I purchased an item form Northwest Armory Dec 24, 2025 and found out it was the wrong product, I have left multiple emails asking how to return the item and have not received a response in three weeks. I have also tried to call their three stores and never get anyone. the phone just rings and rings at all hours of the day. I am ready to file a complaint, this is not customer service. Beware of Northwest Armory folks, they look more like scammers than a legitimate business. read more

I give this store 5 stars because of the service, products and shipping. I purchased a couple items online and they were available for pickup 2 days later. The amount of quality products is almost overwhelming. But at least you know where you can get quality products. When I went to the store to pickup my items I did not have to wait that long, maybe 5 minutes. The person that was helping me was very professional and knowledgable. I ordered a rifle online and my card was charged. After two days, I never received an order confirmation or any shipping information. Additionally, my order status on their website never provided any status updates. I called their number and they said that even though I was charged for the rifle, they were at zero balance at the time when I was charged. They said they would process a refund. I was also e-mailed saying the refund was processed. I still have not been refunded. I am now having to dispute their charge with my financial institution. I suggest looking elsewhere for your firearm needs. read more

I have be in this store multiple times looking for gun parts and accessories. They are not my first choice but I do go in when they are open to see if they might have what I'm looking for. I do assembly my own firearms so what I look for is not typically what most people are looking for. However their availability of the parts I'm searching for is not why I'm writing this review. As we all know things are crazy right now and anything firearm related comes and goes like day and night. When you first walk into this location you are greeted with their selection of gun safes, cabinets with their optics and some accessories/parts. Once you pass that you see a massive dump of Ammo and magazines right in the middle of the floor, the ammo is categorized but it is all in boxes below knee height. The shelves behind the counter under the firearms on the walls are cluttered. It's hard to see exactly what is there due to the massive amount of stuff they have back there. The only thing that is displayed nicely are the firearms and suppressors. Everything else is put where it fits. I usually walk around the store twice to make sure I'm not missing what I'm looking for, every time I have been in there the employees are always out in the floor or behind the counter. The downside is they have never greeted me, never say hello or ask if I may need help or what brought me in. I usually walk in do my two slow passes and pass by every employee scheduled that day/time and none of them acknowledge that I'm even in their store. read more

By far the absolute best Gun Store in the valley. Scott and his entire team are outstanding. Not only is their selection the best in town but it's the welcoming positivity that keeps me coming back. I've never been pressured to buy nor has anyone ever talked down to me as if I was inferior. They also never seem to run out of ammo. Scott the owner or manager is a psychopath. The service staff was showing us some handguns, while he hovered behind. I asked Scott how long a ffa license usually takes considering I just purchased from this very store a few months back. Glibly he said it's not up to me. Somewhat accurate but a rude and unhelpful way to respond to a simple question. So I tried to answer my own question and see if he would be a decent guy and play ball. I said so it could take half an hour up to a couple weeks. He said "like I told you it's not up to me." I said I don't have a problem with the potential license wait. I have a problem with your attitude and I guess you don't want my business. Scott went nuts getting in my face from behind the counter. Telling me to leave his store for having made notice of his bad attitude. When I backed away from the counter to make sure I had my sweater and to tell him to stay out of my face, Scott rushed around the counter to get up in my face again. This time so close his chest was touching mine and he was wild eyed and he was quivering I truly believe Scott was on Drugs. He demanded I leave the store, yeah for the violation of telling the owner he had a bad attitude. But for someone who wanted me to leave the store so badly he sure did a lot of getting in the way, blocking my egress so that he could posture and quiver all over with his face just inches from mine and drugged out looking eyes. He also couldn't help but try to dish insults which were incoherent on account of the rage and drugs. Should a dude with anger and drug issues own a gun store? read more

Need to be on guard. Purchased my fourth gun this week. Smith & Wesson revolver M17. Had eight in stock. went next door to Scorpttsdale Gun Clug to shoot the new gun. Rear sight broken on the right side. Returned to inquire NWA to report this flaw. We do not have an armor; call S&W for a replacement. Need the next day. Will send ; however, all rear sights are back ordered. One day, $700 gun sort of inoperable with a sixty plus day wait. lesson learn ; last gun to be purchase at NWA. Az native, bought my first 2 firearms from NWA, when I was living in Portland...After deciding PDX wasn't the place I should be, I moved back to Az. After a month or two being back home, I was recommended by a friend to see the deals at a shop that was new to town. After seeing their pricing on a handgun, I had been eyeing, I was quick to go buy it after work...I had no clue it was the same owners that had treated me so well in PDX! They were all so kind and helpful! Even though I came in knowing what I wanted, before hand, they were, helpful and patient. I highly recommend seeing them about CC fittings, as well. Of the times I've been there, I've seen their "holster-guy" take the time to learn what is comfortable to you, and not what "makes the best profit". I ordered a gun from them and tried calling at least a dozen times to both their Web Online Ordering Site and directly to their Scottsdale, AZ store, and nobody has returned my call. I paid for the gun online and finally, called their main office to cancel my order. I am not some idiot, in fact I have 32 guns that I have bought either in stores or online, I have bought ammo and accessories from countless online sources, but I have never experienced buying like I did from this store. Did an amazing job keeping inventory during the "crisis" (and at fair prices considering how crazy things got in most place and most states). Went in here to see what stock they had for tactical shotguns. They seem to have stock when everyone else's shelves are bare. My brother left with a new Mossberg and I got turned onto Superior Safes. Spent the evening researching and decided on a Supreme 65. Cane in the next day, Scott and his team were very knowledgeable and helped me make (what I think) was the right call.
