I don't think I have dealt with any other enterprise that treats their customers the way AoA does. They were very patient with me, explaining the deffect for an airgun which they turned out to be the official repair agency for. But, my dealings with AoA goes way back when I first bought this specific airgun from them. Very customer-centric. Very responsive. Quality team of people and amazing workmanship. read more

I'm retired. I decided to buy HW90 and put a scope on it. I asked Airguns of Arizona for a recommendation and they recommended Athlon talos 3-12 by 40 1 inch tube. That scope is not recommended for that rifle according to the manufacturer. The scope never worked...money down the drain and they didnt want anything to do with it after the sale. Very unhappy with them!!! And did not receive a response back!! I hope this goes to the owner!!! read more

I live In New York and I called AOA, I wanted to purchase a Daystate PCP Air Rifle which Is an Extremely High End Product, when I Inquired about specific features and recommended accessories Jacob answered all of my questions and handled all of the details In a professional courteous manner! They actually didn't have what I needed. But the guy I spoke with was amazing. He was very nice and actually gave me some ideas. Frankly anymore. That is the most important part of any business as far as I'm concerned! Thank you! read more

I bought a scoped Weihrauch air rifle from them several years ago. I recently found that 2 screws for my scope mount when missing. I contacted them to try and find out the proper size/pitch for the screws. While they promptly answered my question, they also took it upon themselves to send me a new pair of mounts, unsolicited, and without cost. I don't think customer service gets any better than that. read more

I absolutely recommend this business! Having related to them since I bought my first air rifle and air pistol there in around 2009, I've had only great service. The staff are very patient and expert in their service, and the products they sell are top-notch. Even though it's a ways to drive up to their store from where I live, I enjoy every minute of the trip up there, the time I spend in their store, and my drive home. read more

Don not do business with this place...Daren the owner was rude and refused to let me explain my situation with a product they sell. I asked if I would speak and he literally told me NO when he called me on the phone. Stay clear of this subpar buisness so it doesn't happen to you and go else read more

My pcp came securely wrapped in bubble wrap and dbl boxed. To there credit UPS didn't step on the box or mangle it, so all is good. AGA provided a test target and data sheet that was reassuring and I appreciated that. I've had follow up twice w/ AGA and Darren was particularly helpful to me. They don't make the guns, but they sell them and seem very knowledgeable. They quoted free shipping and the only knock I have is when I added a tin of pellets, the shipping went up to $46, so I cancelled the pellets. For that trick, I would give them 4.5 stars if I could. Even with good companies, you have to pay attention. read more

I have purchased an air rifle, scope mount and pellets from this company and have had no problems. The customer service was very polite and helpful and my purchases arrived on time in good condition. I have also found their prices on most items to be competitive with other companies selling similar items. One minor issue I have is that their shipping charges for small inexpensive purchases are too high. They need to find a less costly option for shipping these kinds of purchases and to make that option available on their checkout page. read more

I purchased a Beeman pellet air rifle from Airguns of AZ and had it shipped to me. I received it on 9/20/22 and started checking it out. After an hour of sighting it in and shooting at a target, air leaked through the breach and the riffle would no longer hold air. I called Airguns and they told me to send it back to the manufacturer for warranty repair because they are just a small distributor. Huh? They didn't even provide the manufacture's warranty contact number. I would be careful of any purchase from this company because they don't seem to stand by the products they sell. And, to date, I still have no air riffle. read more

On 12/11/2023 I ordered 1 box of NSA 350 count .217, 24.8gr slugs for $21.99 each. I received 1 box of 250 count so I am short 100 slugs. I called and spoke with Darren about the shortage and was told because of "Biden" the slugs have increased in price so there are less slugs in a box. I was also told they charge extra to cover the cost of free shipping. Airguns of Arizona's web page for these items clearly shows a 350count box for $21.99 with free shipping. Unfortunately the sales department chooses to give dishonest excuses and cheat customers. There are many other complaints on BBB, air gun forums and Yelp about Airguns of Arizona's dishonesty and terrible customer service because they ship defective and incorrect merchandise. read more

