I've purchased a Glock at both this, and their Mesa location. Both experiences were easy and the staff was friendly. I've also purchased different sights for both guns, and Talon grips for one of them. Glockmeister installs all that for free right on the spot. I don't doubt that there are other good gun stores in the area. But after shooting several different pistols, I like Glock the best by far for many reasons. As such, I like going to a Glock-oriented store where they're most likely to have the latest stock (like the battlefield green models) and the staff works almost exclusively on Glocks all day, every day. That's important to me when having sights or other modifications done. read more

Lowest Price I could find in town. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and quick paperwork processing. They list what's in stock on their website so you can check before you go. read more

Visited Glockmeister in person for the first time today after purchasing several items online. Amazing courteous customer care. Unlike other gun stores they care and don't rush you. They even offered to instal the part at no additional cost. It was defensively worth the drive all the way from Waddell AZ. Thank you so much for your running such an amazing and friendly business glockmeisters! read more

Glockmeister Phoenix - Guns & Ammo Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

I purchased my very first gun at Glockmeister today. I actually started out at Cabellas looking for a Glock 19 9mm gen 4, un-ported. The guy at Cabellas told me I would never be able to get my hands on one because they are too popular. A nice older man walked up to me and whispered "go to Glockmeister" so I went and had a great experience buying my first Glock! He showed me how to take it apart, clean it, oil it, and everything else. I will definitely be going back asap! read more

I purchased a magazine extended-release for my Glock 23 online. When it arrived I took it to a local armorer to install. He took it out of the package and showed me it was not an extended-release and was in fact used. I purchase the proper one from him and had it installed. i called Glockmeister to tell them about it and they actually said i couldn't be right. Said they never take back used parts and they sent me the proper part. They said they could give me a return number but it wouldn't be worth the shipping. I am already out $25 with ordering and shipping. I said forget it. I then compared it to the original part from my Glock and they were identical. I called Glockmeister back, got a recording, left the information with my number and explained what it again and asked for a return call or I would post an online review. No callback. What upset me most was their condescending attitude of I must be wrong because they are obviously right. Was repeat customer, will never order from them again. read more

I've made several purchases here and I must say that they are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They are fellow Glock-heads and truly seem to enjoy what they do. If one purchases accessories from Glockmeister, they can be installed for you- free of charge. read more

Its simple, the demand for Glocks right now make them harder to find. I have been looking for a Gen 4 Model 27 and most on Backpage were overpriced. I picked one up here in stock (had both gen 3 and 4) and the prices were awesome. I paid $550 for the gen 4 and the gen 3 was only $499 brand new. They have tons of options that they can upgrade while onsite. I upgraded the trigger for another $30 (cheap!) I bought a few boxes of ammo, some extra magazine pinky extensions, an extra magazine and almost a hat too. They have tons of stuff Glock, pretty cool little place with good service. Not much else to say except go here first if you are looking for a Glock. read more

This is the place in Phoenix to buy a glock. Don't waste your time at the big box stores cause thee guys are cheaper.

Been looking for a Glock 17 (gen4 or gen 5) for a while and there appears to be a nationwide shortage. Their website was showing out of stock this morning. Checked the site after lunch and it showed in stock so I called and the representative said it was indeed in stock. I asked if they do holds because I'd be there within a half hour and he said they don't do holds at the moment. So I drive up to the store and when I get there they inform me they have used the G17 gen5 they received in stock for an online order. I'm not arguing that doesn't make sense but I think it's uncool how it first says in stock on the website, and then when I call they say it's "in stock and ready for purchase" but when I get there and ask for it (ready to perform background check/ready to buy) they look at each other and the circumstances change all of the sudden. I advise anyone who is going to shop here to call and get information on a desired product before wasting your time going to the store, especially if you live far away. It's not worth your time and even though the website and representatives may make it seem like so, you will leave empty handed. read more

Great prices and good customer service! I will purchase from them again. My 2 orders did take over 30 days each to fill but I have received both firearms. The first order was sent incorrect. After filling out their form someone called me to inquire about the issue that day. She took my info and called me back an hour later with resolution to the problem. My friend put in an order only 2 day after I ordered and it showed that Glockmeister had received over 3000 orders since mine. So understand that in this panic buying frenzy everyone is swamped and they can't just hire anyone! You would not would to but from someone who does not have firearm experience, believe me. It is crazy times right now. Glockmeister delivered my 2 new glocks, 1 with the wrong mags, but bottom line they called and made it right. Good customer Service!!!!!!!!! read more

