One more thing! The kid was disappointed in the color helmet I bought her and Chris was brilliant in adding "you can always put stickers on it to make it yours". That is a father for you. She lit right up! Thanks Chris!!

Dropped by to get it and noticed they are remodeling- which is very welcome since it was quite small and this is a very popular shop. Super friendly staff and the quality of the product is well known. I do wish they didn't have have such sky high prices but they are popular and can price what they can get for sure. They also offer yoga classes in the park as well when it's not so hot so check that out if you like outdoor yoga. I've not attended but have been at the mall when they are having class and it's super popular. Make sure to check out their online category 'we made too much' if you want to catch a deal.

I had only been to one Lululemon store before, but I was already at the Biltmore Fashion Park and…read morerealized I needed to run in to pick up a quick item at Lululemon and there was one right there. This was my first time at this location. The associates were very friendly and helpful, and while the products looked very nice and there were a variety of items in the store, the prices were quite high. Looking online in advance, I was surprised to see a nice black t-shirt with writing on it was $100. While the back portion of the store faces Camelback, you cannot enter or exit using a door on that side of the store. You need to enter from the courtyard in the middle of the Biltmore Fashion Park (north side of the store). It is open daily from 10 AM to 8 PM except on Sunday when they are open from 11 AM to 6 PM. In-store services include "Buy Online and Pick up in Store," "Like New," Returns & Exchanges, and Hemming. The store has women's and men's clothes and accessories, bags, and "we made too much" sale items. If you go to https://shop.lululemon.com, you can shop online, locate a store, and learn more about their free membership program (https://shop.lululemon.com/membership). Benefits include free hemming, partner perks, early access to product drops, exchange or credit on sale items, member-only experiences, receipt-free returns, and select Peloton classes. After you spent $500, you bump up to another tier where you now get exclusive access to products and a personal shopper. After spending $1000, you get first access to restocks and complimentary customization. Also, if you sign up for their e-mail list when visiting that website, you can get 15% off your first online order of full-priced items. Finally, it is worth noting that the American Express Platinum card now offers four $75 Lululemon credits (one per quarter), which will certainly get people who do not regularly shop at Lululemon to go into the stores for the first time. That includes me! Though I often see Lululemon items showing up at universities nowadays (though the price is too steep for the college students themselves but maybe not their families and alumni).

My son, who has autism, has been practicing independence by making purchases on his own. At the other location, he had a very negative experience where the manager, Justin, was dismissive, condescending, and outright refused to help him with a simple shoe return. That experience left him feeling discouraged and unwelcome. Coming here, however, was the complete opposite. Alexis was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive with my son. She treated him with respect and dignity, never once making him feel "less than" because of his disability. She processed the return with no issues and made sure he felt supported through the process. This is what good customer service looks like, it's not only about helping with a transaction, but about valuing every customer as a person. Alexis turned what could have been another frustrating day into a positive and empowering experience for my son. We are so grateful for her compassion and professionalism. I truly hope Famous Footwear recognizes and appreciates employees like Alexis. She represents the kind of values and customer service that every store should strive for.

About a month ago I bought my first Louis Vuitton bag in Vegas. I was so ecstatic I save almost 4k for it and I was so proud of myself, the store employees in Vegas were so accommodating and helpful, they made me feel like a celebrity. I walked into the one in fashion square and was immediately met with stares, an employee was even standing in front of the door blocking it so I couldn't walk directly in. Her name was Hailey. I decided after having it a few weeks (when I say I had it a few weeks, the majority of that time was spent in the box. I just wasn't sure what I wanted to do) that it wasn't big enough. Arizona, having the gun laws they do I always have my 9mm on me and it didn't fit my pistol which I didn't know when I bought it originally because I didn't have it on me in Vegas. When I tell you the employees at this specific store treated me like I was a bum off the street I am not joking: I have a lot of tattoos, two full sleeves and neck tattoos which I was under the impression that it was 2026 and it was no longer taboo to have a lot of tattoos. Apparently not. I was stated at by a good majority employees while I walked around the store looking for my next bag and felt like I was being "watched." I was told that I could not exchange it the lady that told me that I could not exchange it said "well why would you buy a bag that's too small for you." this lady had some sort of accent. I wanna say it was Russian or something. She was extremely rude to me. I normally don't post reviews like this unless it really affected me. The lady told me that there were clear marks of use on the bag which there were none. I had the bag for less than a month. They told me the return policy was 30 days. They refused to look at the receipt to see that it was a 30 it was less than 30 days. They just told me that there were too many signs of use on the bag which again there were not. I would not send my mother in the store. I asked the manager Hailey to look at the receipt and she kind of wrote me off like I shouldn't even be there in the first place. The The simple fact that I was asked such a condescending question as why would you buy a bag that's too small for you was so out of left field. I've never been treated like that in Goodwill let alone Louis Vuitton you guys give that brand a bad name and I don't think I will ever buy any Louis Vuitton ever again just for that sole reason I'll take pictures of the bag so you can see them below and see that they are in near perfect condition Honestly, I would like to talk to someone in corporate because This was insane treatment by people that are supposed to be luxury retailers.