Very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly folks. Willing to answer any questions in way that doesn't make you feel stupid. Great service on a used FX rifle that I bought from a friend. Didn't treat me poorly because I didn't buy from them. They were honest in helping make sure it was up and running safely. Explained what was needed and why. Didn't pressure me to do things that weren't necessary, but recommended. read more

Was advised by manufacturer that they are my service center. Shipped product for repairs. Repairs completed in timely manner. During return shipping product was damaged. AOA did not wait to ship replacement parts at their cost(X2). Communication was all via email and phone. No complaints and feel the representatives handled my problems with professionalism. Note: original purchase of product was not with AOA. Next purchase will be. read more

I had not ordered from them until about a year and a half ago because alot of the forums had bad reviews of them. After selling a few airguns on these well known forums and eBay and having people give me bad feedback for no reason at all I realized many air gun guys just look for something to complain about! no joke ,I had a guy want a $100 refund on a $300 rifle because he could see a black pen mark under the sling swivel stud! I've had nothing but great customer service, prompt shipping and they anwser and talk on the phone when I call. I recommend them 1000% read more

Great place and the customer service is excellent! They have a very nice air gun range and safety comes first there. .

For years I had purchased items on-line from these guys, and on a recent trip to the PHX area, I jumped at the opportunity to visit this amazing shop! I was immediately met with a wonderful welcome and amazing customer service! I asked if I could shoulder a few of their rifles, and the response was, "That's what they're here for!" Then they handed the rifle to me. Then they asked if I wanted to see (hold) any others! There were others inside this small shop and the counterperson saw to it that he afforded each visitor timely attention. Then there's that thing about their amazing inventory...you have to see it to believe it! I recommend that you check them out on-line, and in-person if you happen to be in the Phoenix area!!! You'll enjoy it! read more

Airguns of Arizona has always treated me right. They ensure quality from the start of the order, to the package itself! 10/10

Bought a Feinwerkbau and went home super excited. Had a flaw that affected the use of gun. Called and they basically told me that I could bring it back and lose over $100 in restocking fees. My first time dealing with Airguns of Arizona directly in store was pleasant. I wanted a PCP air pistol and got the HW 44 .22 by Weihrauch after trading some older air rifles that I do not use. If you are looking for quality air guns/rifles this is the place. Got my rifle here- great service and knowledge.

Don't bother to call for service, or ask a question about PCP. Just had a very negative contact with "Zack". After waiting two hours for a call back regarding service. I received a call from "Zack". Zack is apparently having a bad day. Hello this is Robert, this is "Zack" from Airguns of Arizona what do you need? Yes, I have a Hatsan Gladius that is leaking from the fill port. (Zack) we don't sell Hatsan products so I can't get parts. (Robert) the rifle came with extra o-rings and I would just like someone with expertise to have a look. (Zack) We don't sell Hatsans, I can't get parts. (Robert) I have the parts. (Zack) I can't get parts. (Robert) Zack so what you are saying is that you will not work on Hatsans. (Zack) I will not work on Hatsans. (Robert) Why could you not just say that you do not service any Hatsan products to begin with? (Zack) we don't work on Hatsans. (Robert) Zack thank you for your great customer service skills, and I will never purchase from your store have a good day. disconnect. Apparently Air Guns of Arizona is doing very well and doesn't wish to expand it's customer base. I was just looking for a shop that was experienced with air. I have built numerous firearms, I wasn't asking for free work to done. What did I get? A very Negative Experience is what I got. I was also going to look at a new air compressor. I hope "Zack" enjoys those extra $$. read more

