They pay attention to what is going on. The store is big and has a large collection of stuff. I haven't bought anything here. The staff is always very friendly. If I lived in the area, I'd join here. I left one club, but I moved to WI, so I don't have a need to be a member here. I'd recommend this club though

We shot targets for an hour and it was amazing because we enjoyed learning new things and I was able to show my family some techniques that they don't know as they don't go to gun ranges to try out new pistols in New York City. My reason for the 4 stars is... it just would be nice if the staff would offer a quick little safety reminder of Tips to people. Even start just some basic guidelines on the rules of the facility, not necessarily how to shoot a gun, but how to be safe in the space; that way, you don't have to be spoken to, but more importantly, it would be a nice addition just to feel more comfortable. Finally, the gentleman who checked us in was attentive, knowledgeable, and a delight. I would definitely do this more when I have guest come from out of town who have never had this experience.

I had an excellent experience at Byrna in Scottsdale. I spent over 30 minutes talking with Samson,…read morethe former gunsmith who now works at the shop, and he was by far one of the most patient and knowledgeable people I've ever spoken with in this kind of setting. He took the time to walk me step by step through the loading, unloading, and firing process of one of the smaller, faster projectile launchers, and made sure I felt completely comfortable before moving on. As the daughter of military members, I grew up surrounded by people with extensive firearms experience, which often makes me feel like a fish out of water with my own very limited background. My experience has only been three pistol classes with a .40, and my fear of firearms has always been difficult to share or explain. Despite that, I felt completely welcomed and respected at Byrna--never talked down to, never rushed, and all of my questions were answered with patience and clarity. The amount of care Samson put into making sure I understood everything stood out to me, and it's rare to find that level of customer service anywhere. If you're curious about non-lethal defense options, especially if you're new, nervous, or inexperienced, I cannot recommend this shop highly enough. Byrna Scottsdale--and Samson in particular--made the whole experience approachable, safe, and empowering.

When I visited, one of the owners was outside making root beer floats for customers and greeting everyone as they arrived. That level of hospitality is rare and really stood out. Inside, the range features a full showroom with new firearms, merchandise, and even a restaurant, making it more than just a shooting spot. There are plenty of lanes for both rifles and pistols, and if you need ammunition, they have a wide selection of calibers at very competitive prices. For those who shoot suppressed, I would recommend trying their butter rounds. What truly sets this company apart is the people and the culture they create. The staff at both locations are consistently respectful, approachable, and knowledgeable. They are always willing to help and answer questions, ensuring that every customer, whether new or experienced, has a positive experience. I also learned that they will be offering CCW classes and training opportunities for shooters at all levels, which is an exciting addition. Overall, Unlimited Ammo Shooting Range is more than just a range. It is a community-driven company that values customer experience. I highly recommend checking them out.
