    I recently had work done from a random gunsmith who didn't do the best of job and I ended up going into S2 to help me out in a pinch and they fixed his errors as well as provided parts and fixed my lower in less then 20 mins. These guys are great, I highly recommend visiting their shop for gunsmithing as well as gun purchases (reasonable pricing) and accessories. I will be back and I really appreciate how cool and knowledgeable they were.

I wasn't sure what to do. I called that store and they transferred me to customer service. I told them what happened and was issued a refund in a matter of seconds.     Went into the store hoping to find a certain brand of 9mm pistol ammunition, but the shelves were…read moreliterally empty. I asked an employee if there was an end-cap of 9mm ammunition and he told me that there wasn't. I commented that their shelves had that empty Covid look, and he told me that they hadn't restocked the shelves yet. I wiped the dusty metal shelf, showed him the significant dust my hand picked up, and looked him in the eye. He knew he'd been caught lying, but insisted that morning deliveries hadn't been put out.yet. I commented that he should wear a mask if there was that much dust in their ventilation. Going to the gun counter, there was one employee behind the counter and more than a dozen people waiting to be helped. There is premium ammunition behind the counter, but it's far enough away that you can't read the brand name. Judging by the number of people waiting to be helped, I'm not standing idly for an hour or two to ask what ammunition brands they have. Nowhere else in the store is there 14-15 people waiting to be helped -- and there's inky two sales clerks working the firearms counter. You'd think that store management would add people in firearm sales, as I've had precisely the same experience of actually waiting more than an hour to find out if they carry a certain product needed the next day at a training event. I have no idea what this store is doing. Neither do they.

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I experienced at your Tombstone Firearms store located near the old Metro Center, off the Black Canyon I-17 freeway and Dunlap Road. On December 15, 2025, at approximately 1:45 PM, I visited the store intending to purchase an H&K 9mm MP5, which I had previously seen at a very competitive price. Unfortunately, my visit was disappointing due to the lack of attention and professionalism from the staff on duty. Although the store was not busy at the time, I was initially ignored upon entering. I understand that one staff member was assisting another customer, which is completely reasonable, but there appeared to be only one person behind the counter. After waiting for some time, I sought assistance from another employee, who seemed visibly bothered and uninterested in helping. He provided little to no information about the firearm and gave the impression that he would rather not be there. After waiting roughly twenty minutes, I was finally shown the weapon, but the interaction lacked enthusiasm, courtesy, and professionalism. While I recognize that every business can have off days, I believe that all customers--regardless of the cost of their intended purchase--should receive respectful and attentive service. I wanted to share this feedback not out of frustration, but in the hope that it helps improve the customer experience for future visitors. Professionalism and common courtesy should be standard practice, especially in a store representing high-quality products and a respected brand. Thank you for your time and understanding. I would appreciate confirmation that this message has been received and that the matter will be reviewed.
