I have yet to find a location throughOUT the state of AZ that has the sheer volume and variety as this place does. I literally travelled up from Tucson to see this singular store; I was not disappointed. Prices are 'fair' but when you see the mesmerizing volume of various manufactured reloading products, you'll be amazed. The owner was wonderful to deal and speak with and extremely helpful. There is a customer-friendly computer to look for products' prices on around the store since many products are priced based on the weekly economy fluctuations. The front of the store's 'door' is a roll-up formula that starts you off with used Reloading equipment and step around that into the godly-glorious amounts of equipment. Yes, I reload and I've never found a place like this before so I was incredibly surprised to find this store. Great place to check out for firearms because they are all out for display. No waiting to see someone to look at any firearms you are interested in. Just look for the brand/model and check them out. My suggestion would be to put a vertical sign on the tables so that people can easily find and go where they need to go. Definitely makes it easier for me to show family that are interested in getting firearms. Did not have any issues with family buying firearms at their previous location and look forward for them to purchasing at their new location. Prices appear to be either cheaper/equal/more than other locations. Look forward to future visits.

They were able to do the pen and weld for me and were relatively quick. It only took 2 working days, they are closed on the weekends. I was worried that the weld wouldn't look good after looking at pen and welds on google. Kilo did an amazing job and left the weld very clean looking. They did not blue it, I was hoping they would leave it silver so it's easier to see so it doesn't bother me. I also own a few akm rifles and was looking for a cleaning rod. They had one in stock and sold it to me for a reasonable price. I will be returning for any gun smithing work or ak parts since most places don't have them or don't want to order them. Gun shop owner here - POF has proven themselves to be the least responsive, least customer centric…read morefirearms manufacturer I've ever worked with. Sold a customer a POF Rogue and he wanted to customize it. We removed the handguard for some upgrades and found this unfired, unused gun with a scarred up aluminum barrel nut which was OBVIOUSLY incorrectly clocked (assembled) at the factory. At first POF ignored all my instructions and replaced the handguard, about 2 weeks after receiving it. They called and asked me to pay an invoice(?). I reviewed the instructions I sent in and then their response was "oh...let us go back and look at the manufacturing pictures, we will be able to prove if this left like this". They were insinuating I sabotogued the unfired gun prior to selling it to the customer. So, 3 more weeks went by. Now they've had this upper for 45 days to "look at it". I called Juan back and asked what was going on? He told me the "owner is still making a decision" and he would get back to me in a few more days. Well, the next phone call made it clear they were accusing me of sabotoguing the gun and ruining it. OK I said - SEND IT BACK if you're not standing behind your products. I am sitting here another 10 days later with no gun, customer is livid, and I will never touch a POF item again. What a sham, disappointing "American" company. I deal with Sig weekly and they've never treated me like this. Nor Springfield, nor Glock...the list goes on. Gun companies MUST stand behind their product, it is life or death and mistakes cost lives. POF doesn't care about its end users - a quick google will tell you that the original POF owner/engineer passed away and some charlatans appear to have taken over and ruined a great company and great products. The good news is there are POF guns getting clearanced on Gunbroker for half price since the market is figuring it out.

I asked an employee if there was an end-cap of 9mm ammunition and he told me that there wasn't. I commented that their shelves had that empty Covid look, and he told me that they hadn't restocked the shelves yet. I wiped the dusty metal shelf, showed him the significant dust my hand picked up, and looked him in the eye. He knew he'd been caught lying, but insisted that morning deliveries hadn't been put out.yet. I commented that he should wear a mask if there was that much dust in their ventilation. Going to the gun counter, there was one employee behind the counter and more than a dozen people waiting to be helped. There is premium ammunition behind the counter, but it's far enough away that you can't read the brand name. Judging by the number of people waiting to be helped, I'm not standing idly for an hour or two to ask what ammunition brands they have. Nowhere else in the store is there 14-15 people waiting to be helped -- and there's inky two sales clerks working the firearms counter. You'd think that store management would add people in firearm sales, as I've had precisely the same experience of actually waiting more than an hour to find out if they carry a certain product needed the next day at a training event. I have no idea what this store is doing. Neither do they.
