I bought a beautiful High Power clone for $200 less than Sportsman's and it's incredible. If you see a bad review, assume they got caught trying to break federal laws, such as buying a gun for someone else. They are a different kind of store. They let you touch and try out all the guns and if you need help, ask. They love dogs, are great to their customers and they have me as a customer for life. 4 years ago I called AmmoAz about their upcoming sale and an AR15 that they were losing money on. The owner spent 20 minutes explaining my options and talking to me about the gun. He earned a customer for life. I have since bought several "items" all for MUCH less than anywhere else. I have brought my dogs, even my Dane and have always had a great experience and gotten the best prices. The store's app with up to date ammo availability and pricing is just another bonus. To sum it up, my 15 year old daughter asked me when she could apply to work there. Great store. Great people. Great selec

!!!!!!!!!!!!!UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I received a phone call…read morefrom the owner of Arizona Firearms yesterday evening 06/14/2021. He informed me that he had seen my post, recalled hearing about it in the store, and then nothing, so he thought it had been resolved by one of his managers. He read my post over the weekend and realized it had not been resolved to their standard of business operations. We had a great discussion and Arizona Firearms stepped up and completely resolved the issue and concern. It is unfortunate that it had to be resolved in the manner that it did, BUT all is safely mended. A SHOUT OUT to Arizona Firearms for completely resolving this matter! This is the kind of support that we as consumers expect from people we do business with. I expect to be returning to Arizona Firearms in the future to do more business with them. The store is stocked and they have ammunition for GREAT prices (I was just in there an hour ago). Thank you Arizona Firearms!!! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Some information for you gun owners out there.... I purchased a used Tri-Star Raptor 20ga from Arizona Firearms in late 2019 for my two pre-teen boys. Due to COVID and fire/shooting bans in Arizona, I was unable to fire this shotgun until late 2020. When I did fire the shotgun, it immediately jammed. It jammed so bad that I needed to take it into my gunsmith. My gunsmith mentioned that the internal parts were damaged and needed to be sent to Tri-Star for repairs. I shipped the gun to Tri-Star for repairs. The first phone call I received from Tri-Star was from one of its Officers of the company. I was shocked! He informed me that he personally looked at the shotgun that I sent for repairs. The shotgun was manufactured in 2013 and still contained all of the original internal parts, and they had never been replaced. He estimated that it is possible that the gun had seen several thousand rounds through it. He immediately condemned the gun and mentioned that it should never have been resold into circulation as it could possibly injure the shooter. He then asked if he could reach out to Arizona Firearms on my behalf to discuss the condition of the gun and the sale. I received a phone call back from Tri-Star. I was informed that Arizona Firearms does not bench check or test fire used firearms they purchase. They are immediately placed on the rack for sale. The manager of Arizona Firearms also asked Tri-Star to ship the gun back to them so they could look at it! Tri-Star refused by stating they could not allow this gun back into circulation and that the phone call from the officer of the manufacturer should ease their suspicions. Tri-Star asked that I reach back out to the manager of Arizona Firearms to see if they could reimburse me in some way by either a store credit or FFL transfer of a new gun. After several messages left over 2 months, I never received any contact back. In lieu of this, I contacted Tri-Star. Tri-Star immediately rectified the issue by replacing the gun with a new model at a very fair price. I cannot express how impressed and appreciative I am of Tri-Star Arms and the company officer that assisted me with this. They went completely out of their way to help a customer feel satisfied and safe with their product. I highly recommend Tri-Star Arms, their guns and their customer support. Life-long customer ahead. Thank you! Scott Drews Scottsdale, AZ

CASEY IS AMAZING!!!! Super patient…read more Customer service amazing. I hope someone from management is reading this. I came here with my elderly father who is a gun collector and retired military. He is getting old so we needed someone with patience. My father spent over $4000 on 3 firearms. What nobody told me clearly was that the expected 6-7 day delay wasnt about NICS. It was the store. Manager guy decided my driver's license was unacceptable because it shows my middle initial rather than my full middle name. Not my passport card, not my Level One fingerprint clearance card, not property records confirming I own my home, not federal documentation with my full name that I located and drove in the next day. I spent a day chasing paperwork under the impression I was waiting on a federal check. When I finally asked the manager directly whether a spelled-out middle name on a driver's license is legally required, he told me repeatedly that it was the law. (It isn't. Federal regulations require a valid government photo ID; nothing requires a middle name spelled out on it, and Arizona adds no such rule. He then acknowledged this was store approval, and volunteered that not all stores would put me through it (apparently this was as a point of pride). With no firm timeline and an unresolved safety problem at home, I asked for a refund on merchandise I had paid for and never received. I was told store policy meant they'd keep $68. It took roughly fifteen minutes of argument to get my own money back in full -- money the store was holding for a product it had decided not to give me. He actually seemed to enjoy the whole thing, like mean girl bureaucrats or the paperwork fiends in the movie Brazil. (The late 20s salesman with the moustache was professional, knowledgeable and informative and helped me with concerns about reducing the possibility of a stray bullet entering my neighbors home. I have zero complaints there). The manager with the long wispy beard couldn't even pretend to not take delight in distressing a customer - and it started before I'd spoken a word to him. He invented a problem, maybe thinking the $68 for nothing was a bigger profit, or just to cause purposeless problems when I'd just had a home invasion. If you want to buy a real '60s Soviet style experience and leave empty handed, you'll find it at Tombstone Tactical - where the 2nd amendment is just a suggestion.
