They will tell you that I usually come by a few times a week when I can to shoot the crap, help talk to customers about firearms and scope out my next buy. Kordell is the person I usually deal with but I pretty much know the entire staff, Levi, Ray, Bill, Josh, John, Matt 1 and Matt 2 from all stores at this point. Love them all as they are pretty chilled gents. Because of other staff members like the Matt 1 I signed up for gunsmithing school at SDI. One of the best decisions I've made so far. Thank you all for what you bring to the community and see you soon. If you can't tell it by now, I highly recommend this place. They have three store locations, Chandler, Tempe, and Mesa. I haven't been paid to write this. I am just a customer who really appreciates good business and better customer service. The owner John has picked an amazing to to represent his dream and vision.

This store is in a strip mall, and doesn't stand out, so you kind of have to look for it. I came…read morehere for one type of pistol and wound up leaving with a different type. They have a pretty good choice of new and used guns, but it's hard to pass up a weapon that they aren't making anymore, so that's what I purchased. When I picked it up, (Chandler PD puts a hold on weapons that are traded in to insure that they aren't stolen) the cylinder was a bit sticky (probably from sitting for a while) so the guy working there (didn't get his name, sorry) lubed cylinder, and tested it to make sure it was operational. For my troubles he threw in a box of ammo! That kind of service, and value is worth my business, so I'll be back for my next purchase.

CASEY IS AMAZING!!!! Super patient…read more Customer service amazing. I hope someone from management is reading this. I came here with my elderly father who is a gun collector and retired military. He is getting old so we needed someone with patience. My father spent over $4000 on 3 firearms. The gentlemen who helped us 3 weeks ago. ( will not mention names ) was nothing like Casey We are business owners ourselves and understand one thing. It's never the place. It's always the people Thank you Casey!!! WE APPRECIATE YOU!!! Father and son customers. Will be back to see Casey again.

Subject: Concern Regarding Customer Service Experience at Tombstone Firearms - Metro Center…read moreLocation Dear Tombstone Firearms Management, Good evening. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I experienced at your Tombstone Firearms store located near the old Metro Center, off the Black Canyon I-17 freeway and Dunlap Road. On December 15, 2025, at approximately 1:45 PM, I visited the store intending to purchase an H&K 9mm MP5, which I had previously seen at a very competitive price. Unfortunately, my visit was disappointing due to the lack of attention and professionalism from the staff on duty. Although the store was not busy at the time, I was initially ignored upon entering. I understand that one staff member was assisting another customer, which is completely reasonable, but there appeared to be only one person behind the counter. After waiting for some time, I sought assistance from another employee, who seemed visibly bothered and uninterested in helping. He provided little to no information about the firearm and gave the impression that he would rather not be there. After waiting roughly twenty minutes, I was finally shown the weapon, but the interaction lacked enthusiasm, courtesy, and professionalism. While I recognize that every business can have off days, I believe that all customers--regardless of the cost of their intended purchase--should receive respectful and attentive service. I wanted to share this feedback not out of frustration, but in the hope that it helps improve the customer experience for future visitors. Professionalism and common courtesy should be standard practice, especially in a store representing high-quality products and a respected brand. Thank you for your time and understanding. I would appreciate confirmation that this message has been received and that the matter will be reviewed.
