He answered right away and I told him I was looking for someone to assemble my daughter's new treadmill. It had been sitting in a box in her doorway for a month! I also needed to have her old one removed. I gave him the Amazon link for the new treadmill and he asked me to send photos of the old treadmill, which I did. A short time later he texted me a flat price, which seemed quite reasonable, and we made an appointment for the next morning. I was very pleased that he could come that soon. He was VERY punctual. He texted his arrival as well. He got straight to work dismantling the old treadmill and assembling the new one. Meanwhile, I borrowed his box cutter and cut apart the box so it could go in our recycle bin (he doesn't haul away the boxes or packing). He was done in less than 2 hours. Payment was easy with Zelle. The new treadmill works great. He cleaned up everything and was very nice and professional. I will definitely use him again for any assembly jobs needed for my home or my daughter's.

Let me tell you how happy I am with this home gym machine. I had been searching for a home gym for…read morea while. I didn't want to spend $5,000 on one, and I also didn't want a used unit that might have come from a house with pets (I'm a severe germaphobe and didn't want any extra germs or odors coming into my home). I had already told Matt exactly what I was looking for. Last week he called and said he had precisely what I needed: a lady had purchased a gym for about $5,000 and returned it after a month because she decided she didn't want it. I was able to pick it up for $1,300. Matt and Jordan delivered it on time with great service. They're genuinely good people.I've dealt with their store before--about 20 years ago when I bought a home gym for my other place in North Central Phoenix--and just like this time, I got a great deal. To underscore how happy I am: I later discovered a neck attachment that neither Matt nor Jordan even mentioned. I'd been searching for one of those for a while and couldn't find one. This gym has it, so in due time I can work on building a neck like a Neapolitan Mastiff. For anyone looking for a home gym (or any sports/fitness equipment--weights, free weights, bigger machines, etc.), I definitely recommend contacting Matt and Jordan before going anywhere else. Even if they don't have exactly what you need right now, they often come across great options. They're honest, hardworking, great Americans who will help you out, save you money, deliver, and treat you right. They've been in the same area for about 30 years. Also keep in mind that a home gym saves money long-term versus a gym membership. A decent gym membership is often around $50 a month--that's $600 a year, which adds up to thousands of dollars over time, plus any onboarding or other fees you avoid entirely with equipment at home. So if you're interested in any kind of gym equipment, please contact Matt and Jordan at Play It Again Sports. Thank you so much to both of them and to this great all-American store. They will help you with any purchase you need. I'm extremely grateful.Thank you!

I made an online purchase of an elliptical from Fitness 4 Home Superstore/ Fitness 4 Home Online…read more When I first used it I felt it did not perform the same as the one I had tested at a local store. I emailed Fitness 4 Home about the problem. Bob, the owner, told me he would make it right and that I should use it for a couple of weeks and see if it performed better after it was broke in. I thought Bob was giving me the old salesman run around and trying to put me off. Nevertheless I agreed to use the elliptical for two more weeks. Again Bob told me not to worry and he would make things right. I still did not believe him. After two more weeks of use I still did not feel the elliptical was performing properly so I informed Bob. Bob didn't hassle me, he didn't give me any problems or try to talk me into keeping the elliptical. He said he would arrange for the elliptical to be picked up from my house and returned to his store. Without me asking him, Bob even waived his return policy and returned my entire purchase price. Per his return policy he did not have to do that. Bob did make things right and he is a MAN OF HIS WORD, which is hard to find in "business" these days. I am totally and completely satisfied by the customer service I received from Fitness 4 Home. If you want to buy home fitness equipment I strongly recommend that you consider Fitness 4 Home for your purchase. You will be very happy and satisfied with the customer service you will receive plus you can trust Bob.
