The installation was executed flawlessly--precise, clean, and perfectly tuned for reliable performance. Huge thanks to East Valley Tactical for their exceptional service and expertise; they truly delivered top-tier workmanship on this specialized upgrade. The FRT has transformed the handling, delivering rapid semi-auto fire that's incredibly responsive. It took some getting used to (and yes, a bit more practice to manage the recoil and stay on target), but even in my initial sessions, I was able to connect with the target consistently once dialed in. My friends are already joking that I need to 'gain some weight' to better control the pushback--definitely a fun challenge ahead! East Valley Tactical's attention to detail and customer-focused approach made the whole process seamless. Highly recommend them for any B&T modifications, NFA work, or custom trigger installs. Professional, knowledgeable, and worth every penny. Thank you again!

High FFL Transfer Fee: Not Awesome…read more.. I had stopped in here once a few months back to check this place out as I drove by. This initial visit I felt like everyone was pretty friendly so I thought when I ordered a rifle that was hard to find online I would have it shipped here to pick up and do the FFL paperwork. I ordered my rifle and paid for it online from the company across the United States and they shipped it right over to these guys and I got my Fed ex confirmation at 10 AM in the morning yesterday so at 2 PM yesterday I stopped in to grab my rifle thinking that should be an easy process. I was told by the older gentleman there that they had 50 guns come in that day and they had not finished processing them and told me that he would call me when he was ready for me. I felt like that wasn't the most polite thing since I had already driven there and it wouldn't have been hard to go and grab the big long box with my name on it and just do the paperwork and have me out of his hair. So I left went about my day and waited and never heard back. Finally today they called me after they had had the gun for over 24 hours and told me I could come in to pick it up. The older gentleman took care of me again and I am guessing he remembered me and was still annoyed that I had the nerve to show up at a store without having an appointment which was not a policy on a sign or known to me so it wasn't the happiest of interactions. I filled out my paperwork and wasn't even given a chance to look at my weapon before I was handed it to me and sent out the door. It is $40 to do an FFL transfer here from another dealer. This seemed a little high to me since I usually pay $20 or $25 at the other dealers that I normally use. All in all I probably wouldn't come back here since they have steep transfer fees and the service just wasn't there. The customer shouldn't feel like they are bothering someone there when they show up to pick something up that they've already paid for. I feel like this is a pretty fair and accurate review of my experience here since I subtracted one starfor making me return another day instead of helping me the first day I came when they weren't any customers in the store anyway. I subtracted the other store because it just wasn't a friendly experience. I will say the younger guy does seem more friendly but he was sitting at the desk and not the one helping me.
