That being said, once we were helped, Randy was exceptional. He was patient, knowledgeable, and never made me feel silly for being new to everything. He was just as helpful with my boyfriend, letting him physically handle and compare his different options before making a decision. Today was to be my first visit...figured I would treat myself to an hour at the range for my…read morebirthday. Completed my waiver online prior to visiting, as I literally only had an hour for my lunch break. I get there, they couldn't find my waiver...no big deal, I'll complete another one. Not necessary because after a bit of searching they find it, then send me to check into the range. The range guy states there's is an issue and I have to go back to the front to complete a new one. So I go up front...only 1 IPAD is booted and functioning and a line of 3 people waiting for it. I tried to complete it on my phone to no avail as the reception sucked. While it's not their fault my time was limited, they don't seem like they know what they're doing. And to have 6 i-pads mounted, only 1 working??? Might give it another try, but just didn't have the time to work through their problems today.