This is a small Glock specialty store, but they also sell a small selection of other firearms. Great service and prices are reasonable. I went to purchase night sights for my Glock 21. Installed free while I waited, took about 10 minutes. Will definitely come here first for any future Glock related purchases. read more

This place is second to none when it comes to anything Glock. Impressive knowledge from staff with good price and service. This will be the only place I go to for Glock items. I bought NS that were installed within minutes.. read more

Now this is a good place. Good, well informed, patient and helpful folks. Good prices. Good selection....will probably have what you need in stock. They can tell you anything and everything about Glocks and a good bit about all guns in general. If you buy something from them, they will know how to install it..............and might well do it will for free. I just don't know if I would even consider going anywhere else. read more

I love this place!! I'm not a huge Glock Fan, but the service given by this team is amazing! I love the fact that any accessories that you purchase here are installed for free while you wait. I got some new sights, grip tape, and mag springs for my little 43 and they installed all of it on the spot. Super Happy, and I'm sure that I will find more reasons to do business with these dudes. read more

Very helpful staff. Great custom work. The always have great stuff in stock when others do not. They truly are the Glockmeisters.

Excellent service and very helpful. Went in looking for a Glock 19 and was treated with extreme courtesy and with great advise as what holster would best go with it. Also if you purchase any sights from them the installation is free. Great guys. read more

Had my sights done on my 34 and they did a great job. Then bought a Colt 6920. Don't these guys only do Glocks? No. They have some long guns and they don't carry a lot, but they are knowledgeable on what they carry. Could I have found it for 20 bucks cheaper? Maybe, but supporting your LGS feels right, especially when the service is great. These guys are great and they make you feel at home. Also, because they don't carry a lot they know the product and usually own the product you are interested in. Can't wait to go back and buy more. Take a look at their locally made kydex holster line. Great experience all around. read more

I've purchased 3 firearms from Glockmeister now and can honestly say that their service is top notch. They have a large collection of Glocks but you can find a decent selection of non glock handguns and rifles. Prices are some of the best in town! read more

Excellent customer service and the guys there are nice to talk to and take time with you. The manager did get the apparel sizes I needed. They also installed new sights on my friends Glock at the same time. Same service at the Mesa store. One gentleman even showed me how to replace the slide plate with the special ones they sell. Not a big deal to do for him (and now not me--I've done 3). I'll definitely visit next time I'm in Phoenix. read more

Best gun store in the valley. Everyone in the store is very helpful and easy to talk to. If you or anyone you know is thrown off by the sometimes daunting experience of shopping for a firearm, then start here and you won't need another shop. I myself am partial to Glock, but they do have other selections to explore. So check them out before you give your money to someone who won't value you as a customer. read more

Hands down, best Glock dealer and after-market supplier in the world! I have been a long-time customer and go nowhere else but here for my Glock's and accessories. I also love that they are a ZORN Holster dealer. These guys rock! (both locations) Highly recommended! read more

I wanted to order a handgun on-line but had questions on accessories and how to ship, the FFL etc. The other G store wouldnt answer their phone or return an email. Lucky for me, because their awful customer service led me to Glockmeister. Shawn politely and efficiently answered my questions and assured me they would look for my order and take care of all details. This proved to be 100% true as he emailed me immediately with an order confirmation number and straightened out a shipping error I had made. Very pleased. I will be buying there again. This was my first time to their store. I called before to verify inventory and got there to purchase. The gun was in stock and in the case when I got there. When I went to buy it, they told me they were holding it for someone that got delayed and another one that was purchased online. Thanks for wasting my time and gas l. I drove almost an hour. read more

Hands down the worst experience I have had at a gun shop. Extremely unwilling to help. Employee rolled his eyes at me when I asked to look at a firearm. I was ready to purchase on the spot. I didn't have my current address on my drivers license so he told me to come back with a different form of Id. I called a few other shops and they told me I could use my az game and fish hunting license. I called glockmeister this morning and made sure that would be good enough for them just like it would be anywhere else, the guy told me know, in his words, hunting licenses are "too easy to get" even though it is a valid state issued id. Needless to say, they obviously don't want to sell firearms or earn customers. I happily went down to Scottsdale gun club where they treated me right. With the way I was treated and the way I saw other customers treated in the glockmeister off bell road, I don't know how they are still in business. They are rude, disrespectful, and have no idea what they are talking about. I will make sure everyone I know in veteran and shooting community here in Arizona takes their business elsewhere. read more

