Spend your money else where. This company will not warranty the products they sell you. Purchased some tru glo sights and they failed in the fourth year of a twelve year warranty. Glockmeister would not honor the warranty themselves. I called the distributor and they said that they are out of stock. Distributor wanted documentation and defective sights before they would replace when they became availabl. I had Glockmeister remove the defective tru glo and install factory sights. Finally after two months the new product arrived. Went back to Glockmeister for the install and they said that there would be a charge to install. I said that they were still in warranty and for Glockmeister to charge me for a ten minute job was not good business. By the way I just spent close to $1100 two weeks ago on another purchase. Still waiting for these guys to "get back with me" after informing them that the rear TRUGLO sights they installed fell off after my first time shooting my Glock and the front sights are loose. I've called several times, even gave them my credit card info so they can look up the purchase and they still have not gotten back with me. It's been a couple of weeks now and I have decided to inform potential future customers of their horrible service and lack of professionalism and expertise in properly installing $140 sights on my firearm. This store is an amazing hidden gem in Phoenix. The owner is such a nice guy and everyone there knows glocks more than anyone. The employee Desean is always so nice and happy to help. I bought sites for my 43 and they broke... Desean installed them originally then uninstalled them when they broke and reinstalled the stock ones. He informed me that my transaction was flagged as fraudulent, then told me that it was due to "bad code" in their system (I'd done business with them for a decade). After he went into a dissertation, I stopped him, informed him that I work with computers and asked him whether I can receive my merchandise or get a refund, as I was literally trying to hand him money. He made no attempt to complete the purchase and simply cancelled my order. I then told him that, with all due respect, his SYSADMIN needs to get his act together, as he is flagging perfectly legitimate business. He then became passive, accused me of being rude, then hung up. I then called him back, confronted him for his behavior, as I was not the party at fault and told him that I would destroy him in the reviews, then take my business elsewhere. And rest assured that I'm a man of my word. This is my very first time making a purchase from them. So far them being local my order has already been on hold for a week now. I called and spoke with someone who stated that things should be clearing up for me in a day or so (going off of the date i told him I made my purchase) and as of yet that hasn't been the case. I emailed several times and have gotten no response. They make things seem simple with the purchase from the online perspective. I included them and the FFL dealer In the email correspondence, and hoped that would be most efficient because they state that we the purchaser have to reach out to our FFL dealers ourselves, and of course the FFL dealer says they only deal directly with the seller; so trying to do what I can to connect two local businesses has been everything but effective. This place is pretty big on the internet, so being in the Phoenix area I figured it was a must stop. It was a little difficult to find as I initially passed it, and had to make my way back to it through the parking lot of the mall. I guess when you see these places on the internet with tons, upon tons of accessories and parts you naturally assume that their brick and mortar would essentially be the same and would resemble a Walmart of nothing but GLOCK stuff. Unfortunately, that is not the case. There's a small show room maybe 20x20 with half dozen or so rifles, and a good number of GLOCKs (Gen3s, 4s, and even the FDEs). I was the only one in there, but after all it was a Friday afternoon. The two employees were very friendly and more than willing to help. They didn't have very many accessories that I could see, but that had some pretty good apparel, and I picked up a T-Shirt that was pretty classic. All in all it's not something I would drive across the state for, but if you're in the area, or maybe even 20 minutes away and are looking to fondle some toys or pick up a replacement part, give this place a stop. read more

Disappointing. First, I was not allowed to use the restroom and no place in the area would let me use the restroom either. Then after I went to QT down the road I came back and I was ready to purchase a few base plates in the store. Guy told me he would put them on my mags and to unload. I did and was ready then he said he couldn't sell them to me because he sold them online already and forgot to take them off the shelf. That's such bad business. I came 25 miles just spent $500 on a separate purchase can't use the bathroom and you won't sell these base plates because of a mistake you made. Bad business. The problem isn't the waiting... the problem is that their customer service was extremely unpleasant to work with during the wait. I had to reach out by email and phone multiple times to check on when the gun was in and instead of simply just apologizing that it isn't there yet due to the world falling apart, they treated me like I should be ashamed for even asking about my gun. A simple email apologizing for the delay would have been fine. But instead it was like fighting tooth and nail to get any info on it. Eventually I found the same gun online and received it within a week and sent it to a different gun shop and will never look back. Places like this aren't worth your time. read more

Went in for a holster for a shield in which the manufacturer said these guys have, they have it but said it wasn't processed in inventory and to wait 2-3 days. A simple "no, we are not interested in your business" would have been a more honest thing to say. I was having problems with a Glock 19 build I was working on involving a Poly80 Serialized frame and a Triarc Slide... none of the parts were purchased from GM, but Chris, a certified Glock armorer, looked at my builds, took the time to have me walk him through the issues I was having, then took the guns to his bench in the back of the store and in a very short time, had them both working perfectly. He then explained what the issues were, showed me a part that needed replacing, and then advised me on how to return the old part to get my money back. I love this place, why? Because they are very helpful and friendly. They allow you to ask as many questions as you want and no question is too basic or stupid. I am an owner of 3 Glocks and have purchased holsters and grips from this place. Before I buy accessories, I like to try them out with my gun to see if I like it. Easy to find, good parking. Friendly knowledgable staff. They have all the Glocks on display and for sale. There is a comprehensive selection of factory and aftermarket parts and a wide selection of ammunition. In addition, a decent selection of Glock branded shirts, caps and visors are on the rack. I had slide stops/releases changed out on a G36 and a G42 while I waited. If this weren't enough, there is a wide selection of other handguns as well as some very slick long guns on display and for sale. It's a small store but they are making a big contribution locally and, I suspect, nationally. The place is neat and clean as can be, they know what they have on hand and can advise on different options on many parts. No hard sell BS either. If you are in or near Phoenix, and want any Glock stuff, this is a good place to get it...maybe the best. read more

I came in here to get my sights replaced, and was pleasantly surprised to find that their prices easily rival those online - AND they'll install them for free, in about five minutes! Customer service was great, as well. The guys were fun and easy to talk to, and they informed me of the somewhat rarity that my 21SF - with the ambidextrous mag release - has become. Interesting stuff... I haven't had any issues, myself, but now that I'm aware of the potential problem, I know that I can have it replaced by Glock for free - always valuable advice. The only thing I wish they would improve on would be carrying more accessories, specifically holsters of varying brands - although I know this could be difficult with the amount of space they have available. read more

I've purchased a Glock at both this, and their Mesa location. Both experiences were easy and the staff was friendly. I've also purchased different sights for both guns, and Talon grips for one of them. Glockmeister installs all that for free right on the spot. I don't doubt that there are other good gun stores in the area. But after shooting several different pistols, I like Glock the best by far for many reasons. As such, I like going to a Glock-oriented store where they're most likely to have the latest stock (like the battlefield green models) and the staff works almost exclusively on Glocks all day, every day.
