Last week I needed some help with my second backpacking trip to Havasupai and met Alec in the store. I was so surprised that he went above and beyond for me and my questions and recommended several good options not only for the hike but for the car camping as well. Since the experience was so great, I texted my friends from out of the state and asked them to use REI at Paradise Valley for their purchases because of a great value and quality. Hence proved again and again, the REI is the best option for your outdoorsy needs. Thank you brother Alec!

Seriously, my daughter wore them for 3 hours, put them away and tried them on a month later and they no longer fit.. Did I mention that we are also REI members with the supposed benefit of returns up to a year? Based off this experience, I sincerely doubt that they will honor that as well. My wife really likes the place but I am not a fan of subjective "100% satisfaction guarantee" return policy's.. Their Corporate offices should change the "100%" to "limited satisfaction maybe"?

I love that they carry some of our favorite brands like Vuori, Patagonia, North Face, Hoka, New Balance and Birkenstock. They also have a limited selection of energy fuel (ie: gu, gummies, etc...) + sunscreen, lip balm and small sporting accessories. The prices are not cheap, however... unless you luck out and find your size and style on a sale rack. On a recent visit with my daughter, we purchased 3 pairs of shorts. One on sale and the others pretty expensive. Hopefully they will last a long time!

After chatting with an employee via phone, I stopped by Soccer Mall and was elated to find that they had a Barcelona toddler set! The kid sets come with a shirt/jersey, shorts, and socks. Unfortunately, they didn't have anything in the current season for kids; it was from the 2017-2018 season. Since it was close in color scheme to the current season (and I couldn't find the current season anywhere else) I went ahead and got it. The Soccer Mall personalized the jersey for $15. It was ready in a couple of days and it looked so cute! The man who helped me was very friendly and helpful. The store was very neat and organized. The next time I'm looking to buy anything futbol (football) related, Soccer Mall will be my first stop.

I visited this store to check out the newest styles and see how various shoes would fit/look on me…read more I was greeted by a very friendly sales clerk named Aspen. Over the course of what was probably an hour, she helped me try on almost every shoe in the store. She offered very helpful tip and information on how to better understand the fit of the shoes. As I began to narrow down the options of what I wanted to purchase vs what I was just there to see, Aspen was so patient and ready to assist. Because of the wider selection online of colors and styles, she helped me to place my order online at the store for delivery in a few days. I appreciate her generous help and am looking forward to receiving my new shoes!

I went to the Fashion Square location of Rothey's as I had never owned a pair and wanted to be sure…read morethe sizing was correct and also to see the full store of styles etc. When I walked in I was greeted by Channel and I told her I was interested in trying the drivers. She brought out my normal 9.5 size but they were a bit too big. She then brought out a 9 and they were perfect. She was so helpful and I could tell she really loves what she does. I ended up buying 3 pairs of the drivers in different colors and I will definately go back for other styles. The in store experience was VERY refreshing. I also received an email from her thanking me, which was a nice touch!
