Elite Ordnance made my transaction and sale so simple and easy going! I got in contact with them a few weeks ago about a handful of handgun and riffles I needed off my hands and they walked me through all of the possibilities! They were very hospitable and patient with me as I was just trying to make the best decision possible. I believe that was the case! They gave me the best offers in the valley. Highly recommend working with Chase he is a great addition to his team and the way that place is ran! Good job Elite Ordnance read more

I was cleaning my EZ 9mm and the pistol got stuck on reassembling it. Jammed up good. I took it in to Elite Ordnance and the gentlemen behind the counter not only unjammed my pistol but show me a few tips on handling it. It was my first time in being in this shop being a new gun owner but Elite Ordnance will definitely be my go to for any issues I may have or purchases I may need. Very impressed with the customer service. Highly recommend! Paula read more

Great small business to work with. They take their time to meet your needs and questions.

Such a great experience and I walked away feeling educated, smarter, and not like an idiot. Let me explain. I have visited many other gun shops in the North side of the valley. These other shops literally put you down and make you feel like an idiot or don't give a d**n about and just another transaction. Not here, I was motivated when I left. I came in the other weekend and wasn't sure which one I wanted or if I wanted a gun at all. So after looking at more than a dozen guns and options I chose one a few days later. They didn't pressure me at all. They were educating me the whole way. Scott and Mike were so nice and getting to know them true American citizens. Smile and handshakes each time and when I came back we even joked more and we related. HIGH LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE delivered all the way through. The pricing and fairness was spot on after I did research and I got great value for what I got. I ammo and they also explained to me why I needed certain ammo and what was the best for the gun and protection. They were transparent in their pricing and I had a gun that I had to special order, as promised it was there within 2 days and a phone call immediately when it arrived and they checked it. More good service. If you need a weapon for self protection, ammo, or gear, Elite is the place to go and they live up to their name fully. read more

My #1 shop for all firearm needs... actually the only shop I go to in this area. Mike and Scott are fantastic!! From the first time I walked into the store, I was greeted warmly and taken care of. Just moved to Arizona from the South and they are what I imagine when I think of southern hospitality. Not only are they knowledgeable, but they are patient as well; they kindly taught me how to properly take apart my guns and put them back together. They also explained proper maintenance and all other information that I asked about. Wonderful shop, awesome people... I am a proud customer for life! read more

I stopped in, to ask a few questions, and pick up some ammo. I appreciated the honesty and will be back for a flip out of my grips. Highly recommend if you need some work done or an honest, non rushed, explanation. Thanks! read more

Great place to find your gun related stuff. Very good service with a smile. Mike and crew are very knowledgeable and are ready to help you get what you think you need. read more

Excellent service and prices. Personalized high quality service where the client is number one.

Absolutely OUTSTANDING service. I came here to purchase some milsurp rifles (specifically to look at Mosin Nagants) and they had a great selection. The store isn't huge, but they have a lot of very nice rifles, some hard to find ammunition (like new 8mm Lebel and new 7.5mm French), and even some very serious collector pieces all in one place. They aren't even price gouging like so many other stores I will absolutely be going back to this location again at some point in the near future! read more

They've got ammo and lots of inventory. The owner, I forgot his name was helpful and informative. The prices on a few items are steep, however he's a small business owner and I can support that! Happy shopping! read more

I have been going here my last few trips to the gun shop. they are great here. Decent prices, friendly staff who are also very knowledgeable. Came in the get my brothers Ar-15 Fixed and have a FRT trigger installed. they had it all set up and ready to go in less than 30 min. only cost me $50 all in all. 2nd Trip i bought a Handgrip and they installed it perfectly for me for free. Great Shop Overall. Thank Y'all For All The Work You Do read more

Good knowledgable folks. They even put the aftermarket grips on for me, after I purchased them. Didn't even ask.

Excellent service! These guys are patient, knowledgeable and really assist new shooters. Will be back for future purchases.