I've been there twice now and both times I found the folks there to be patient, product -knowledgable and good to deal with. Great selection! Great prices! But hey if I'm coming in and spending $500 I'd appreciate the salesman NOT ignoring me and talking with a frequent customer/buddy. Guy probably blew another $200 in sales as I couldn't get his attention about other items I may want or need. Note: Your buddy will wait, take care of the guy in front of you with the cash or deal with your buddy and take me second. A little more attention and less impatience with me (I asked a couple questions that were met with a bit of a sigh) would have a 5 star. As is I live a ways away and if I have to order online I'll give the others a try. read more

Best customer service ever. Best selection in Arizona. This shop is NOT operated by 15 year old that don't know what they are selling. This store is operated by very knowledgeable staff. They are very honest. They care about their customers and reputation. Listen to their advise, these guys are the pro's. I thought I already had the best airgun which I bought at wallymart for 250 bucks. Boy was I wrong! I had an over priced toy. I am now the proud owner of a real airgun. If you care about your money, spend it right the first time. You always get what you pay for in Airguns. I purchased a Brocock Compatto and I was super amazed with the quality and precision. So amazed that I purchased another Brocock 2 weeks later. This time I purchased the Bantam Sniper model and I have no words to describe how happy I am. Not even my powder guns are this awesome! Give this guys a shot, it's an awesome place. read more

Received my order quickly. Everything was well packaged. I did ask the sales rep if the pump had the proper connection for my Marauder. He did state that the FX 4 stage had the proper connection. Nope, no connection just threaded fittings. Everyone in the family was looking to me to make the rifle shoot on Christmas day. I ended up with egg on my face. Other than this, the over the phone service was fine. I have never been cut off by their van! Some of the negative reviews appear bogus. read more

Called for a Weihrauch and they said they have something in shipment and would register me for one. Didn't hear anything and called a month later. Oh yes, it is here! So I bought the rifle and scope and was stupid enough to buy a box of pellets too. The gun came and sure enough no pellets with it although I bought a box of it which was way too expensive comparing to online prices. They said they would shop next day arrival. No pellets here 3 days later and the usps tracking says it will be here in 3 days. This is terrible customer service. read more

I purchased a .22 caliber Air gun Technology Uragan air rifle from Airguns of Arizona about a month ago. Initially I wanted the rife made in a synthetic version, but it was sold out. Stood in the showroom for 25 minutes while the store owner helped another customer. Completely understand waiting but not even being acknowledged that is bad customer service. Was going in there to spend over $1,500 now my business is going elsewhere. More than one person was working in there that day and yet my existence was not even acknowledged. These guys are incredible. A true class act. I stumbled into the store knowing nothing about airguns, and even though they cater to the high end segment of the industry (this is obvious as soon as you walk in), they were extremely helpful, answering all of my questions, and being super patient with me. They didn't try to push anything on me, and we're very professional. I recently had a warranty issue with an item I purchased, and they really went above and beyond to help me out. Can't say enough about this store. read more

I bought a high end airgun from them last December ($1700). It had a bit of a problem with it drooping, so I sent it back to them to look at along with my scope and mounts to make sure it was perfect when it came back. Not only did they work with me and paid the shipping for return to me, they also threw in a set of sportsmatch mounts for my trouble. I worked with Darren there -- he's was very sympathetic and friendly. He made sure I was happy. I would definitely buy from them again if I could afford it. Speaking to other reviews, this is a small brick and mortar store that deals in the high end of the airgun world. From what I gather, like most small businesses, they have a limited staff and just don't have the capacity to handle a huge flow of business. It's unfair at best to compare them to pyramyd air or other big dealers -- it would be like comparing a local fine restaurant to a chain (or a small local store to a walmart). It's apples and oranges. Knowing they are a smaller shop, yes, getting "instant service" was more difficult and their web presence was lacking, but that's not how they run their business. Just call them up and ask -- I had a great experience dealing with them over the phone. No, I am not in any way affiliated with them or am being compensated by them. I am just tired of people flaming smaller shops because they aren't like amazon.com. These guys got me an excellent air rifle and good service. read more
