop by this store named Burberry. I wasn't that familiar with the brand, never owning a product from them, but I've heard about it from friends, family, etc. Upon walking in I was greeted by a sales associate who pointed me in the direction of the polo section. They had a decent selection of colors and variety of polos. Burberry offers some very unique and new designs but I was looking for something more classic, nothing to flashy. Another sales associate began helping me choose pulling out more styles. Very helpful indeed, offering refreshments to which I politely declined. I finally decided on a color and was shown to a dressing room. It was a quality polo, coming from someone who has owned tons of them over my lifetime. I decided to purchase it. It was a little over average for polos at $260 which I believe is above what it should be listed for but who's to complain. Just wait for a sale I guess. I was then taken to the front cash register where the polo was expertly packaged. I was genuinely impressed by how much time was taken to package the polo. And while the polo was being packaged the associate was making casual banter which just made the experience a lot more life like and natural. I left the store that day becoming a new regular with the brand as well as the store. It was a truly magical experience that I would recommend for anyone looking for innovative clothing at O.K prices. read more

On 01/05/13, I purchased a blue polo at Burberry's Scottsdale location. I attempted to return the product twice prior to the end of the 30 day return period. Amy, the store's manager, refused to return the item despite it being in new condition. I have been a loyal customer of Burberry for several years and expect a high-end retailer like Burberry to provide superior customer service. However, the experience fell significantly short of these expectations. Given the company's 69.2% gross margin, I would assume the loss on a $150 shirt (given the worst-case scenario that the shirt can not be re-sold) is much lower than the loss of a loyal customer. read more

I had such a horrible experience at this location! My husband bought me a beautiful Burberry trench coat for the holidays from this store but unfortunately it wasn't the one I wanted. I originally wanted a wool coat from Burberry, so I went online to look at the different options and found one that happened to be on sale. I went into the store to exchange the coat for the wool coat in both black and honey. The person who decided to help us when we went back in the store was chaoxia, according to our receipt, and he was extremely rude. He initially said he couldn't process the return because we did not have the original receipt, and only the gift receipt, and when I asked about the wool coat, he immediately said they were sold out everywhere for about a month. He stated he couldn't call or order the coat from any other store. I did a quick search and found the coat I wanted in San Francisco, and they transferred me to a store that had the coat in New York. The salesmen, ken in New York was so helpful and tracked down the coat I wanted. He overnighted the coat, and I received it the next day. I almost didn't even bother to buy Burberry because of the bad experience, but good thing the salespeople in New York and San Francisco were so helpful. This guy at the Scottsdale location definitely should treat customers with more respect considering they are spending thousands of dollars. read more

Worst customer experience of my life. I bought my mother a coat for Christmas. Their sizes fit very small and the coat did not fit her when we returned to the store we just wanted a larger size to fit. The stock woman in the back had to come out and help and she was the only nice and customer service oriented person there. They let us know they were out of the coat in any larger sizes. Then a salesperson came over certainly they could help us find her something else comparable in the size she needed. Instead we were informed they really made nothing else in a larger size but not in a discreet way in a way that embarrassed my mother. Shame on them number 1. Then they informed us they could not return the coat because we did not have the card present. Really?! We have an unused coat with receipt and I'm staring at the salesperson who sold it to me. I say I didn't have the card with me but could tell him the number to hand enter so that I didn't need to make another trip to return. Nope, that didn't work either. It is their policy to have the card present, again I'm staring at the salesperson who I worked with and remembered me from a week prior. I asked to call the manager. No we can not. Really wow, living up to the snottiness Burberry and ZERO customer service. I own a retail store and if I treated my clients like this I would be out of business. I will return with my card and be taking up with your corporate office and letting all my friends and family to never buy anything from you ever again. read more

Went into this Burberry store to see what shoes they had in store. I couldn't really find anything I would want to wear so I was about to leave again, but Tiffany asked me what my size was and went to the back and grabbed a pair of sneakers that I loved. However the price wasn't something I would pay for shoes that are not handmade. So she grabbed her iPad and showed me that the same shoes, but different color was on sale online. She asked if I would like to order it in store to come and check it out. The reason I said yes was 40% because I liked the shoes but 60% because she and Izzy were down to earth and cared so much to provide the customer service one expects going into a premium store.
