Antonio was…read moreincredibly helpful and took the time to teach me things I honestly didn't know about ammunition. I originally came in to pick up a safety lock for my friend's firearms cabinet , and while I took a firearms course years ago where safety was emphasized, ammo was never really explained in detail. I had no idea there were different ways ammunition could be considered "dangerous" that part was definitely eye-opening. After learning what I did, I truly hope I'm never in a position where I'd need to defend myself. But I'm grateful for the education. What I learned was flabbergasting in the best way and very informative. Thanks again to Antonio for being knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. I'm glad I stopped in. There's plenty of parking onsite!

They are chill dudes that take their time to answer questions and are very concerned with the customer having a great experience in the store. I have been a competitive shooter and I am a US Marine Infantry Combat Vet, so I know a little bit about owning, training with and carrying firearms...and it seems many of the stores I walk into in the valley have such a condescending attitude and try to make you feel like you are lucky to be in their presence. Most of these guys have never been down range, and they act like they are billy bad ass and live in a fantasy land located in their own head. If you are not on the gear with a full sleeve, they treat you like you are not worth their time... It is ridiculous. Not AZ Guns. Their shop is clean-they have a great selection with fair prices and great service. They are a joy to do business with.

Ive never owned a gun before and didn't have a clue about them. Since they didn't have the exact gun I wanted in stock the guy showed me something similar in size and even let me hold it to get the feel of it. I put my name on the list to be called when it came in. Fast forward about a month later and I finally get the phone call to come pick it up. I get there and Vanessa was there waiting for me. She went over everything that was in the box with me and how to use everything, how to load it and how to hold it. Then she helped me pick out some ammo both for the range and some for protection. We picked out some ear protection, she showed me which ones would be the best and then some cleaning materials. I'm very happy both about my first gun and the service they provided. The only thing I was sad about was when I got home I noticed one corner of the box was ripped. I wish I would of noticed before I left the store so I could of exchanged it.

That was my experience prior to calling Jordan. I called him up and not only did he have new in box parts for a proper price, he was even willing to sell take off parts to revert my 1911 hammer and grip safety back to what an a1 would have. That alone is worth five stars. But I also want to state having seen some of his prior work if I couldn't figure something out on my own 1911 I'd bring it to him before anyone else. He is a man that genuinely cares about his customers and will take time to answer questions, explain things you don't understand and overall treat you like a friend, not a paycheck. Five. Fuhricken.