Not only was this the only place in town that had the sights I wanted in stock, but they installed them for free in about 10 minutes. They were also extremely nice and helpful. Even better, their prices are very reasonable. If you're looking for a one stop shop for any of your glock needs, you've found it! read more

Went in to get night sights for my Glock. Guy working explained all the differences and once I picked some out he installed them for no extra charge! Super fast and friendly service. read more

Used to go to glockmeister in Mesa, before they closed. Very nice guy in there and happy to see he is at the bell rd location. This is a GLOCK store... Not a gun shop. Everything you need for a GLOCK. I took a 2nd gen 23 in there for a new recoil spring assembly and after putting it in, he gave me some spare parts from guns that people had upgraded...I love GLOCK and the glockmeisters! Always friendly and love to show the guns. They always have the f d e models and there is a milk crate on the floor in Che corner with a constantly changing collection of mix and match bargain items. If you get a used GLOCK, take it in there and they will look it over and tell you if there is any thing needing replacement (springs) etc.a great store overall for anyone who likes glocks. Lots of aftermarket sights also and they will install them while you wait. read more

I was experiencing a malfunction on my G17 that had gone from occasional the constant, and I needed it fixed sooner than later. I actually called two gun stores closer to my side of the valley and BOTH stores recommended Glockmeister. I was in the city that day and tried to get to their location on E Bell after work as quickly as I could, but ended up walking through the door one minute before closing at 5pm. I was greeted and told that they would help me as soon as they were done with the people in front of me. Ten minutes later, I was explaining my problem to them, and they took the gun into the back to diagnose the problem. They found it, and recommended action. I asked to keep a part in similar design to what was broken on the gun, and they had a lightly used part in a spare parts bin. They installed it at no charge. I was astonished. I tipped them anyway, and we conversated on the state of things gun related in AZ and talked about local smiths and custom builders (I'm a recent transplant from Northern Virginia) that are worth looking in to. Both of the guys I spoke with were curteous, helpful and professional. I'll definitely be back to spend money with them in the future. They seem to have a very in depth knowledge of all things Glock. They have a large selection of Glocks and parts and a decent selection of used guns for sale as well. Their shop is clean, well lit and well positioned on the street. read more

I was excited to go into the store as I have a few friends that said. It was great customer service. Well I went in and what was told would be a free "adjustment" (Awsome I thought) turned into a $30 repair. I was charged for the slide release the tech broke " he said after the fact that always happens" if that was the case he should have warned me ahead of time!!! plus labor for a rush job to modify one to fit my G36. Had I been told up front it might break I would have said don't bother. Had he came out and apologized and been honest and forthcoming that he had broken it and given me the ability to make an informed decision that I had some input in; But to damage my weapon, rush through a repair because he told me he could simply adjust my slide release for FREE, and then charge me for the part he broke and $10 on top of that is in my opinion poor customer service and borders on dishonest. Now I have a slide release that I never wanted and honestly looks like it came off a Bersa or at best a Taurus. He offered to refund $10 but if he feels the need to charge me for the part he broke and his labor then I will pay, and of course shop elsewhere. I am just appalled and honestly the more I look at the poor workmanship realizing I need to have the part replaced. It was simply dishonest to damage a part on my weapon, replace it with a non-factory part without my consent or knowledge and then have the audacity to charge me for it. read more

I don't get all the five stars. I went there trying to find a local place to purchase a threaded barrel for my Glock 17c. I was the only customer in the store which I can understand as there was so little customer service. Their prices are high but I was willing to pay if I could find what I needed. I brought my gun and suppressor hoping to find the right barrel that would fit and was compatible with my suppressor. The sales person said I could not put the barrel in my gun or see if the suppressor fit at it might scratch or mark the stainless steel barrel. Seriously? I for some reason agreed but after a long wait was told they actually did not have the part even though the computer said they did. That was fortunate as I ordered it on line for considerably less and no sales tax. I suppose I can understand their concern but what good are they if I can't try it on for fit? Taking my chances on line or buying from them for more money with no better odds makes no sense. They won't be around much longer so Im not too concerned but I see no reason to do business with them as I can do better on line or at gun shows. read more
