I told him I would like to sell it and he asked me how much I wanted for it. Customer service is horrible. It was like pulling teeth to get information on my guns value or anything else. How much is it worth, I have no idea was the response. Good prices but don't let them work on your guns they put a 556 muzzle device on my 9mm. Then they over torqued my hand guard on my .556 and stripped the bolt. I'm lucky no one got hurt and learned my lesson don't let anyone touch your gun that isn't qualified. Had to order a new hand guard because of these fools. read more

Brought a Remington 11-87 through GunBroker.com from this business. Not happy at all With their customer service. Turned out the stock on this shotgun was reworked for a youth or smaller person. The stock measures 11 1/2 inches in length when it should be 13 1/2 inches to fit an average male shooter. The description for the item I. GunBrocker.com makes no mention of the shortened stock! When I contacted this shop via GunBrocke about this problem, the return response was in essence, "It's your fault!". It seems I should have known the length of the stock was changed by the pictures Arizona Firearms provided. the is pretty much impossible. Buyer beware! So I've been to many gun shops where the staff, unfortunately, either ignored me or treated me like an inferior species. I'll never spend a nickel at a shop that has some misguided superiority complex. I had an NFA item shipped to AZ Firearms Gilbert. This was my first NFA item so I was absolutely clueless on the whole tax stamp, ATF thing. I called the store and Mack talked me through the process. I worked on it at home and got as far as I could before hitting a roadblock (turns out I went as far as I could before needing the gun shop assistance). I went into the store looking for some guidance and was greeted immediately, ironically, by Mack (not knowing what he looked like). I explained who I was and he helped me right away. He retrieved my suppressor and let me inspect it. He walked me through the entire process and helped me with fingerprints, forms, etc on the kiosk. Then he explained all the next steps that would happen. It was refreshing to walk into a gun store and be treated with respect and kindness. Mack showed a ton of patience with me considering I had no idea what I was doing. He never lost his composure and never expressed any frustration at any of my mistakes on the kiosk. I went to Arizona Firearms to buy a gun. My boyfriend had call beforehand since he bought his handgun at the tempe location. He ask the type of gun I wanted and they said that they did have it and he asked if it is fine to purchase it even if he gets there a little before 3pm and they said yes that was fine. Once I got there, this kid greeted us and we told him we had called earlier and he showed us the gun. We told him that we are purchasing it. He said, to get my ID ready but my ID wasn't updated to my current address. He told me to get my water bill or to purchase the ID online. Once I got my water bill, he checked the clock and it was 2:50pm. Well, we are closing in 10 mins so you will have to come back on Monday at 10am sharp. His reason being that background checks can last up to an hour. But he did want my money because he offer for me to pay for it and pick it up Monday. I thought it was so rude, I worked in a retail store before and the policy is that you can close them store once all the customers leave happy! But whatever, we ended up going to Healy in Tempe and I purchase my gun there. Weirdly, my background check took 10 MINS! Please head to Healy instead and don't waste your time at this gun store. read more

I shipped a gun to them from a out of state gun shop. I spoke to a guy in person at Arizona firearms before I ordered the gun and he said that it would be 100% ok to order and ship it to there store with him knowing the up and coming rule with braces. It's a pdw with a brace on it and when I went to pick it up they told me there sending it back to where I ordered it from. With that being said he explained that it's all the ATFs fault but when I called the shop I ordered it from they were confused on why they wouldn't give me the gun, as they were in the same meeting as them and explained that they still totally could have gave me my gun. So I called another local FFL here and they are also confused why they wouldn't give me the gun, with them also being in the same meeting with the ATF but will now need to wait till the gun goes back to the original shop and I will have to pay again to get it re-shipped down here!!!! I AM 100% aware of all the new "rules" that effect the brace. I give it 2 stars not 1 because I understand that it's a confusing topic right now but as a gun shop they should be well informed and understand what's going on! read more

I'll start this post off by stating I use to like shopping at Arizona Firearms. I've bought a couple pistols from them last year. I would say at first impression, some of the staff was pretty cool. I don't know what has happened in the past 6 months (outside of the pandemic). I've popped in I would say times in the past 6 months to take a look at their selection so I can purchase another firearm. Each interaction has grown worse and worse. In my last visit (last week), I popped in to see if they still had a pistol in stock that they posted on social media. No surprise, it already sold. Honestly that's not a big deal. I waited, my loss. From the moment I walked in their was zero interaction from the staff. I mean not a how can I help you or whatcha looking for today. In fact, even after finding out the pistol sold, I said I appreciated their time and have a nice day. All I got was an eyebrow raise. That was my last day as an Arizona Firearms customer. I understand these are hard times and gun shops are having a hard time keeping things in stock. I imagine it's stressful. But it's not an excuse to be neglectful in customer service, especially when small businesses in the US would kill to have people shop with them right now. Go to AZ Guns in Chandler. Better staff, better selection, does have the boomer vibe, and overall the owners actually give a shit about service. read more

Never had a problem with em myself. Decent selection and prices. Thought they were cool until my girlfriend walked in to buy a gun and got harassed by one of the creepy old guys. If you want women to be involved in self defense/shooting/firearm culture, you probably shouldn't tell them you want to "count every freckle on their body" when they walk into your gun store. The same rule applies if you want to just not be a pig. Side note - the typical boomer gun store clerk "you're a girl so you must shoot a .22" line is demeaning and discouraging. First time customer. Called my usual gun stores but no one had a Ruger LCP II which I wanted to get my wife for Xmas. I googled gun stores and learned of Arizona Firearms. Called them and they said they had 5 in stock. Couldn't get there that eve so went next day when they opened at 10am. Was immediately greeted, helped, they brought me the firearm (the price was fantastic... beat C2 tactical by $50) I did the paperwork, while it was being processed I took a tour around the store. Lots of cool guns and related stuff as you could expect. Was out the door with the new gun in no time flat. All the staff was really friendly and knowledgeable. Wife loved the gun. Great people, great service! I recently bought a new M&P online and after calling a few shops that do FFL transfers, I decided to go with Arizona Firearms. When I called a few other gun stores, the people on the phone were either rude or not helpful at all. Arizona Firearms, however, was the complete opposite. They picked up the phone, I asked about the transfer, and a minute later I was already off the phone with everything set.