Came in with the intention to pay a pretty dime to get my trigger fixed. The owner was very pleasant and immediately diagnosed my issue with a quick fix. Not only did him and his associate figure this out quickly, they tested the firearm. Very very affordable fix that took less than 10 minutes to resolve. They offered me to come back whenever and show me how to clean the firearm. Top notch customer service! I will go out of my way to visiting and getting the supplies needed! read more

Stopped in to pick up some gun cleaner. They could have easily made a sale on a tiny bottle of $10 gun cleaner. Instead the owner took the time to educate me on some alternates for about the same price that will last longer and work better and not only that, he has me bring in my pistol and he fully went through disassembled, cleaned, lubed and reassembled it for me. I couldn't even get him to accept money for the time and supplies he used cleaning it! I will absolutely be back and cannot recommend this store enough for their service and expertise. read more

Called in to get some information about getting some sights changed out on a P95. Scott said they didn't do that type of work there, however was more than helpful recommending a gunsmith that would take care of me. Went into the shop anyways just because of the great service offered over the phone. picked up some ammo and even adjusted my existing sights for me when I told him what was going on to hold me over until I get in touch with the gunsmith. All in all a great business with great staff and everything in the store was reasonably priced. Already gave a few word of mouth recommendations to my friends and family, and will continue to do so. 10/10. read more

It's one thing to be knowledgeable and a whole different thing to be friendly while you're at it. I had no idea these guys were so close to my house. When I had a problem with my dad's ol' shotgun they fixed it right up and in doing so, made me feel like a valued customer. Do not go to the large impersonal box store ... go see these guys for all your shooting needs first. They epitomize the value of small business in our community and provide personable, knowledgeable, top notch service. read more

After seeing a few recent 1 star reviews I went back in, same great staff. I noticed both 1 star reviews are from San Francisco???? Odd

First of all, I am not a firearms expert. Secondly, I like to ask questions. That being said, the guys at Elite were not annoyed or rude when I asked questions and they were able to explain the answers to my questions without hesitation. I had a Glock that had an issue so I brought it in thinking I would need some parts. I was greeted by the guys as soon as I walked in, one of the guys stopped what he was doing, listened to my concern and had the gun apart in less then 5 minutes. He grabbed a brand new Glock off the shelf, took it apart and compared it to mine side by side so I could see how they look new verses used. He explained how my ammo was most likely the cause of my issue and steered me in the direction of a higher quality ammo for the same price as the stuff I was having issues with. I spent about an hour at the shop talking to the guys and playing with some of the bad a** stuff they have one the shelf. I told them my lack of knowledge so I think it would have been very easy for them to sell me parts that I didn't need. Instead, they were honest and left me feeling very good about my interaction with them. Bottom line, any firearm related issue or need you have, go see these guys first. read more

Guys in the store are real friendly and have a lot of experience with firearms. I took my rifle to get a muzzle break removed it took them about five minutes to do so. They also have some really nice used classic firearms for sale. Definitely going to them from now on. read more

Went there today. Mask are not required. Since they don't care about my health, they won't care about yours. I just walked out.

Cant say enough good things about these guys. 3 phone convos- excellent help. 2 visits to the shop- on point with acknowledgment, help, demeaner etc..... transfer fee is super reasonable (unlike als american guns and ammo which is 40), Elite called me like right after receiving the firearm (unlike als as well, they had my last one for 4 days before calling). Mike and all the guys, good job man! Use these guys if you can. thx read more

Although I didn't purchase my first firearm here, I would have had I been in the area when I was feeling antsy (I buy things compulsively at times if the price is great and local). I came by on a day that they actually happened to be closed but the owner and another employee were just leaving after dropping a few things off. To my surprise, the fellow Marine veteran willingly allowed me in, showed me around and answered all of the questions I had. Their selection was phenomenal and I feel he was honest, informative, and not pushy whatsoever. Again, had I been in the area when having the urge I would have purchased here. That's not to say I won't purchase my next or stop by whenever. This is a great business ran by a true combat vet and they're conveniently located and customer service-oriented. ***update 2/2016 To no surprise, I've come by a couple of times since my first review and have bought a sweet AR recently. This business continues to grow in stock and customer service each and every day and now that I've moved closer I'll definitely come by more often. M read more

Really nice, clean store just off the 51 on Shea. Good supply and friendly employees.

Just moved to AZ from out of state not too long ago, and was looking for a new shop that I can frequent for any needs I may have. Gave them a call, Scott answered right away and he was able to answer all of my questions. Immediately knew that they'd take care of me so I drove down. In person Scott was just as helpful and was completely honest with me. No upselling any guns, understood exactly what I was looking for and was extremely helpful. Safe to say I'll be a returning customer and highly recommend this spot! Thanks again Scott for all your help read more
