John is the most patient and kind salesperson we have ever worked with. Our 13yo was kind of intimidated by all the new football gear he had to try on and keep trying on until John was satisfied that he would be safe on the field. I am so glad we went there and feel good about putting my kid on the field. John spent over an hour with us and worked hard to make sure our son was comfortable with the choices made. Prices were reasonable. Store is clean. And the staff has alot of patience and knowledge. read more

Legit inventory. We're like kids in a candy store here. Today we were greeted and taken directly to the youth mouth guards and football gloves. I was distracted by the adult turf cleat sale table. I stayed on track and purchased what we came for, after perusing the bat grip wraps and wishing over the beautiful wall of gloves. 4/5 stars because we came for cowboy blue gloves and found black, yellow and green in stock. If given notice I'm sure they would've been glad to order for us. read more

Absolutely horrible experience. First they could not find my order that was supposed to be completed and ready for pick up hours ago. Four employees claimed it was nowhere at their location until a manager came and found it within minutes. However, the order wasn't even completed let alone started on (vinyl was not printed). So I had to wait 15 minutes for them to complete the order and then when they bring it to me, they misspelt the wording ("lacross" instead of "lacrosse") and the log was not centered. Never again will I order here, zero recommendations. read more

I've worked with Universal athletic for screen printing a numerous amount of times over the years. Though it took a little extra time to get our project finished they did get it done and they made everything right. Do not hesitate to use them. read more

A lot of equipment but if you want to do uniforms with them I wouldn't do it. Second wrong order, again and I'm still missing jerseys... Next time I would just order their stock jerseys and use another place for embroidery and tackle twill. Now I have to deal with late and missing uniforms, plus upset parents... read more

Friendly and knowledgeable staff that will help you get the gear you need to perform at your best.

Couldn't have been happier with the service and price for warm ups and coaching shirts for my high school. As a coach and a former AD, I have worked with many vendors and this was maybe my best experience to date (53 years doing it!). Levi Storm was great to work with, competent, professional and best of all super efficient in getting through all the paperwork that my District requires. I highly highly recommend both the company and Levi Storm read more

Zero customer service. Waiting on SOCKS - not even special order socks - for a month!!! Was told they would take 3-4 days. Takes multiple calls and emails to get Barry to even respond. No communication other than that as to why they are taking so long! read more

Fantastic customer service, my son and I felt very comfortable with the level of service and attention we received today. Great inventory in stock and reasonable prices as well! We will definitely return when needed, and we highly recommend to anyone in need of new equipment. read more

I ordered t-shirts/sweatshirts for my daughter's high school team. Upon receiving the items, I noticed that the screenprint design was not straight and was rotated to one side. I contacted the sales rep who was assigned to the team to let him know so that he could look into the problem. I even dropped off the items for him to see it and fix it. Even his own staff agreed that I had a legitimate reason to get them replaced. After 2 weeks in his hands, I got little to no communication about what he was going to do. The customer service was horrible!!! He seemed unwilling to correct the matter, saying that design was correctly centered. He was working remotely and was "going to look into it when he got back to the shop." I had to continually contact him to see what he was going to do......NOTHING!!!! Unfortunately and reluctantly I told him I was going to pick up the "unacceptable" shirts so that I could at least wear them before my daughter's season was over. He was ok with that- no apology, no sense of urgency to remedy the problem. Now I'm here wasting my time encouraging you not to work with their team sales department for your school orders. Mistakes happens, I get it. Correct the mistake so that people have a positive experience that they can share on YELP. read more

Went for the first time today, kinda hidden but called ahead to get the address. They had the cleat I was looking for, and for about $20 cheaper. When I went to the register, it was $15 cheaper than the sale price! I saved about $35 by finding this place. They have a huge selection in sporting gear. A wall dedicated to Wooden Baseball Bats. It was a neat place to visit. read more

Being a High School Athletic Administrator, I do a whole school full of teams. In the past they were excellent, but there have been some changes and I could repeat what every other person with 1 star said, but will only say that they don't care about their customers, orders take months, and are wrong, and the season is over before they even return a phone call. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, for a few errors but have given up and they just lost a $15,000 per yr customer. read more

Terrible experience! Placed an order before deadline for my son's "Spirit Pack" for High school football. Said if we ordered by deadline we would receive it in time for his football camp. Received text 2 hours before he needed to go on the bus to camp and said we could come by and pick up. Left work early to pick up and asked to be reimbursed for freight charges since they didn't ship it and they said NO Sorry. Thought that was a very poor way to treat a customer. read more

nice place, good pricing.

I've been here twice now to get shirts done, and it's always fast and inexpensive. You can bring your own shirts in. Great way to make a custom shirt. read more

Absolutely HORRIBLE service and experience. They don't have keep enough items in stock everything has to be ordered. During tackle football season you would think they would be prepared and keep a larger stock. Then after ordering I was given a 7-10 window for the items to come in, after 3 weeks went by i called they gave me the run around for me to later find out they never ordered anything. Once they finally got my order placed i was contacted and told my item was in, i get to the store and they didn't know where it was! Meanwhile throughout this entire time I've asked to speak with a manager the csr's take my name and number and will have a manager call me and I never received a call. There was no manager in the store at the time I came in to pick up my item. I've asked for a tracking number nobody has that but a manager smh complete run a round....To date we have yet to receive the item we ordered and it's been 6 weeks now. This is my sons first tackle football season and he has to leave the store in tears disappointed. I definitely would not recommend this place and will never spend my hard earned money here again! read more

Was promised uniforms that club ordered by 10/1. Unfortunately, still do not have them and Barry has not been responsive. Very poor service and communication. read more

Great service. They did an emergency glove repair while we waited. Nice well stocked store

We went to get my son measured for gear for tackle football. The store was clean and very well staffed. We got uninterrupted one on one service getting my son geared up! The staff (I can't remember the name of the guy that helped us, sorry) was very knowledgeable about proper fit and safety. I would highly recommend you check this place out. read more

Terrible service! Ordered a shirt and sticker from our team order, after 2 weeks of waiting I called and talked to Brenden Ulatowski in sales. He was rude and very short, like I was bothering him. I will never return to this place! Cleats is right down the street and have wonderful customer service. read more

The worst experience I've ever had at any athletic supplies store in my life. Do NOT buy any football gear from this business. They do not guarantee their return policy. Their receipt does not fully disclose the stipulations regarding returns. It's best to go to Dick's Sporting Goods. Dick's has better prices, better customer service and more of a selection of products. read more

I do not give this business any stars. I purchased a custom jersey for his football team, which THEY fitted him for. We were told what specific size to order and we did so. When we received the order it was a youth large (again, THEY fitted him for the jersey) and he could not even get it on. I tried to call them ( and spoke with Brendan) so that they could order him the correct size and they told me there is nothing they can do. I would have to REPURCHASE the jersey. Once again, THEY fitted him for the jersey that I purchased, and they would not make this right. It is a 6 to 8 week waiting period to receive the jersey and they told me there is nothing they can do, unless I purchase a new jersey and wait 6 to 8 weeks. This is very bad business, and I will not be back. Very disappointing and I will tell others not to use this company. Not to mention, I have a football player that does not have a jersey. read more
